Abstract

This study examined perceived usefulness, information quality, and privacy and security to predict trust in e-government. This study used a survey data collection method and a random sampling technique with 100 residents who visit the local government's public services website as respondents. A Likert scale was used to create the questionnaires. SEM-PLS looked at the data to see if it was valid and reliable, as well as test hypothesis and regression. This study found that perceived usefulness, information quality, and privacy and security had a positive and significant effect on trust in e-government with p-values of 0.000, 0.001 and 0.000, respectively. The influence of the three independent variables towards the dependent variable was moderate (R-square = 0.494). Finally, the limitations and implications of these findings are examined. Studi ini menguji manfaat yang dirasakan, kualitas informasi, dan privasi dan keamanan untuk memprediksi kepercayaan pada e-government. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data survei dan teknik random sampling dengan 100 orang warga yang mengunjungi website layanan publik pemerintah daerah sebagai responden. Sebuah skala Likert digunakan untuk membuat kuesioner. SEM-PLS melihat data untuk melihat apakah itu valid dan reliabel, serta menguji hipotesis dan regresi. Studi ini menemukan bahwa persepsi manfaat, kualitas informasi, dan privasi dan keamanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pada e-government dengan nilai p masing-masing 0,000, 0,001 dan 0,000. Pengaruh ketiga variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah sedang (R-square = 0,494). Akhirnya, keterbatasan dan implikasi dari temuan ini diperiksa..

Abstract

This article aims to explain the governance of collaboration between local government, village government, the private sector and the community in the management of Posong Temanggung natural attractions. Lack of mutual trust and commitment is a prominent issue. After going through qualitative research using descriptive techniques, it can be seen that collaboration that has been built among stakeholders is still embryonal; there is no formal collaboration tied to the memorandum of understanding. From the research conducted, it was found that there was an intensive dialogue between stakeholders, mutual trust between stakeholders, a high level of commitment, and a reasonably even sharing of understanding. But, four things that have not been created a formal relationship, so there needs to be a process of transformation towards partnership and sustainability in a formal bond.This study recommends that the government be the main actor in building collaboration with the public and private sectors. The government must provide space for them to contribute in making the tourism village of Posong.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tata kelola kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah, pemerintah desa, swasta dan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan obyek wisata alam Posong Temanggung. Hal ini dikarenakan permasalahan kolaborasi diantara stakeholder tersebut terdapat berbagai kendala. Kurangnya kepercayaan dan komitmen bersama menjadi permasalahan yang mengemuka. Setelah melalui penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif dapat diketahui bahwa kolaborasi yang terbangun diantara stakeholder masih bersifat embrional, belum ada kerjasama formal yang diikat dengan nota kesepahaman. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh temuan bahwa sudah ada dialog yang intensif diantara stakeholder, saling percaya diantara pemangku kepentingan, komitmen yang sudah tinggi, dan terdapat berbagi pemahaman yang cukup merata. Namun dari keempat hal tersebut belum tercipta hubungan yang bersifat formal, sehingga perlu ada proses transformasi menuju kemitraan dan berkelanjutan dalam suatu ikatan yang bersifat formal.Rekomendasi dalam penelitian in iadalah pemerintah harus menjadi actor utama dalam membangun kolaborasi dengan masyarakat dan swasta. Pemerintah harus memberikan ruang bagi mereka untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam membangun desa wisata Posong

Abstract

The main aspects of building a smart city according to Frost and Sullivan in 2014 are smart governance, smart technology, smart infrastructure, smart healthcare, smart mobility, smart building, smart energy and smart citizens. The smart city's purpose is to form a comfortable, safe city and strengthen its competitiveness. Based on these indicators, Taipei City can become one of the cities with the best Smart City implementation globally. This article uses a qualitative approach with literature review techniques in data collection. This study's findings indicate that the Smart Education, Smart Transportation, Smart Social Housing and Smart Healthcare policies are essential policies in supporting the successful implementation of smart cities in Taipei City. The four main pillars in implementing smart city in Taipei City have integrated Artificial intelligence and big data in smart city governance in Taipei City.

Abstract

This paper aims to study the development the dynastypolitics phenomenon in Solo, especially from the public perspectiveafter the 2020 regional head election. Gibran, the son of the Presidentof the Republic of Indonesia ran as a candidate for mayor of Solo.Gibran involvement during the regional head election raised pros andcons in Indonesia. The practice of kinship politics in Indonesia isincreasingly worrying. The reason is that most of the regulations tendto preserve the oligarchy. The flourishing of kinship politics, especiallyin the regions, cannot be separated from the role of political partiesand regulations on regional head election. The study used quantitativeapproach with questionnaires and literature review. The results wereprocessed using SmartPLS 3.0 software with four independentvariable: network strength, position in the party, unequal democracy,and capital. The study showed that only two independent variablesinfluenced the occurrence of kinship politics: network strength andcapital. This led to talks about the community on political issues,President Jokowi, and changed his leadership image, from previouslyseen as a president that does not involve families in political matters.

Abstract

Dukuh Sikepan Ngagrong Village is one of the villages located in Gladagsari District, Boyolali Regency, Central Java Province. Plantations and animal husbandry are the sources of livelihood for the people of Dukuh Sikepan, most of whom work as farmers and breeders. Also, the limited knowledge of residents about animal feed fermentation has made residents only provide feed with ordinary grass, which is only found in the rainy season. So that during the dry season, residents have to buy feed elsewhere at a higher cost. The not yet optimal marketing of agricultural products and development is also an obstacle for Sikepan residents. Thus, it is necessary to have a community service program that is expected to help the people of Sikepan Hamlet reduce the problems they are facing. Through the method of extension, education, and assistance to develop public knowledge to recognize and utilize agricultural knowledge about animal feed fermentation and education about post-harvest online marketing in Sikepan Hamlet, it is necessary to do it. KKN students, assisted by Field Supervisory Lecturers, carry out community service programs that interact with the community. The KKN-PPM program is beneficial for residents in carrying out livestock feed fermentation, providing technical training to enable farmers to do what they need. Besides that, with online marketing training, mothers and adolescents can sell their products smartly.

Abstract

Fungsi pengawasan merupakan salah satu dari tiga fungsi yang dimiliki oleh institusi legislatif. Fungsi pengawasan akan berdampak pada pembentukan ‘check and balances’ yang baik untuk pemerintah. Komposisi dukungan politik Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sumatera Selatan periode 2018-2023 yang cukup lemah, membuat intensitas pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh legislative menjadi cukup tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kajian Pustaka dengan menggunakan data-data sekunder dari sumber yang kredibel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menggunakan jenis pengawasan apriori dan a-posteriori yang hampir seimbang, namun tidak adanya mekanisme kcontrol atas tindakan yang telah dilakukan, membuat pengawasan tersebut tidak dapat dinilai efektitasnya.
