Abstract

Desa Urug memiliki potensi sebagai dentinasi wisata budaya (cultural heritage) dan aktif melakukan kegiatan ritual adat setiap tahun yang mengundang banyak turis mancanegara. Saat ini, kondisi tempat mandi, cuci, dan kakus (MCK) komunal di Desa Urug belum mencukupi kebutuhan warganya apalagi untuk turis yang berkunjung. Sanitasi tempat MCK  di Desa Urug sangat dibutuhkan karena mulai terjadi degradasi lingkungan di daerah desa yang padat dan sebagian besar warga tidak memiliki MCK pribadi. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk   menghasilkan bangunan MCK dan sanitasi pelengkap yang mendorong cara hidup sehat dan tidak mencemarkan lingkungan di Desa urug dan sekitarnya. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan ini adalah pembangunan perlengkapan sanitasi dan MCK komunal yang terpadu dengan tempat MCK yang sedang dibangun oleh pemerintah Desa Urug. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah tempat MCK yang lengkap dengan sistem sanitasi sehingga warga terhindar dari penyakit dan pencemaran lingkungan. MCK ini ditempatkan berada di tepi sungai dengan pelengkap sanitasi di bawahnya, teras MCK menghadap ke arah permukiman warga, dengan demikian warga dapat langsung mengawasi penggunaannya dan membersihkan dengan cepat. Standar MCK yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan standar SNI. Keberadaan MCK dengan sanitasi ini menjadi bagian prasarana kewisataan Desa Urug. Selain itu hasil dari pengabdian ini sebagai model contoh untuk diterapkan pada tempat MCK lain di Desa Urug tersebut.

Abstract

The focus of the problem in this research is that there is resistance or refusal of individuals in organizational transformation in PT Telkom Indonesia. This study aims to measure how much influence habits, security, economic factors, fear and selective perception of the individual resistance to the transformation of the organization in PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, Bandung. In this study there were five independent variables that habit (X1), security (X2), economic factors (X3), fear (X4) and selective perception (X5) and the dependent variable is the resistance of individuals in organizational transformation (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used is a survey method, the entire population is a corporate employee of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, Bandung with a sample of 200 respondents amounted to 67 respondents. Data was collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used in the study were using statistical regression analysis with the help of the program Amos 5. The research proves that (1) there is a significant and positive effect between habits of the individual resistance to the transformation of the organization (2) there is a negative effect and no significant between security against individual resistance to organizational transformation (3) there is a positive and significant influence between economic factors on individual resistance to the transformation of the organization with a percentage of (4) there is a significant and positive effect between the fear of individual resistance to the transformation of the organization with a percentage of (5) are final and no significant negative effect of selective perception of the individual resistance to transformation the percentage of organizations and (6) together five independent variables have a positive influence on the dependent variable. With Thus can be concluded that the from fifth independent variables in above, the variable which provide influence the most big is the variable a sense of fear and the variable who provide influence the most small is of variable of habit or habit against dependent variable namely the resistance individualized on the transformation organization of in PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, Bandung. Keywords: Resistance Individual, Habit, Security, Economic Factors, Fear and Selective Perception   Abstrak Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya resistensi atau penolakan individu pada transformasi organisasi di PT Telkom Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh kebiasaan (habit), rasa aman, faktor ekonomi, rasa takut dan persepsi selektif  terhadap resistensi individu pada transformasi organisasi di PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 5 Variabel independen yaitu kebiasaan (X1), rasa aman (X2), faktor ekonomi (X3), rasa takut (X4) dan persepsi selektif (X5), dan satu variabel dependen adalah resistensi individu pada transformasi organisasi (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, dengan populasi  adalah seluruh karyawan corporate PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, Bandung sebanyak 200 responden dengan sampel berjumlah 67 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan statistik analisis regresi  dengan bantuan program Amos 5. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara kebiasaan terhadap resistensi individual pada transformasi organisasi (2) terdapat pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan antara rasa aman terhadap resistensi individual pada transformasi organisasi  (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara faktor ekonomi terhadap resistensi individu pada transformasi organisasi dengan prosentase sebesar (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara rasa takut terhadap resistensi individu pada transformasi organisasi dengan prosentase sebesar  (5) terakhir terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara persepsi selektif terhadap resistensi individu pada transformasi organisasi prosentase dengan sebesar  dan (6) secara bersama-sama kelima variabel independen memberi pengaruh positif   terhadap variabel dependen. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari kelima variabel independen di atas, variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar adalah variabel rasa takut dan  variabel yang  memberikan pengaruh paling kecil adalah varibel kebiasaan atau habit terhadap variabel dependen yaitu resistensi individual pada transformasi organisasi di PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, Bandung. Kata Kunci: Resistensi Individual, Kebiasaan, Rasa Aman, Faktor Ekonomi, Rasa Takut Dan Persepsi Selektif

Abstract

Pola makan pada suatu masyarakat menjadi konsep awal budaya yang bertalian dengan makanan, yang dipengaruhi oleh unsur sosial budaya pada kelompok masyarakat tersebut. Adat istiadat dan perilaku masyarakat merupakan hal yang menunjang kehidupan sosial masyarakat karena pola kebiasaan pada masyarakat setempat. Fenomena yang sering dijumpai di masyarakat adalah adanya pembatasan makan pada ibu nifas. Fenomena pantang makan juga terjadi pada ibu nifas dan menyusui di Aceh. Budaya madeung salah satu tradisi di Aceh yang merupakan proses yang diyakini dan dipercaya untuk merawat ibu selama nifas, salah satu perawatan dan ketentuan dari tradisi ini adalah ibu harus berpantang makanan tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pantang makan pada ibu dalam  budaya madeung di desa Leukeun Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Jenis penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki bayi yang berjumlah 32 orang,. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pekerjaan (Pvalue = 0,001), tingkat pendidikan  (Pvalue = 0,000), dan pengetahuan (Pvalue = 0,000) dengan pantang makan. Diharapkan dapat dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan pemilihan variabel lain untuk melihat kejadian pantang makan pada ibu dalam budaya madeung.Kata Kunci : Pantang makan, Pekerjaan, Tingkat pendidikan, Pengetahuan,Pattern feeding on a the community to be the initial concept of cultural attributed to food , weighted by variables like social culture in this community group . The customs and behavior of the community are things that support the social life of the community because of the habit patterns of the local community. A phenomenon that is often encountered in the community is the restriction of eating in postpartum mothers. The phenomenon of abstinence from eating also occurs in postpartum and breastfeeding mothers in Aceh. Madeung culture is one of the traditions in Aceh which is a process that is believed and trusted to care for mothers during childbirth, one of the treatments and provisions of this tradition is that mothers must abstain from certain foods. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with maternal abstinence in the madeung culture in Leukeun village, West Aceh district. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional study approach using a total sampling technique. The sample in this study were all mothers who had babies, amounting to 32 people. The results showed that there was a relationship between occupation (Pvalue = 0.001), education level (Pvalue = 0.000), and knowledge (P-value = 0.000) with abstinence from eating. It is hoped that further research can be carried out by selecting other variables to see the incidence of abstinence in mothers in the Madeung culture.Keywords: Abstinence feeding, work, level of education, knowledge.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the motivation of the housewife working in PT Kirin Miwon Foods Sand Mountain Village Sekampung Udik Jaya subdistrict of East Lampung regency. Pressure point studies on maternal education level of household, the income of the family head, the distance to the plant, the outpouring of hours of work, income mothers and housewives revenue contribution to the family income. This study uses descriptive. The study population by 31 housewives all respondents. Data collection by observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Analysis of data with a single table and percentages as the basis of interpretation and description in making this research report. The results showed that: (1) A total of 51.61% of respondents said that low-income heads of households (Rp 901.500/month) causes a housewife working (2) Distance to the house with the plant near an average of 2 km to motivate at-home mom household work (3) the amount of the average wage of Rp 1.709.000/month a housewife motivation to work in a factory (4) Contribution income housewives average height amounted to 61.67% (Rp 1.450.500/month) of the family income (5) Compliance with minimum basic needs are met 100% (31 respondents) after the contribution of the housewife.Keywords: motivation, work, housewife

Abstract

Tetrasiklin merupakan antibiotik yang umum digunakan sebagai obat-obatan veteriner untuk pencegahan penyakit. Penggunaan yang berlebihan dapat meninggalkan residu dalam produk peternakan tersebut, termasuk daging ayam. Implikasi klinis yang dapat terjadi, antara lain alergi, keracunan, dan resistensi. Residu tetrasiklin dalam daging ayam pedaging dapat dianalisis menggunakan spektrofometer ultraviolet dengan teknik adisi standar. Daging ayam diekstraksi lebih dulu menggunakan metode Matrix Solid Phase Dispersion (MSPD). Hasil uji perolehan kembali berdasarkan metode penambahan standar sebesar 84,40% dengan batas keberterimaan sebesar 80-110%. Penyimpangan baku relatif yang diperoleh 1,36%; batas deteksi dengan konsentrasi 5,16 µg/ml; batas kuantitasi 5,54 µg/ml; dan linieritas dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,9997. Hasil uji analisis sampel daging ayam pedaging yang berasal dari tiga pusat perbelanjaan di kota Bandar Lampung menunjukkan bahwa kadar residu tetrasiklin 42,40 mg/kg; 61,05 mg/kg; dan 44,47 mg/kg. Nilai tersebut telah melebihi batas maksimum residu tetrasiklin dalam daging menurut SNI 01-6066-2000, yaitu 0,1 mg/kg.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship is a business activity or an independent business where every resource and activity is borne by the business actor or entrepreneur, especially in terms of making new products, determining how to produce new products, as well as arranging business operations and product marketing and regulating business capital. Entrepreneurship has a goal to produce something that has a higher value than before being processed. This study aims to create participant creativity to be able to create innovative products as a business that can be a source of income. The situation in the midst of a pandemic has made many people lose their source of economic income, which has an impact on increasing the unemployment rate, poverty level, and sadly the level of education due to demands for online schools using smartphones or laptops. This study aims to create one of the many solutions to problems in the midst of a pandemic, namely to create creativity in the midst of a pandemic by using simple ingredients, namely cassava as the basic material for making various flavors of cassava chips. This research is expected to develop the interest of orphans to continue working and this work can be used as income to help economic income so that the economic burden in the midst of a pandemic can be reduced, namely by creating a lot of creativity from the basic ingredients of cassava. The final result of this research is that all orphaned participants are able to be creative with good results and benefit all participants. Keywords: entrepreneurial, innovative, and creative ABSTRAK Wirausaha adalah sebuah kegiatan usaha atau suatu bisnis mandiri yang setiap sumber daya dan kegiatannya dibebankan kepada pelaku usaha atau wirausahawan terutama dalam hal membuat produk baru, menentukan bagaimana cara produksi baru, maupun menyusun suatu operasi bisnis dan pemasaran produk serta mengatur permodalan usaha. Wirausaha memiliki tujuan untuk menghasilkan sesuatu yang memiliki nilai lebih tinggi dibandingkan sebelum diolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan kreatifitas peserta untuk dapat menciptakan produk inovatif sebagai salah satu usaha yang dapat menjadi sumber penghasilan. Situasi ditengah pandemic menjadikan banyak masyarakat kehilangan sumber pendapatan ekonomi, yang berdampak pada meningkatnya tingkat pengangguran, tingkat kemiskinan, dan mirisnya tingkat pendidikan dikarenakan tuntutan sekolah online menggunakan smartphone atau laptop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan satu dari sekian banyak solusi untuk masalah ditengah pandemi, yaitu menciptakan kreatifitas di tengah pandemic dengan menggunakan bahan sederhana yaitu singkong sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan keripik singkong aneka rasa . Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan minat anak yatim piatu untuk terus berkarya dan karya tersebut dapat menjadi penghasilan untuk membantu pendapatan ekonomi sehingga beban ekonomi ditengah pandemi dapat berkurang, yaitu dengan memciptakan banyak kreatifitas dari bahan dasar singkong. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta anak yatim piatu mampu berkreasi dengan hasil yang baik dan bermanfaat bagi seluruh peserta. Kata Kunci: Wirausaha, Inovatif, dan Kreatif

Abstract

Mangrove forest play important role in coastal ecosystem. In other hand, mangrove have economical benefit as source of functional food. The aimed of this empowerment programme is to give knowledge and skill to coastal community of Lhok Bubon Aceh regarding Pedada fruit jam (Sonneratia alba). The method of empowerment includes did socialization, prepare raw material, and did training to coastal community of Lhok Bubon West Aceh. Based on the result shown that the coastal communities are consist of the women of Lhok Bubon coastal have spirit for learning and enthusiasm to follow the empowerment community programme. The expected in future, the coastal communities can be applied the technique of pedada fruit jam of S. alba in order to give them value added.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the mineral content, phenolic content, antioxidant activity, and soluble protein of Lumi-lumi fish meal (Harpodon nehereus) treated with and non-steamed for 30 min. The results revealed that iron (Fe) mineral content was significantly higher in the steamed than non-steamed treatment but not in calcium (Ca). However, there was a decrease in the minerals magnesium (Mg), phosphorus (P), and zinc (Zn) during the steamed process, which was not significant. Then, during steamed, there was a significant decrease in antioxidant activity but not in total soluble protein, whereas phenolic content increased. Based on the findings of this study, Lumi-lumi fish (Harpodon nehereus) meal steamed treatment could be the best treatment because it contained the best phenolic and Fe and Ca minerals.

Abstract

Nutrition problems in Indonesia are already classified as multiple nutritional problems, not just nutritional deficiency problems, but the prevalence of overweight and obesity also increases. In 2010 the prevalence of overweight and obesity in Aceh province was 11.2 percent and in 2013 was 14.8 percent resulting in an increase of 3.6 percent. Mother's perception is one factot that can cause cause overweight and obesity. This study wanted to analyze the factors This study wanted to analyze the factors of mother perception in children aged 7-12 years become the cause of overweight and obesity. This study was an observational analytic study with cross sectional design aimed at assessing relationship of mother's perception on obesity-related weight status in first-fifth grade elementary school children aged 7-12 years at Kabupaten Aceh Barat. The sample size is 289 students. Determination of child obesity status using Body Mass Index based on Age (IMT/U), that is overweight and obesity if IMT/U>1.0 SD. Data of mother's perception were obtained through questionnaire. There are 51.90% of 289 respondents who had overweight and obesity. There is no relationship between mother perception of obesity with overweight and obesity (p=0.426). But it is different when viewed specifically about the mother's perception related to the child's weight status. Wrong mother's perception of child's weight status has a risk of 4.15 times greater than the right one. There is a correlation between mother’s perception of child's weight status with overweight and obesity.
