Abstract

Pembiasaan Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat Guna Memutus Mata Rantai Penularan Covid-19 adalah sebuah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Program Studi Broadband Multimedia Jurusan Teknik Elektro PNJ. Kegiatan ini dilandasi oleh kenyataan bahwa saat ini sedang mewabah virus Covid 19 yang sangat cepat penyebarannya. Salah satu penyebab cepatnya penyebaran adalah kebiasaan buruk di masyarakat kita yang belum terbiasa membiasakan Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat sebagaimana yang disyaratkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Seperti diketahui, virus covid 19 dapat masuk dan menjangkiti manusia adalah melalui mulut, hidung dan mata. Anggota tubuh manusia yang sering menyentuh bagian tersebut adalah tangan. Covid 19 menyebar menjangkiti manusia melalui droplet yang dikeluarkan penderita ketika ia berbicara, bersin atau batuk. Droplet tersebut bisa saja menempel pada benda-benda yang sering disentuh oleh tangan. Tanpa mencuci, apabila tangan yang tidak sengaja menyentuh droplet tersebut digunakan untuk makan atau menyentuh bagian mulut, hidung dan mata, maka kemungkinan besar ia akan tertular. Oleh karena itu sangat perlu untuk dilakukan program pembiasaan pola hidup bersih dan sehat diantaranya adalah mencuci tangan dengan sabun. Untuk mendukung program tersebut maka pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini telah dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci tangan, pemberian tempat cuci tangan portable beserta sabun cuci tangan serta pembagian masker.

Abstract

The transition of RAN (Radio Access Network) development from the conventional model to Open RAN is motivated by the fact that Open RAN presents new services by reducing CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and has the ability to integrate all cellular technologies in one server. One of cellular technology that can be developed using Open RAN is 4G LTE networks. The 4G LTE network produces internet with high data rate and low latency system. Various use case implementations can be carried out, for example to support learning on campus. In this study, the development of Open RAN 4G is implemented as a use case to build the Jakarta State Polytechnic SmartLab which produces its own cellular network. The importance of this research is to be able to ascertain the performance of the Open RAN 4G network using a Centralized RAN scenario. The method used in this research consists of knowing the problem, determining the tools used, determining the implementation scenario, configuring, and testing network performance. Parameters measured to test network performance are uplink downlink speed, RSRP value, and SINR value. Based on the scenarios that have been executed, the results show that the Open RAN 4G network has a maximum downlink speed performance of 13.6 Mbps, a maximum uplink speed of 7.22 Mbps, a maximum SINR of 22 dB, an RSRP of -200 dBm, and a maximum range that can be reached is 5 meters.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Information Technology demands efficient data management, especially within hospital settings to provide optimal services. Medical records play a crucial role in this context, encompassing patient health information stored by healthcare professionals. The transition towards electronic-based medical records is a prevailing trend, albeit accompanied by concerns regarding data security risks. Therefore, this study aims to implement a medical record data management system with a security approach that includes a password hashing system and AES-256 encryption. This research aims to design a password hashing system, encryption-decryption mechanism, and analyze the security level of password hashing against brute force attacks. The methodology focuses on utilizing the bcrypt algorithm for password hashing and the AES-256 algorithm for medical record data encryption. Test results indicate that the password hashing system utilizing the bcrypt algorithm generates secure hashes, and the AES-256 encryption system successfully encrypts medical record data with a 100% success rate. Brute force testing proves the effectiveness of the bcrypt algorithm in safeguarding password hash values. This research confirms that the implementation of password hashing and AES-256 encryption provides a robust layer of security in electronic medical record systems, supporting the transition towards safer and more efficient data management.
