Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examines the role of family background in moderating the relationship between social norms and entrepreneurial intention. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. Testing of the conditional process model in this study uses path analysis based on OLS (Ordinary Least Square) regression and the bootstrap method uses statistical tools SPSS version 23 and PROCESS version 3.4 by Andrew F. Hayes, the 1st model. This test is performed to measure the direct effect and indirect effect, as well as the total effect of the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study state that social norms have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile, family background has no positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on performance through knowledge management. The sample in this study amounted to 259 lecturers at private universities in the city of Bandung. Two-level hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) is used to analyze hierarchical structure data in this study, namely at the lecturer level as an individual and at the study program as a group level. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant positive effect on knowledge management, knowledge management had a significant positive impact on performance, and organizational culture had a positive and significant impact on performance directly or indirectly.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine how the influence of ICT self-efficacy, and also creativity on technopreneurship intention. This research uses the explanatory survey method. The population in this study were students of Economic Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Siliwangi University class of 2017 to 2020, amounting to 452 people. The sample of this study amounted to 212 students. Based on the results of data processing, it showed that the ICT self-efficacy, creativity, and technopreneurship intention of Economic Education students are in the high category. In addition, the results of data analysis using SPSS 25 found that ICT self-efficacy and creativity had a positive and significant effect on technopreneurship intention with an influence magnitude of 47.7% and 52.3% were able to be influenced by other factors not included in this study.Keywords: ICT self efficacy, creativiy, tecnopreneurship intention

Abstract

Konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia dan berperan dalam menggerakkan sektor riil yang secara langsung menyangkut kehidupan orang banyak. Dalam pencapaian pembangunan, sektor konstruksi memerlukan peran perbankan untuk membantu akses permodalan melalui pemberian kredit atapun pembiayaan syariah yang cukup. Menurut Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) rendahnya pembiayaan sektor konstruksi disebabkan oleh karakteristik dari sektor konstruksi yang memerlukan dana dalam jumlah besar serta jangka waktu pengembalian yang relatif panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembiayaan perbankan syariah pada sektor konstruksi periode 2011-2018. Objek penelitian ini adalah Tingkat Kecukupan Modal (CAR), Tingkat Likuiditas (FDR), Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah (SBIS) dan rasio pembiayaan sektor konstruksi. Sedangkan subjek dalam penelitian adalah perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah pembiayaan konstruksi. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Tingkat Kecukupan Modal (CAR), Tingkat Likuiditas (FDR), dan Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah (SBIS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Kecukupan Modal (CAR), Tingkat Likuiditas (FDR), dan Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah (SBIS) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap pembiayaan konstruksi. Tingkat Kecukupan Modal berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pembiayaan konstruksi, Tingkat Likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap pembiayaan konstruksi, dan Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah (SBIS) berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap pembiayaan konstruksi.

Abstract

This study aims to see the extent of the influence of the level of Inflation (CPI), Exchange Rate (kurs), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non Performing Financing (NPF) on the Stability of Islamic Banks in Indonesia Period 2015-2019. To support research, we use the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) methodology. VECM test results show that in the short term the significant effect on the level of stability are Kurs and CAR, with the direction of a negative relationship (reducing the level of stability). Meanwhile, in the long term the significant effect on the level of stability are inflation and Kurs with the direction of a negative relationship (reducing the level of stability). From the results of this study it can be concluded that the macroeconomic variables significantly affect the stability of Islamic banking, therefore the government has an important role in controlling macroeconomic turmoil to maintain Islamic banking stability. Besides that, the internal variables of the banking sector are considered to have no significant effect partially, therefore it is necessary to conduct further research with a variety of internal factors in the banking industry to prove their effects on the stability of Islamic banking

Abstract

This thesis examines daily expenses in Indonesia, especially daily expenses which are done by a housewife. A housewife has an important role in a family, especially in financial management for daily needs. Often, the incompatibility between expenses and needs transform people’s lifestyle from economical to extravagant. The result from one of the research institutes indicates that high levels of expenses in Indonesia make society have a wasteful lifestyle. However, implementation of saving attitudes can be influenced by other factors, such as television as communication media that can provide positive information content through the tv shows. The change of attitude is moderated by religiosity that will attest the level of relationship between the impacts of television shows on thrift attitude. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to collect data and by applying moderation regression analysis. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents housewives in Kelurahan Cisaranten Kidul with the criteria of watching the "Pintu Berkah" FTV program. The result of this study shows that the effect of influence of FTV show and religiosity had a positive effect on saving attitude, as evidenced by the value of t = 3,278, p (0.001) α (5%) and t = 3,025, p (0.003) α (5%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy and entrepreneurship education on digital entrepreneurship intentions. The research method used is an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as data collection. The population in this study were vocational school students majoring in for the 2021/2022 academic year and a sample of 200 students was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that digital literacy affects students' digital entrepreneurship intentions in senior high schools (SMK). Based on the significance value: the coefficients table obtained a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the economic digital literacy variable has an effect on the variables of digital entrepreneurship intentions. Based on the t value: it is known that the tcount value is 34,881 > 1,97, so it can be concluded that the economic digital literacy variable affects the digital entrepreneurship intention on Vocational High School.

Abstract

The Islamic Sharia capital market has a literacy rate and very low inclusion, and one instrument has to fluctuate every development at IE Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). It is becoming a language interesting given Sharia Capital Market have an important role because of the biggest contributor for the assets into the Islamic finance industry Indonesia. Thus, this research aims to find out how the influence of economic indicators. Leading Economic Indicator (LEI) composed of Customer Price Index (CPI) and the value of the exchange rate, the Coincident Economic Indicators (CEI) consisting of Retail Sales and money supply (M2), and the last Regional Index where authors take first stock index in the world, i.e., Index Dow Jones Islamic market and index the Dow Jones Industrial Average with the Jakarta Islamic Index. This research analyses Vector Error Correction Models (VECM) and secondary data for 60 periods from January 2014 to December 2018. This study showed that Retail Sales, the Dow Jones Islamic market, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average Index did not affect, Money supply (M2) and a negative exchange rate effect. In contrast, the Customer Price Index (CPI) had a positive effect. The macroeconomic variables will affect the implications of this research, namely the development of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) price. The money supply (M2), Customer Price Index (CPI), and the exchange rate become variable, which has a big influence. In contrast, the Retail Sales, the Dow Jones Islamic Market (DJIM), the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) has influence but are not so strong. Therefore, the stability condition of the macroeconomy is stable, so the share price development of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) is stable and moving up.

Abstract

This study aims to exploration factor of employer branding and employee value proposition for employee of university. Based on previous research all the indicators of employer branding and employee values proposition from potential and existing employee from profit organization, that the reason for this research find indicators from academic sector. This study aims to exploration factor of employer branding and employee value proposition for employee of university. This research conducting at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia with 50 lecture and 50 employees as source of data with questionnaire and using Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA). Dimension of Employer branding adopted from Tanwar and Prasad (2017) and Corporate Executive Board (2007) for Employee Value Proposition. Based on the EFA analysis, a classification of new factors/dimensions employer branding was obtained, namely training and development, organizational value/culture, social value, working environment, compensation, and benefits with 21 item scale. For employee value proposition find a classification of new factors / dimensions was obtained, namely work, learning organization, reward, organizational climate, organizational culture, company dimensions, career opportunities, environmental ethics. All the item scale of variable can prediction about university attractiveness from their employee, its implication to university policy to increase engagement their employee.

Abstract

The results of this study show perceived behavioral control in mediating the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on the intensity of digital entrepreneurship. The sample of reasearch are 136 students/I SMK Negeri in West Jakarta Class X majoring in bold and digital business. This study uses a structural equation model analysis tool (PLS-SEM analysis) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results show that entrepreneurial knowledge has a direct effect on the intensity of digital entrepreneurship in State Vocational High School students in West Jakarta which has a path coefficient of 0.230 and a p-value of 0.011 <0.050. Entrepreneurial knowledge has a significant positive effect on the intensity of digital entrepreneurship which is mediated by the perception of behavioral control in students/I SMK Negeri in West Jakarta which has a path coefficient of 0,102 and a p value of 0,009 < 0,050.
