Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan evaluasi program yang dilaksanakan di Balai Diklat Keuangan Malang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: jenis evaluasi program diklat meliputi evaluasi tingkat reaction, learning, behavior,dan result. Komponen yang di evaluasi meliputi; evaluasi penyelenggaraan, kurikulum, dan evaluasi pengajar. Pemanfaatan hasil evaluasi diklat dimanfaatkan pihak lembaga untuk pengembangan atau perbaikan diklat selanjutnya dan laporan bentuk pertanggungjawaban kepada pusdiklat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) Describe the ideal and feasible model of the allocation of an entrepreneurship education curriculum for learners at a course institution. 2) Describe an ideal and feasible model of an entrepreneurship education learning strategy for learners in a course institution. Qualitative research is also called naturalistic research. Subjects in this study are students and alumi in course programs organized by LKP Kresna Informatika such as English courses courses, computer and office accounting. Data collection techniques in the context of this study have a significant role considering the quality of various types of data obtained at each stage of module development. Observation and documentation, interviews and tests are the data collection techniques used in this research before it will be analyzed. Stages of data analysis pursued after the need for data both secondary and primary when it has been fulfilled which includes; (1) data reduction, (2) display data, and (3) conclusion drawing/verification. The results in the study conclude that to establish entrepreneurial attitude in the courses and training programs conducted by LKP Kresna Informatika include; 1) The prerequisite of one's attitude input and one's entrepreneurial nature in LKP Kresna Informatika includes; discipline, high commitment, honest, reative and Innovative. 2) Design learning strategies in growing and developing entrepreneurship skills of learners in LKP Kresna Informatika through a special approach that is called 4 in 1 or with four stages. 3) Implementation of learning strategies in growing and developing entrepreneurship skills of learners in LKP Kresna Informatika; Identification of Business Opportunities, entrepreneurship learning based on the development of attitudes, knowledge and entrepreneurship skills, Evaluation of Learning Outcomes and Business Assistance and Pioneering.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the level of digital literacy, civic literacy, and personal resilience of vocational high school students in Malang City and analyze the influence of digital literacy and civic literacy on student personal resilience linearly and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Using the cluster proportional random sampling technique, a sample of 313 students spread proportionally from SMKN throughout Malang City was obtained. Data was collected using interview techniques, questionnaires or questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The study results showed that the overall digital literacy of students was in a decent category. The overall civic literacy of students was included in the excellent category. Students' overall personal resilience was included in the excellent category. Digital literacy positively affected students' resilience with a significance value of 0.024. Civic literacy positively affected students' resilience with a significance value of 0.041. Digital literacy and civic literacy simultaneously affected students' resilience with a significance of 0.02.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of financial and digital literacy of migrant workers’ families in terms of educational background. This study used a quantitative approach with analysis in the form of analysis of variants and kruskal-wallis. The study was conducted in one village in Lamongan Regency, East Java with a total sample of 95 persons. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the level of financial literacy in terms of the educational background of the families of migrant workers. There is significant differences in the level of digital literacy in terms of the educational background of migrant workers’ families. Families of migrant workers who have significant differences in the level of digital literacy are groups of primary school graduates to college graduates and junior secondary school graduates to college graduates. The conclusion of this study is that migrant worker families that tend to have low levels of financial literacy and digital literacy are families of migrant workers with a background in primary school (elementary) and junior secondary school. This is even more convincing that the educational background has an influence on one’s ability level. This becomes the identification of migrant worker families with educational background who has priority to get intervention in increasing knowledge and skills in the non-formal education programs that are useful for preparing migrant worker families in the industrial revolution era 4.0. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi finansial dan digital keluarga pekerja migran ditinjau dari latar belakang pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analysis of varian dan kruskal-wallis. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu desa di Kabupaten Lamongan, Jawa Timur dengan total sampel sebanyak 95 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat literasi finansial yang ditinjau dari latar belakang pendidikan keluarga pekerja migran. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat literasi digital yang ditinjau dari latar belakang pendidikan keluarga pekerja migran. Keluarga pekerja migran yang memiliki perbedaan tingkat literasi digital yang signifikan adalah kelompok lulusan SD dengan lulusan perguruan tinggi serta lulusan SMP dengan lulusan perguruan tinggi.  Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah keluarga pekerja migran yang cenderung memiliki tingkat literasi finansial maupun literasi digital yang rendah adalah keluarga pekerja migran dengan latar belakang lulusan SD dan SMP. Hal tersebut semakin meguatkan bahwa latar belakang pendidikan memberikan pengaruh terhadap tingkat kemampuan seseorang. Identifikasi keluarga pekerja migran dengan latar pendidikan yang memiliki prioritas mendapatkan intervensi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan berupa program pendidikan nonformal yang berguna untuk mempersiapkan keluarga pekerja migran dalam era revolusi industri 4.0.

Abstract

Course institutions are one kind of well-known non-formal education unit in Indonesia. Its role and contribution in the development of national system and the development of human resources can not be neglected. The amount of course institutions fluctuates overtime; however, it can be assured that the amount stays significantly fulfilling the learning need of the people. In 2002, the recorded amount of course institution is 22,510, but it decreased up to 11,745 in 2005. Those institutions provide 167 types of courses and trainings, which can be categorized into several subjects of study. According to the Government Regulation of Number 19 in 2005 on the National Standard of Education, course institutions need to have standardization. Different from the formal education (school) standard which is more systematical and homogeneous, the standardization for course institutions faces obstacles related to the minimum criteria of several components because of the wide variability and heterogeneity on its types, scopes, and levels.

Abstract

Based on the regulation of Minister of National Education, No. 14 of 2007 about the standard content for the program of A, B, and C packages, the attainment of learning achievement competence, named as the unit of competence credit (SKK) has been regulated. The system of SKK at equivalency is education in different from semester credit system (SKS) at higher education. This article discusses SKK introducing an implementation model by distributing the learning loads on each competence unit or sub unit into SKK unit. SKK system will enable to implement various flexibility competence and excellence competence of nonformal education. Besides, several learning models in nonformal education can be integrated in one interconnected system, i.e. SKK and national examination of equivalency education.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) pemanfaatan sumber belajar digital pada program pendidikan kesetaraan paket c di PKBM Mentari, (2) manfaat internet sebagai sumber belajar pada program pendidikan kesetaraan paket c di PKBM Mentari (3) fasilitas internet yang digunakan warga belajar pada progam pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Mentari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berjenis deksriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 105 responden warga belajar paket c di PKBM Mentari. penelitian dilaksanakan pada masa pandemi covid-19, dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan sumber belajar digital oleh warga belajar di PKBM mentari sangat tinggi. Manfaat internet sebagai sumber belajar antara lain konektifitas dan jangkuannya luas, aksesnya 24 jam, akses cepat dan mudah serta bianya cukup murah. Fasilitas internet yang digunakan warga belajar sebagai sumber belajar antara lain website, mesin pencari, surat elektronik serta media sosial. The Utilization of Digital-Based Learning Resources in the Package C Equality Education Program at PKBM Mentari Malang Regency Abstract: This study aims to describe: (1) the use of digital learning resources in the package c equivalency education program at PKBM Mentari, (2) the benefits of the internet as a learning resource in the package c equivalency education program at PKBM Mentari (3) internet facilities used by learning citizens at the package C equivalency education program at PKBM Mentari. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 105 respondents who studied package c at PKBM Mentari. The research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic, using a questionnaire and documentation study. Data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that the use of digital learning resources by learning citizens at PKBM Mentari was very high. The benefits of the internet as a learning resource include broad connectivity and coverage, 24-hour access, fast and easy access and quite cheap costs. Internet facilities that are used by learning citizens as learning resources include websites, search engines, electronic mail and social media

Abstract

Pola asuh orang tua menjadi tolak ukur dalam pembentukan karakter anak serta perkembangan anak usia dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak, 2) pengaruh kemandirian anak terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak, dan 3) pengaruh pola asuh dan kemandirian anak terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) nilai Sig variabel pola asuh (0.041) yang diperolah lebih kecil dari nilai alpha, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pola asuh mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak. 2) Hasil uji hipotesa menggunakan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak. 3) Adanya pengaruh positif dan pengaruh signifikan secara bersamaan antara pola asuh dan kemandirian terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak. berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan kepada orang tua agar bijak dalam memilih dan menerapkan pola asuh kepada anak usia dini sehingga membantu perkembangan sosial emosional anak secara optimal.

Abstract

Abstract: The study aimed to investigate the effect of parental mediation on children's externalizing behavior related to digital media use. The research used a quantitative method and a correlational descriptive approach, with a sample of 63 parents from Raudhatul Athfal, Lembeyan District, Magetan Regency. The results indicated a high level of parental mediation in the restrictive, active, and observant sub-variables. Children's externalization behavior was found to be low, with a negative effect between parental mediation and externalization behavior. The study recommended that parents increase their knowledge about parenting and the mediation model of parents in using digital media, while educators should develop effective parenting models for early childhood. Future researchers are advised to use qualitative research methods to further investigate parental mediation in the use of digital media and its impact on children's externalizing behavior. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi orang tua terhadap perilaku eksternalisasi anak di Raudhatul Athfal Kecamatan Lembeyan Kabupaten Magetan. Dalam penelitian ini, 63 responden dipilih dari 634 orang tua menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mediasi orang tua secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan perilaku eksternalisasi anak berada pada kategori rendah. Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan adanya pengaruh negatif antara mediasi orang tua terhadap perilaku eksternalisasi anak. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa orang tua yang menerapkan kombinasi dari ketiga jenis mediasi orang tua, memiliki tingkat pendidikan yang cukup tinggi, memiliki komunikasi yang baik, dan persepsi risiko penggunaan internet netral, dapat mengurangi munculnya perilaku eksternalisasi anak. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai parenting terutama model mediasi orang tua dalam penggunaan media digital bagi orang tua anak usia dini. Pendidik PAUD juga disarankan untuk mengembangkan model parenting yang efektif terkait media digital bagi orang tua anak usia dini. Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai mediasi orang tua pada penggunaan media digital dan dampaknya pada perilaku eksternalisasi anak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in nationalism in terms of various types of extracurricular activities and the relationship between the intensity of extracurricular participation and student nationalism. This research is comparative and correlational quantitative research. With a sample of 355 students in 7 state senior high schools in Malang City. The data was taken using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the normality test, different test, regression test, and correlation test. There are significant differences in the attitude toward nationalism in terms of various kinds of extracurricular activities due to the Amounting to 0.014 or 0.05. Data on the intensity of participation in extracurricular activities has a smaller value than the respective r table. It can be concluded that there is no relationship between the intensity of participation in extracurricular activities and attitudes toward nationalism.
