Penyandang tuna wicara berbeda dengan penyandang cacat lainnya. Secara fisik mereka sempurna, maka mereka cenderung aktif dan eksklusif. Untuk mengatasi kecacatannya diperlukan alat bantu ajar yang dapat memperkuat konsentrasi belajar mereka. Aplikasi text to speech telah dibuat dan diuji coba untuk latihan bicara, sekaligus ditambah materi hitung- menghitung. Hasil yang diperoleh sangat positif, siswa sangat antusias dan perkembangan kemampuan ucapannya juga meningkat lebih cepat dari pada dengan cara biasa.

One of the important part in the process of construction of North Halmahera Regency Area is the determination of strategic planning for the improvement of the quality of the performance of such establishments. In carrying out or assisting the determination of planning-planning is still in the form of execution which is still done manually by the leadership of the party, thereby impeding the performance of these institutions a bit in determining the timing of the decision on the strategic planning decisions.Information technology can be used to assist in the improved performance of a business or organization. An organization that consists of a lot of people need to manage knowledge derived from these people through the process of knowledge management (KM).In this research will be applied the concept of knowledge management on strategic planning for the improvement of the quality of the performance of the agencies in North Halmahera Regency and applying methods of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to give advice in determining strategic planning decisions in development planning Congress (MUSRENBANG).

The competition among private universities in Indonesia for students admission is getting tough. This phenomenon is triggered by the fact that the main source of income for those universities is from their students. In order to win the competition is the targeting the promotion to the right area. Clustering method in data mining could be utilized get the information on the segment of prospective students, By segmenting these prospective students, a good promotion could be carried out in a more organized way. It also helps to achieve the cost effective and the target that the universities have. One of the advantages of this kind of promotion is minimizing the promotion costs and the increasing responses from prospective students. This model is built using the ready to use tool in the market,Microsoft Excel and SQL Server 2008 Data Mining Add in. By implementing thus segmenting process to the applicant, it could classify which areas contributing to the number of the prospective students and which major they are interested in.

Land trading as investment is sometimes find some barriers or problems. One of the problems is illegal or misclaimed of the land certificate. Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) and Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) as institutions and correlated parties in the process of land certificate making need a system to handle the problem of falsification land certificate. The purpose of this research is to make secure system of digital land certificate document with a data protection system to detect if there is a falsification activity from certain party. This research hopefully can help BPN and PPAT as authorized institution of land certificate making and to lower the number of falsification. Digital signature SHA 512 and RSA are used in this research as a solution to keep data integrity of land certificate in a digital format, in this case, in an electronic book with.pdf format. Digital signature derived from xref table in.pdf file. This program has been consulted with BPN and PPAT officer in Salatiga. The result is, this program can be used and applied for authentication process of digital land certificate and help BPN to solve the problem of high number of falsification digital land certificate.Â Keywordsâ€”Sertifikat Tanah Digital, Digital Signature, Hash SHA 512, RSA, Integritas Data, Xref-Table

Good local government performance, especially related to the realization of good corporate governance, can be created if there is good communication between agencies, employees and compact collaboration to synergize policies that facilitate public services. To optimize government performance, one of which is the Boyolali District Archives and Library Service through collaborative relationships between employees so as to create intense two-way communication. This study aims to identify social networks related to collaboration between employees using the Social Network Analysis method and a total of 40 people as respondents, but only 32 people filled out the questionnaire data completely. The indicators used in viewing the research results are density values, degree centrality values, closeness centrality values, betweenness centrality values, and clique values. The results of the analysis obtained a network density level of 14.8% (considered weak because it is less than 50 percent). Employee number 21 has the highest degree centrality value and betweenness centrality value, then employee number 9 has the highest closeness centrality. This research concludes that there is a good collaborative relationship between the four departments in the Archives and Library Office of Boyolali Regency, namely the Operations department, the Service department, the Archives department, and the Librarian department.

Abstract Changes in land use for industrial development, public housing and so on continues to grow along with the increasing of the population. Meanwhile, development of food security, continue to have problems, one of them is wide area of foodland. This study, build an analysis model to supporting variable land suitability against development of marginal land for opening primary food land as an information system. By using K-Means algorithm and focus on the data flow to become information, this study recommends a model of optimization analysis of marginal land to assist Agricultural Department in improving the agricultural service area to plant crops. Key words : Analysis model, K-Means, Marginal Land, Land Food, Characteristic Of The Land Â Abstrak Perubahan fungsi lahan pangan untuk pembangunan industri, perumahan rakyat dan sebagainya, terus berkembang seiring dengan meningkatnya populasi penduduk. Sementara itu pembangunan ketahanan pangan terus mengalami kendala salah satunya luas area lahan pangan. Penelitian ini membangun model analisis variabel pendukung kesesuaian lahan terhadap pengembangan lahan maginal untuk pembukaan lahan pangan sebagai suatu sistem informasi. Dengan menggunakan algoritma k-means dan fokus pada alur data untuk menjadi informasi, maka penelitian ini merekomendasikan model analisis optimasi terhadap lahan marginal untuk membantu dinas pertanian dalam meningkatkan luas area tanam tanaman pangan. This paper aims to provide an overview of the calculation of the area of Indonesia based on the boundaries of sub-district/village, district, regency/city. The circle approach method is proposed as a fast method for determining the land area of Indonesia. The total area of Indonesia can be obtained by adding up to 33 provinces or 502 regencies/cities or 6696 districts or 77474 sub-districts. Calculation of the area of the area using district boundaries is better used in the calculation of the area of Indonesia which is obtained 1,965,443.51 km2. The results obtained are 2.53% bigger than the reference area.

The aim of this study isÂ to develop model of ICT-based learning management. With this tools and model, school can be easily monitor and evaluate the educational process. This research done by Research and Development (R&D). The place of the research is at SD Kristen Satya Salatiga, and data collection used interviews, observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and triangulation technique to test data validation. The result of the research are: The first step is Decision Making of ICT-based Learning, The second step is Planning of ICT-based Learning, The Third step is Implementation of ICT-based Learning, The Fourth step is Evaluation of ICT-based Learning. The key success factor of this model is on the second step that is how the teachers make the lesson plans and cooperate with all the parties related to the ICT-based learning management.
