Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kajian awal untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat intelegensi anak usia dini. Setiap anak memiliki tingkat intelegensi yang berbeda-beda, sehingga mempengaruhi kemampuan anak dalam menyelesaikan tugas sekolah dan mengikuti proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tingkat intelegensi anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskripsi, penelitian dilaksanakan di TK Islam Nusantara Kota Serang Provinsi Banten selama 1 minggu. Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling yaitu anak yang berusia sekitar 5 tahun sampai dengan 6 tahun berjumlah 36 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tingkat intelegensi anak usia dini berada pada kategori di atas rata-rata sebesar 77% yang berjumlah 28 anak, (2) tingkat intelegensi anak usia dini berada pada kategori rata-rata sebesar 6% yang berjumlah 2 anak, (3) tingkat intelegensi anak usia dini berada pada kategori di bawah rata-rata sebesar 17% yang berjumlah 6 anak. Tingkat intelegensi ini perlu diketahui oleh guru kelas di sekolah TK tersebut, agar dapat membantu optimalkan proses belajar anak di dalam kelas. Disarankan bagi pihak yang berhubungan dengan anak seperti: guru kelas, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah dalam merencanakan program memperhatikan keberadaan tingkat intelegensi anak usia dini. Semua pihak perlu melakukan pembinaan yang sungguh-sungguh, ikhlas, dan serius sehubungan dengan pengembangan tingkat intelegensi anak.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to obtain information on the benefits of Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) to increased the learning concentration of students at MIN 1 elementary school in Mersi Village, East Purwokerto. This research used a direct survey qualitative method and literature study. Based on the results research, it shows that administration of DMT to elementary students helped in: (1) increased integration of cognition, affection, and physical experience; (2) expressions of competence; (3) increase self-awareness; (4) as a form of coping in an effort to overcome the problem of pressure/stress, mood, emotion; (5) helping to improve self-efficacy (6) DMT is a form of social support. When cognitive integration, affection, self-awareness and happy conditions are achieved, students can improve their concentration in the learning process. The results can be used as a strong basis for the importance of providing DMT therapy in schools of students to assist in the process of improving the results of the learning process. Keywords: dance movement therapy (DMT)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the career interests of students in Class XI MAN throughout Pandeglang Regency for the 2020/2021 academic year. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, the object of research is 268 students of class XI. Aspects of career interest consist of six personality types, namely realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising and conventional. The data collection technique is a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the instrument validity test that has been carried out, it produces as many as 60 valid items. As for the results of the reliability test, the number is 0.818 with a very strong/high classification. The results showed that the career interests of class XI MAN students throughout Pandeglang Regency were in the medium category with a percentage of 55% as many as 148 students, in the low category with a percentage of 23% as many as 62 students and in the high category with a percentage of 22% with a percentage of 58 students.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the of aggressive behavior of grade VIII MTS students Muttallimin Pandegalang Year 2020/2021. The purpose of the study was to find out a picture of students' aggressive behavior and the influence of group counseling with technique Self-management in reducing aggressive behavior. This type of research is a pre-experimental design with one group pre- post-test design, with a class VIII population of 54 students with a sample of 8 students selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection method using questionnaires of aggressive behavior of students who have tested the validity of the content and have 44 items out of 60 valid items, the study result found 8 students in the very high category with a percentage of 15%. 20 students in the high category with a percentage of 37%, and 24 students in the moderate category with a percentage of 44%, and 2 students in the low category with a percentage of 4%. Data analysis techniques using wilxocon tests. Results of analysis of pre-test data and post-test aggressive behavior. obtained z count – 2,521 <z table 36.00, then Ha accepted and Ho rejected, meaning it can reduce aggressive behavior after being given group counseling services with Self-management techniques to students of grade VIII MTS Muttallimin Pandeglang.

Abstract

Communication is a way of interacting between individuals and very important in social life. Assertive behavior is communication behavior between individuals that involves aspects of honesty and openness of mind and feelings. Adolescence is a period of transition between childhood and adulthood which includes biological, cognitive, social and emotional changes. This study aims to determine the profile of assertive behavior and its implications for the personal social guidance and counseling program at SMP Negeri 5 Serang City. This research method is descriptive quantitative research with one variable, namely student assertive behavior. The research subjects were students who were sitting in class IX of SMP Negeri 5 Serang City. The population of this study amounted to 191 students with a sample of 131 students who were selected using the Nonprobality Sampling method which was determined using the Purpossive Sampling method. The results of this study are students have assertive behavior in the high category as many as 86 students (65.6%), the medium category as many as 45 students (34.4%), and the low category as many as 0 students.

Abstract

Students will go through time after time, when students enter school, students will feel unfamiliar with the new environment, and new friends. When entering a new environment and meeting new friends, students will be anxious, when students cannot interact with the new environment in class, students find friends who will become victims of bullying. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population taken is junior high school students and the number of respondents is 200 students through random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the bullying behavior of students at SMPN 5 Kota Serang tinggi. on verbal indicators there are about 34% in the high category, then cyberbullying there are about 28.08% in the high category, Physical bullying is around 27.58% in the medium category, doing physical bullying is around 27.58% , indirect is in the low category of 18.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah teknik Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) mampu untuk mereduksi tingkat stress yang dialami ketua ekstrakurikuler salah satu MA Negeri di Kota Serang. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 19 siswa ketua ekstrakurikuler dan sampel diambil sebanyak 1 siswa ketua ekstrakurikuler yang memiliki tingkat stress sangat tinggi yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument stres Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) dengan jumlah butir 7 pernyataan valid dan nilai reliabilitas 0,779. Hasil analisis data menggunakan dua metode yakni analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi, diperoleh tingkat stres dengan skor 23 kategori sangat berat turun menjadi skor 6 kategori normal. Hasil penelitian terjadi penurunan tingkat stres ketua ekstrakurikuler PMR sebesar 74%. Kesimpulan adanya pengaruh teknik mindfulness-based reduction efektif menurunkan tingkat stres ketua ekstrakurikuler PMR di salah satu MA Negeri di Kota Serang. Penelitian dapat dilakukan lebih lanjut untuk mendukung terlaksananya program BK di sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan spesifik kegiatan PPM ini ialah pengolahan limbah jangung agar dapat dimanfaatkan sepenuhnya untuk kegiatan produktif yang bisa meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok usaha petani jagung sekaligus membentuk wirausaha yang mandiri secara ekonomi. Sasaran pada kegiatan PKM yaitu dihasilkannya: (1) pengetahuan mitra perihal pengolahan limbah jagung menjadi barang kerajinan yang bernilai ekonomi; (2) Barang kerajinan berbahan olahan limbah jagung. Metode yang dipergunakan untuk mencapai tujuan kegitan PPM ialah metode pendidikan dan  penyuluhan, pelatihan produksi, pembinaan manajemen usaha terdiri dari teknik pemasaran dan  penyusunan laporan keuangan, rancang bangun, pendampingan, monitoring, dan  penilaian. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tapos Kabupaten Pandeglang. Hasil capaian kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan oleh tim pelaksana, diantaranya: 1) telah dilakukannya penyuluhan pemanfaatan limbah jagung sehingga mitra memperoleh pengetahuan manfaat serta nilai potensial dari limbah jagung; 2) telah dilaksanakannya pembinaan produksi produk/ barang keterampilan seperti kotak tissu, tempat pensil, lampu tidur, sehingga mitra mempunyai kemampuan dalam mengolah limbah jagung menjadi barang bernilai ekonomi. Mitra juga mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan dari produksi barang keterampilan dari limbah jagung.

Abstract

This research aims at describing the illustration of life skill level in thelearning community and discovering the design of the Guidance and Counseling Program to improve life skill on Residents Learning Package C at PKBM Serang District, Indonesia. The survey takes census samples which amounts to 86 learning Residents. The life skill scale was carried out by looking at four aspects, namely personal skills, academic skills, social skills, and vocational skills.Data analysis is performed by descriptive quantitative technique. The result of the questionnaire analysis on the life skills level on Residents Learning Package C atPKBM in Serang District were in low category with a percentage of 20%, the medium category with a percentage of 68%, and the high category with a percentage of 12%. After discovering the description of the life skill level, the design of the Guidance and Counseling Program was made based on the research results obtained.

Abstract

Preliminary studies conducted obtained information that the problems often faced by fish processing business groups are knowledge of processed fish production, design and management in terms of variations in fish food processing, such as: salted fish, pindang fish, otak-otak fish. The results of direct observation (January 20, 2020), This fish processing business has been occupied for generations from the family where the sales have decreased from year to year due to climate change and the absence of technology that supports food variety. Therefore, knowledge of processed fish production, design, and entrepreneurial management is needed, so that fish processing can be maximized. The approach and method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The collection of data and information was carried out through observation and interviews with 10 respondents who were parents. The results of this study indicate that there is still a lack of skills and understanding of the Teluk Village community in managing fish in a variety of processed foods, so that there is a need for follow-up to be given to improve the understanding and skills of the village community.
