Abstrak. Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris tentang pengaruh efektivitas pengendaliaan intern terhadap kinerja perkreditan pad PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas pengendaliaan intern terhadap kinerja perkreditan pada PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh manajer dan karyawan bagian perkreditan pada PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh yang berjumlah sebanyak 20 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan lembaran pertanyaan (kuesioner) yang telah dipersiapkan kepada responden. Data primer dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan efektifitas pengendalian intern berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perkreditan pada PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh. Peran variabel efektivitas sistem pengendalian intern terhadapa kinerja penyaluran kredit pada PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh lebih dominan dibanding peran variabel lainnya.Â Kata kunci: Efektifitas sistem pengendalian intern, kinerja perkreditan.Â Abstract. This research is an empirical study about the influence of effectiveness of internal finance to credit performance at PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of internal finance effectiveness on credit performance at PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh. Population in this research is all manager and employee of credit at PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh, totaling 20 people. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires that have been prepared to the respondent. Primary data were analyzed by using simple linear regression. The results explain the effectiveness of internal control significant effect on credit performance at PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh. The role of variable effectiveness of internal control system on the performance of credit distribution at PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh is more dominant than the role of other variables.Â Keywords: Effectiveness of internal control system, credit performance

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes through the application of picture and picture learning models in class VI SD Negeri Botung with a total of 20 students. The implementation of this improvement research was carried out through 3 stages of the cycle which was carried out from January to March 2017. The results of this study showed a significant improvement, starting at the time of the pre-cycle research students gained 45% learning completeness. After the Cycle I action was carried out using the learning model picture and picture student learning completeness rose to 60%. Next, the second cycle is repaired, in this second cycle all students achieve learning completeness. From learning improvement research, it can be concluded that using a picture and picture learning model on science lessons about animal and plant breeding can improve student learning outcomes in class VI of SD Negeri 201Botung in Kotanopan sub-district. Keyword: picture and picture Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture dikelas VI SD Negeri 201 Botung dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 20 orang. Pelaksanaan penelitian perbaikan ini dilakukan melalui 3 tahap siklus yang dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Januari sampai Maret 2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, mulai pada saat penelitian pra siklus siswa memperoleh ketuntasan belajar sebanyak 45%. Setelah dilakukan tindakan disiklus I dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture ketuntasan belajar siswa naik menjadi 60%. Selanjutnya dilakukan perbaikan kesiklus II, disiklus II ini seluruh siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Dari penelitian perbaikan pembelajaran dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture pada pelajaran IPA tentang perkembangbiakan hewan dan tumbuhan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dikelas VI SD Negeri 201 Botung kecamatan Kotanopan. Performance is measured based lecturer faculty workload includes the followingprincipal activities of the learning plan, implement bembelajaran process, evaluating learning,guide and train, conduct research, perform community service and perform additional tasks.One of the government's efforts to improve the competence of lecturers, starting in 2008, noperformance assessment program called Lecturer Certification lecturers. The importance ofthe program Lecturer Certification as a form of assessment of faculty performance is expectedto improve the quality of education and provide benefits that can be perceived by students asoutput in the world of education. This study aims to determine differences in the competenceof lecturers who have tersertifkasi and yet tersertifkasi in Poltekkes MoH Bengkulu 2014.This research was analytic cross-sectional study. The population in this study are all still in thepolytechnic lecturers Bengkulu MoH both JFU and JFT are 85 people, samples were takenwith total sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariateindependent T test. The results showed that the majority (75.7%) lecturers alreadytersertiifikasi, most (64.9%) lecturers are aged ≥ 45 years and almost all (83.8%) lecturershave been teaching ≥ 5 years, and there was no difference the competence of lecturers arecertified with certified faculty who have both pedagogical, professional, personal and social. Itis expected that the relevant agencies to carry out monitoring and evaluation of the learningprocess both on students and lecturers.

Non-communicable diseases in Bengkulu Province has been increasing from 2007 to 2013. Integrated non-communicable disease development post (Posbindu PTM) is a platform for community participation in early detection and monitoring of risk factors in an integrated and periodic manner. Counseling on Posbindu PTM activities is one of the factor that could improve knowledge, attitude and behavior towards prevention and control of non-infectious diseases (NCDs). The study aimed to investigate the influence of counseling on the improvement of knowledge, attitude and behavior towards NCDs prevention and control. Through a quantitative research with quasi-experimental design, counseling at Posbindu PTM Damai and Padang Harapan Kota Bengkulu was conducted. The population and samples were all 32 members of Posbindu PTM. We found a difference in knowledge, attitude, and behavior before and after counseling from dependent and independent t-test analysis. The Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) need to train their cadres so that they are capable to counsel Posbindu PTM members to improve their knowledge, attitudes, and behavior towards prevention and control of NCDs.

Imunisasi pada bayi merupakan tindakan yang dapat menimbulkan trauma karena hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan nyeri. Salah satu teknik menejemen nyeri non-farmakologi adalah dengan pemberian ASI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian ASI terhadap penurunan respon nyeri pada bayi yang dilakukan imunisasi Pentavalen. Penelitian menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperimen dengan static group comparation dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling, jumlah sampel didapatkan 54 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu pada tanggal 11 September – 10 Oktober 2017. Analisis perbedaan respon nyeri menggunakan Independent Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata respon nyeri pada bayi pada kelompok intervensi adalah 3,89. Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol rata-rata tingkat nyerinya adalah 7.63. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan ada perbedaan rata-rata respon nyeri pada bayi yang diberikan ASI (intervensi) dengan bayi yang diberikan terapi sentuhan (kontrol) pada saat dilakukan penyuntikan imunisasi Pentavalen sebesar 3,74 (p=0,000). Diharapkan bagi Puskesmas khususnya petugas imunisasi dapat menerapkan prinsip menurunkan respon nyeri pada bayi yang diimunisasi yaitu dengan melakukan intervensi pemberian ASI sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuntikkan imunisasi pada bayi yang merupakan salah satu Asuhan Sayang Bayi.

Abstract: For a primigravida first face pregnancy, when the face of the delivery process tends to unpreparedness this is because labor is something new was going to happen. Practicing yoga exercises during this period is one of self-help solutions which support the process of pregnancy, birth, both physically and psychologically The purpose of this study is expected to influence prenatal yoga exercises on the readiness of labor in primigravida face BPM in Bengkulu City in 2015. This research uses quasi-experimental methods, the sampling technique with purposive sample totaling totaling 30 samples comprising 15 people carry out prenatal yoga exercises (cases) 15 people given pregnancy exercise (control). Data collection techniques directly to the two groups of pregnant women primigravidae Trimester III before the intervention were given a questionnaire to see the birth preparedness, further intervention group prenatal yoga exercises 2 times a week for 1 month, analysis of the data used test sample t test. Univariate results obtained an average yield of readiness before the intervention prenatal yoga exercises in the face of normal delivery was 19,67 after intervention decreased to 10,80, bivariate analysis obtained p value: 0,005 <α 0,05, which means there is the influence of prenatal yoga exercise on preparedness primigravida in the face of labor in BPM in the city of Bengkulu 2015. For health workers, especially midwives do prenatal yoga training exercise in pregnant women and can be taught to pregnant women for prenatal yoga exercises melakukakan useful for Preparing mother both physically and psychologically in the face of labor

Sharia banking is currently very popular with the Indonesian people, so to prepare for this increasingly selective business competition, Islamic Commercial Banks are required to improve their company performance so that investors are attracted to invest. This study aims to determine the effect of BOPO, ROA, NPF, and DPK on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The samples used were BUS and UUS with 52 data. Multiple linear regression is used as an analysis technique to produce a detailed description of the relationship of each variable used. The regression results tell that BOPO and DPK have no significant effect on market share, while ROA and NPF have a positive and significant effect on market share in Islamic banking in Indonesia.

This study aims to see the effect of banking zakat expenditure, company size and Islamic Social Responsibility on profitability. The data of this research uses the financial report data Annual Report or the annual report of each Islamic Commercial Bank for the period 2016-2019. This study uses a quantitative research approach with data analysis methods using multiple linear regression models. Hypothesis testing is done by statistical tests, namely partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test) with a significance level of 5%. Simultaneous test results show that banking zakat expenditure, company size and ISR simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Partially, the bank zakat expenditure variable has a positive and significant impact on profitability, while the company size variable and ISR have no effect on profitability at Islamic Commercial Banks.Â Keywords: Zakat Expenditures, Company Size, ISR, Profitability.

The study was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge, personality and reputation on people's decisions to choose Islamic banks. The research subjects were all people of Banda Aceh city in early 2020 as many as 270.321 people using the Slovin formula with cluster random sampling technique representing 9 sub districts total 100 respondents using Islamic banking services. The data analysis technique uses linear regression to answer the proposed hypothesis. The results show that all independent variables of knowledge, personality and reputation influence the variables related to the customers decision to choose Islamic bank in the city of Banda Aceh.
