Abstract

In this decade, hospitality is an industry that grows rapidly in Indonesia, notably inBandung. New Sany Rosa Hotel Bandung is among the most popular hotels. Fac-ing tough industry, transformation at this hotel was enforced. The new managementdelivered a change in customer satisfaction valuation, from suggestions or criticsto service quality. The objective is to identify if five dimensions of service qualityimpact the customer satisfaction and which dimension has most influence on cus-tomer satisfaction. Interview was conducted and questionnaires were disseminatedto a hundred guests who stayed overnight. Result indicates that tangibility, empathy,reliability, responsiveness, and assurance have simultaneously and partially affectedthe satisfaction. Empathy is a dimension that influenced the customer satisfaction atthis hotel the most.Keywords: service quality, tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assur-ance, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Along with the development of technological information nowadays, and many problems that occur at The General Practitioner Doctor Adrianus Riyanto’s Practice so the medical records data which used to be recorded by conventional way finally are grown into an application that is called medical records application. This application was started by analyzing the problem by interviewing the doctor, nurse, and  patient. This aplication was built by Hypertext Preprocessor language and MySQL which the output will be implemented and tested by interview process. The reachable result indicates that medical records development assist to improve productivity and efficiency work from general practitioner.

Abstract

Bisnis restoran merupakan suatu bisnis yang cukup kompetitif. Dewasa ini, persaingan dalam bisnis ini bukan hanya berdasarkan rasa dan tampilan dari produk (makanan atau minuman) yang ditawarkan, tetapi juga berdasarkan keunikan konsep yang membangun keunggulan tersendiri dari restoran tersebut di mata konsumen. Dengan keunggulan tersebut, restoran berharap untuk dapat menarik konsumen untuk menjadi pelanggan. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, salah satu pendekatan yang sering digunakan adalah Customer Relationship Management (CRM).Tantangan yang muncul adalah bagaimana menyusun suatu CRM yang dapat membantu restoran untuk menganalisa proses bisnisnya, termasuk menganalisa bagaimana perilaku pelanggan. Dengan hasil analisa yang mendalam, pramusaji dan kasir dari restoran dapat mempunyai peluang yang lebih besar dalam menciptakan hubungan emosional yang positifdengan pelangan. Analisa seperti ini tidak dihasilkan oleh operational CRM yang sudah umum diimplementasikan dalam bisnis restoran. Pertanyaan yang muncul adalah bagaimana membangun suatu analytical CRM yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan para pelaku di bisnis restoran.Penelitian ini bersifat eksploratif dengan menggunakan kombinasi data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Studi kasus terhadap tiga restoran menjadi dasar dari penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan kombinasi pendekatan wawancara, studi dokumen, observasi, dan kuesioner, formula CRM yang sesuai dengan karakteristik restoran dan konsumen di Indonesia diharapkan dapat dihasilkan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan konsep analytical CRM untuk diterapkan di ketiga restoran tersebut. Adapun tujuan penerapan analytical CRM adalah agar pebisnis dapat mendapatkan hasil yang lebih optimal dalam menerapkan CRM.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the relationship of basic level of basic education with the performance of early childhood teachers in Sungai Kakap District Kubu Raya District. The method used is descriptive with quantitative approach with a total sample of 32 people. The result of the research shows that the result of the level of basic education level of early childhood teachers in Sungai Kakap sub-district of Kubu Raya Regency with the largest percentage (68.75%) is in the medium category. While the performance of teachers with the largest percentage (65.625%) also fall into the medium category ..Product Moment-0,007 correlation value. The value is compared with the value of r_ (table) with a significant level of 5%, ie df = n-2 = 32-2 = 30 obtained value r_ (table) = 0.361 (-0.007 <0.361), which means Hₒ accepted and Hₐ rejected. Thus, in this study showed that the results of tiered level of basic education of early childhood teachers there is no positive and significant relationship with the performance of early childhood teachers in Sungai Kakap District Kubu Raya. Keyword : Basic Level Basic Training,Teacher Performance, Early Childhood Education.

Abstract

To anticipate digital industry development in the world that the current is very fast Faculty of Information Technology (FTI) University Atma Jaya Makassar (UAJM) teach the concept of entrepreneur and the concept of online trading (e-commerce) to learners, but in it’s application there are still many shortcomings. This thesis is a container of entrepreneurship development for learners by applying the concept of digital marketing in its development. The author also hopes the E-commerce service system can be a place for academic community and people who ask to market their products, works, or services that they have.

Abstract

Healthy is the right of every person. Therefore, every person has the same rights in obtaining access to the resources in the health field. However, there are limitations in the access and a minimal level of public knowledge about health wellness does not end up making every person the same. It is seen from the high number of deaths in children under five due to diarrheal diseases. To that end, Indonesia Sehat Programme 2025 in which people's behavior is proactive to maintain and improve health and prevent the risk of developing the disease then designed a wellness educational applications using multimedia expansion method and use the library as amethod of research studies. Abstract

Pemasaran menjadi unsur yang strategis dalam menjaga eksistensi perguruan tinggi. Dalam waktu 10 tahun terakhir, banyak perguruan tinggi yang mulai menfokuskan upaya pada pemasaran untuk menarik calon mahasiswa. Universitas Atma Jaya Makassar sebagai Perguruan tinggi yang memberikan layanan jasa pendidikan selama 38 tahun telah melakukan berbagai usaha dalam menjaga eksistensinya. Namun dalam tiga tahun terakhir ini, Universitas mengalami penurunan pada jumlah mahasiswa baru yang masuk. Hal ini menjadi fokus utama Universitas hal ini disebabkan karena keberlangsungan hidup universitas masih tergantung penuh pada jumlah mahasiswa yang masuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model digital marketing yang dapat membantu Universitas untuk meningkatkan brandnya sehingga dapat menarik minat dari calon mahasiswa baru untuk bergabung. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kerangka SOSTAC. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah model digital marketing yang dapat diterapkan dan meningkatkan pengenalan masyarakat terhadap Universitas Atma Jaya Makassar.Keywords: analysis, design, digital marketing, university

Abstract

The final project or undergraduate thesis is scientific papers that is a contribution to the development of science and is one of the requirements that must be met to obtain a Bachelor of arts degree (S-1) so that the content and writing needs to be arranged with certain procedures, including the use of scientific language and raw. Faculty of Information Technology at the University of Atma Jaya Makassar (FTI UAJM) has developed a guideline used as a reference for students to compose final project. But in practice, students who compose final project often have a variety of constraints in terms of both format writing, grammar and in outpour reporting results. This research uses a structured methodology while data collection was conducted using interviews with students and lecturers who become mentors and literature study conducted on Guidelines final project of FTI UAJM. The results of the implementation of this application minimizes the error rate of students in doing the final project.Keywords : application, final project, writing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran audit internal dan faktor-faktor pendukung terhadap pengendalian dan kinerja perusahaan PT UBJOM Kaltim Teluk Balikpapan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif, yang menggunakan data primer. Berupa kuesioner untuk menghimpun data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode secara acak. Kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 140. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) peran audit internal, pengalaman kerja, profesionalisme secara signifikam berpengaruh terhadap pengendalian internal, (2) Pengendalian internal secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, (3) Motivasi, profesionalisme, gaya kepemimpinan audit internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. (4)Independensi, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan audit internal tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengendalian internal, (5) peran audit internal, independensi pengalamaan kerja audit internal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan
