Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang membutuhkan penanganan yang tepat. Berbagai komplikasi hipertensi dapat terjadi seperti stroke, edema paru, serangan jantung, maupun gagal ginjal sehingga pencegahan dan penatalaksanaan hipertensi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang penyakit hipertensi sehingga lansia dapat melakukan tindakan pencegahan sejak dini. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode observasional analitik dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 orang pasien hipertensi di desa Ubung Lombok Tengah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli tahun 2020. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan total sampling. Pengambilan data primer diawali dengan membagikan kuesioner pengetahuan lansia tentang hipertensi. Selanjutnya kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi melalui leaflet dan banner. Hasil kegiatan didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang hipertensi, sebelum dilakuan edukasi hipertensi dengan pengetahuan kurang 40%, cukup 60%, dan setelah dilakukan edukasi hipertensi dengan pengetahuan cukup 16%, baik 84%. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk terus melakukan edukasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait penyakit hipertensi dan pencegahannya.

Abstract

The research aims to investigate the process of management in the practice of industry in the program expertise competence in business trip in SMKN 3 Bandar lampung. The method used in research was the descriptive with the approach qualitative The date were collected using questionnaire,observation and documentation. The respondents were on:1) Vice Principal for Curriculum Affairs, 2) Vice Principal for Public Relation, 3). Chairman of Tourism Trip Business Expertise Program, 4) Industrial Work Practice Instructor, 5) Grade XI Students of tourism trip Business Expertise Program SMKN 3 Bandar lampung the lesson 2016 / 2017. The results of research showed that management in the practice of industry in the expertise competence at SMKN 3 Bandar Lampung has out the functions of Planning, Organization, Actuating and Evaluation which are simple tobe applied but these have not been ideally formulated.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses manajemen praktik kerja industri pada kompetensi keahlian usaha perjalananan wisata di SMK Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pertanyaan dan observasi. Populasi penelitian adalah Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kurikulum, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang hubungan masyarakat (Humas), Ketua Program Keahlian Usaha Perjalanan Wisata, Guru Pembimbing praktik kerja industri dan dan Siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Usaha Perjalanan Wisata SMK Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen praktik kerja industri pada kompetensi Keahlian Usaha Perjalananan Wisata di SMK Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dalam bentuk yang sederhana dan tidak tertulis.Kata kunci: implementasi, manajemen, praktek kerja industri

Abstract

This study aims to improve the results of learning mathematicsmaterial about the perimeter and area of the building flat andrectangle by using the image media on students SDN 002Rambah, Rokan Hulu. The subject of this research is thestudents of class IV.A. A which sample to 26 people. Actionresearch is carried out in 2 cycles. Data collection in thisstudy using test result and observation. Data of research resultanalyzed by descriptive quantitative. Result of researchindicate that learning by using image media of can improveresult of learning mathematics in perimeter and building areaflat in class IV.A SDN 002 Rambah. Initial condition of theresult before the action is given an average value of 60,15. Inthe first cycle by using the image media an increase so that theaverage value becomes 70,45. In cycle II show an increasewith the average obtained 85,60.

Abstract

Hypertension is degenerative disease that suffered not only by old age selves, but also it can attacks young age, as well as those that occur in the Work Area of Karang Pule Public Health Center. Tomato is one of the fruits that can decrease blood pressure in hypertension. Ingredients in tomatoes that have been known take role in decreasing of blood pressure is lycopene, bioflavonoid and potassium. The aim of thisresearch is to know the effectiveness of tomato juice toward the decrease of blood pressure in elderly with hypertension. The research design used in this research is pre-experiment design with one group pre-post test and data collection conducted using purposive sampling with 16 respondents. This research conducted for 7 days and the respondent measured his blood pressure 10 minutes before tomato juice consumption, and 30 minutes after consumption of tomato juice. The result of the analysis of Wilcoxon of blood pressure decrease with statistically significant result p = 0.000 (p <0,05), meaning that the result of analysis showed that the decrease of systole and diastole blood pressure after tomato juice. Based on the results of this research, It can concluded that drinking tomato juice daily can decrease of blood pressure significantly in patients with hypertension. Abstract

Osteoarthritis is a disorder deseaseof the joint that cause the decrease of join motion. Pain is amajor problem in osteoarthritis patients, so the management of this disease focuses on efforts to resolve or recover from the pain. Giving a red ginger compress is an alternative to reduce joint pain in elderly who suspect of osteoarthritis. This research was conducted at BalaiSoaialLanjutUsia( BSLU )MandalikaMataram. The research design used in this research was experimental observational with one group pretest-posttest. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample quantity of 14 respondents and the data collection tool in this study was the observation sheet.Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The Wilcoxon test results obtained a value of 0.001 (p value <0.05). It can be concluded that the warm red ginger compress has an effect on reducing the pain scale in the elderly with osteoarthritis. It is hoped that the results of this study can be disseminated by providing counseling to the community where warm red ginger compresses can be used as a non-pharmacological technique to reduce pain in elderly people with osteoarthritis so that it can improve health services

Abstract

Rheumatoid Artritis (RA) merupakan penyakit degenerasi pada sendi yang melibatkan kartilago, lapisan sendi ligamen, dan tulang yang sering terjadi pada lansia. Gejala yang paling sering dirasakan adalah nyeri dan kekakuan pada sendi. Penatalaksaan nyeri secara non farmakologi dapat dilakukan salah satunya dengan pijat kaki menggunakan minyak serai wangi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat kaki dengan minyak serai wangi terhadap penurunan nyeri rheumatoid artritis pada lanjut usia dibalai sosial lanjut usia mandalika mataram provinsi nusa tenggara barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimen dengan desain one group test design, observasi dilakukan sebelum intervensi (pre test) dan setelah intervensi (post test) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 16 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tekhnik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis data dengan paired t-test didapatkan p value = 0,000 (< 0,05) yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian pijat kaki dengan minyak serai wangi terhadap penurunan nyeri rheumatoid artritis pada lanjut usia dib alai social lanjut usia Mandalika Mataram, NTB. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan minyak serai dapat dijadikan sebagai pengobatan non farmakologi untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri pada penderita Rheumatoid Artritis.
