Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan jenjang pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pengalaman mengajar dengan profesionalisme guru SMA Muhammadiyah di Kabupa-ten Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Muhammadiyah se-Kabupaten Kebumen, yang berjumlah 54 orang, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah sejumlah 44 orang. Pengumpulan data meng-gunakan angket, dan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson product moment dan analisis regresi ganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa jenjang pendidikan dan pelatihan masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terha-dap profesionalisme guru. Sedangkan pengalaman mengajar memiliki pengaruh yang posi-tif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru. Selanjutnya jenjang pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pengalaman mengajar secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembelajaran bagi anak penyandang autism dalam menanamkan karakter di masa pandemic Covid-19 di sekolah inklusi SD Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian 3 peserta didik penyandang autis. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran dalam menanamkan karakter anak autis selama pembelajaran daring mencakup perencanaan, pengendalian, dan pengevaluasian. Pada tahap perencanaan dimulai dengan penyusunan kurikulum dan silabus, penyusunan RPP dan penyusunan PPI. Tahap pengendalian proses penanganan anak berkebutuhan khusus . Pada tahap evaluasi yakni Penilaian dan laporan hasil belajar.

This study aims to determine the learning method of aqidah morals at MTsN Triwarno, Kutowinangun District, Kebumen Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. This research concludes that: (1) The method used in learning aqidah morals at MTs N Triwarno, Kutowinangun District, Regency Kebumen includes lecture methods, question and answer, reading, giving assignments, writing, group work, and uswatun jasanah (exemplary); (2) Results of the methods which is used in learning aqidah morals at MTs N Triwarno District Kutowinangun Kebumen Regency is effective and relevant in its implementation. Thing This can be proven and seen from various sides, among others, can be seen from the level good learning completeness, this is indicated by the results of students' daily tests and grades satisfactory student report cards.

The education quality management system is implemented at MTs Negeri 8 Kebumen. One part of a formal institution that is required to make continuous efforts to improve the quality of education. The implementation of the education quality management system is carried out in seven lines consisting of curriculum, student affairs, facilities and infrastructure, public relations, library, administration, and counseling. Efforts to improve the quality of education are carried out by implementing several policies, namely: (1) Policy to improve the quality of education in the field of learning which is carried out through learning by implementing the Moving Class system, increasing IT mastery, developing the Internet/HOT SPOT network; (2) Policy to improve the quality of student education by optimizing extracurricular activity programs and increasing the internalization of entrepreneurship; (3) Policy to improve the quality of education in the field of personnel by implementing periodic and routine upgrading programs, training, seminars, and MGMP for teachers and education staff, as well as providing facilities and financial assistance for teachers to carry out PTK.

The leadership of the Madrasah Principal is one of the factors that influence teacher performance improvement. Madrasah heads through transformational leadership are expected to be able to improve teacher performance at MA Al-Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo. This study aims to determine the behavior of the madrasa head in improving the performance of MA Al-Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo teachers, especially transformative behavior in their leadership. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were school principals, teachers and students. Data collection techniques from this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the head of MA Al Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo has implemented the four dimensions of transformational leadership. This is evidenced by the results of the study, namely: 1) the Madrasah Head provides ideal influence; 2) The Head of Madrasah provides motivation that inspires teachers in improving teacher performance at MA Al-Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo; 3) The head of the Madrasah provides scientific stimulation to the teacher so that the performance of the MA Al Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo teacher increases; 4) The head of the Madrasah as a leader pays close attention to individual teachers so that the performance of MA Al-Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo teachers is increasing.

This research is motivated by the importance of Islamic boarding schools in realizing a generation of good morals. This study aims to reveal the strategic management of Islamic boarding school learning in realizing a generation with good morals at the Al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic Boarding School, Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative case study. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique, which consisted of the Chairperson of the Islamic Boarding School Board of Directors, the Head of the Islamic Boarding School Early Childhood School, and the Islamic Boarding School Ustadz. Research data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The research data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques developed by Miles & Huberman, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research shows three guests. First, the strategic planning of learning for Islamic boarding schools in creating a generation of good morals at Al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic Boarding School, Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency is by formulating each existing program, the leadership of the Islamic boarding school always formulates and holds deliberations with the asatidz council and all existing stakeholders to equalize the vision, mission and steps to achieve it. Second, the strategic implementation of Islamic boarding school learning in realizing a generation of good morals at the Al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic Boarding School, Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency is carried out in stages and in an organized manner, always accompanied by the leadership of the Islamic boarding school, surveyed for its activities and intense mentoring, as well as an open leadership model. Third, strategic evaluation of Islamic boarding school learning in creating a generation with good morals at the Al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic Boarding School, Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency is by: (a) directly observing the behavior of students in everyday life (amaliyah dzahiriyah); (b) evaluations carried out both formally and informally; (c) see directly changes in the behavior of students after receiving coaching; (d) evaluation carried out in weekly, monthly, semi-annual, year-end and early-year evaluation activities; and (e) emergency evaluation.

Total Quality Management is a reference in education in educational institutions based on the quality of processes, services, human resources and results. Management consists of several things including: planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. Schools which strengthen religious character are efforts to develop education to realize national education in the midst of globalization. Often with that also the demands of society want higher quality education not only in the academic field (cognitive and psychomotor), but in the field of morals, character or character (affective). This research is to describe the application of TQM in strengthening religious character consisting of customers, teamwork and continuous improvement. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were school principals, vice principals, educators, education staff, students and student guardians. Data validity with triangulation. Analysis is Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. In general, this research shows that in the implementation of TQM it must: (1) Focus on customers, namely serving all the needs of students, educators, educational staff, guardians of students and the community, (2) implementation of strengthening religious character integrated with intracurricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular activities and habituation, (3) Evaluation in the form of an integrated attitude in each daily assessment, midterm assessment, final semester assessment, and grade promotion examination, (4) teamwork is carried out by involving and empowering all components of the school, both educators and education staff, ( 5) continuous improvement includes: The use of the new National curriculum, improvement of academic and educational staff performance, as well as improvement of supporting physical facilities and infrastructure.

This research is motivated by the importance of understanding the science of recitation on the ability to read the Koran in students. In this regard, this study aims to determine the understanding of the science of recitation, determine the ability to read the Koran, and know the methods of learning recitation. This research is a qualitative research. data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. his research resulted in three conclusions, namely: (1)The understanding of tajwid science by female students of the sifir class and 1 ibtida of the Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School Sumberadi Kebumen is good. It's not all, but on average already understand everything. After the oral test was carried out on female students in the sifir and 1 ibtida classes, there were some students who still mistakenly stated the law of reading recitation, and there were those who said wrongly the letters included in the law of reading. However, even though there are still mistakes, on average the female students of the sifir and 1 ibtida classes understand everything. (2) The ability to read the Al-Qurán for female students of the sifir class and 1 ibtida of Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School Sumberadi Kebumen is on average all fluent. The problem is that there are some students who already know the law of recitation but do not apply it when reading the Al-Qur'an, there are also students who read it in a hurry, even though reading the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly is not judged by how fast it is, but whether it is appropriate or not when read the Al-Qur'an with the rules of tajwid science. (3) The methods used in learning tajwid science at the Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School Sumberadi Kebumen are the lecture method, the discussion method, and the sorogan method. The lecture method is the delivery of material by the teacher orally to the students. The discussion method is the method in which the students discuss what is ordered by the teacher, such as looking for reading laws in a letter. The sorogan method is where the students come forward one by one reading the Qur'an to the teacher by applying the science of recitation. If wrong immediately corrected by the teacher.
