Abstract

Purpose: Ecosystem problems are an increasingly complex and serious global problem faced by human beings around the world. More and more production with the use of modern technology to exploit nature continuously resulted in the declining quality of the environment. The core of a green economy is low carbon growth, resource efficiency, and social inclusivity, which have implications for sustainable development, energy management, a green economy in urban areas, as well as green business. This is in accordance with the values in Islamic economics, especially analyzed from the Maqashidal-Shariah point of view. This study intended to give an overview of halal industry management and environment conservation in the view of Maqashid ShariaDesign: This study was a literature study to overview the management of halal industry and environment conservation in the view of Maqashid Sharia.Findings: Economic dissemination with the universal values of Maqashid Sharia (linking environmental issues with aspects of sharia objectives) in fiqh al-bi'ah resulted in a decrease in the passive attitude of the community. The basis of the green economy on the problem of inequality caused by the unequal distribution of green production factors can be overcome based on the principles of al-adl (justice), Maslahah (public interest) and Musawah (equality).Originality/Values: Various obstacles that arise will be overcome because the purpose of Sharia is a concept based on the guidelines set by the Creator.

Abstract

Pesantren Pesantren ialah diantara dari sekian satu banyak dari lembaga pendidikan yang berada di Indonesia yang di dalamnya mentransfer ilmu agama Islam pada santri-santrinya. selain dibekali ilmu agama santri juga dipercaya mampu menghadapi tantangan zaman, bahkan santri juga bisa untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan serta menjadi santripreneur yang sukses, dengan diberikan pendidikan kewirausahaan kepada santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi pendidikan yang diberikan kepada santri beserta implikasinya. Metode penelitian memakai riset kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif serta rancangan multisitus. Metode pengumpulan datanya dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pewawancaraan, pengobservasani serta pendokumentasian dengan pengecekan keabsahan data yang menggunakan metode triangulasi. Penelitian ini memakai teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data verifikasi dan penarikan simpulan. Dari hasil penelitian bersimpulan bahwa dalam membangun entrepreneurship santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mawaddah Kudus serta Pesantren Raudlatun Nasyiin Rembang yaitu 1) memberikan pendidikan kewirausahaan secara kognitif yang didalamnya santri diberi pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai ilmu kewirausahaan. 2) santri diberikan pendidikan kewirausahaan secara afektif yang didalamnya terdapat pemberian pelatihan, motivasi dan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan. 3) selain dibekali pendidikan kognitif dan afektif santri juga dibekali pendidikan psikomotorik untuk membentuk mental dan keterampilan santri dengan cara praktik langsung dilapangan dengan berbagai kegiatan kewirausahaan seperti menjual barang dan jasa.

Abstract

Research on job stress on employees who carry out work from home is rarely studied, so this research is essential considering that Covid-19 impacts the Indonesian Islamic banking industry. This article aims to analyze work-family conflict mediated by an organizational commitment to job stress at Bank Syariah Indonesia employees. The sample was Bank Syariah Indonesia employees who were scattered in several areas in East Java as many as 197 respondents from various branch offices and units. Questionnaires are distributed via google form as direct data collection from respondents. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling partial least square (SEM-PLS), which was then used to answer the research hypothesis. The results showed work-family conflict affects employee job stress. Work-family conflict affects organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a significant effect on job stress, and organizational commitment mediates work-family conflict on job stress. Implications for further research suggest comparing job stress during the pandemic and after the pandemic. The theoretical contribution of this research supports conflict theory and scarcity theory which says that stress in one role can limit an individual's ability to fulfill other roles, which will lead to work-family conflict. DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jkdp.v25i2.5537

Abstract

This research investigating the innovative work behavior of teachers and school staff during the Covid-19 pandemic is still rarely studied, so it has contributed to improving the behavior of teachers and school staff in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the direct influence of workplace spirituality and perceived organizational support on the innovative work behavior of teachers and school staff. Besides, exploring the mediating role of psychological health variables. The research sample was 379 teachers and school staff that is analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results showed that workplace spirituality and perceived organizational support had a direct effect on innovative work behavior.Psychological well-being also affects innovative work behavior. This study also shows that psychological well-being has a role in mediating the influence between work-place spirituality and perceived organizational support for innovative work behavior. This study indicates that workplace spirituality and workplace spirituality can be directly and indirectly through psychological well-being to increase the innovative behavior of teachers and school staff in learning activities at school.

Abstract

Health workers in Indonesia who carry out medical service duties at the forefront during the COVID-19 pandemic have twice the risk of experiencing burnout syndrome. Furthermore, doctors who treat COVID-19 patients, both general practitioners and specialists, are twice as likely to experience emotional exhaustion and loss of empathy as those who do not treat COVID-19 patients. This study aims to examine the effect of the pandemic situation on adaptive performance and burnout syndrome. Furthermore, to determine the moderating role of management support between the influence of the pandemic situation on adaptive performance and burnout syndrome on adaptive performance. The data was obtained by purposive sampling on nurses working in the COVID-19 pandemic situation at Prasetya Husada Hospital in Malang Regency as many as 84 people out of 104 total population. Hypothesis testing using Warpps 7.0 path analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of the COVID-19 pandemic situation on burnout syndrome. There was a positive and significant effect of the COVID-19 pandemic situation on adaptive performance. There is a positive and significant effect of burnout syndrome on adaptive performance. There is a significant influence from the COVID-19 pandemic situation which is moderated by the perception of management support (moderation 1) on adaptive performance. There is a significant effect of burnout syndrome moderated by perceived management support (moderation 2) on adaptive performance.

Abstract

This article discusses the procedure for diagnosing capabilities in a knowledge-based organizational capability development model. This research uses library research. In this study, researchers used two kinds of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection is by tracing sources of literature documentation and library materials that are relevant to the problems studied. The results of the analysis conclude that staff development is an increase in intellectual or emotional abilities needed to do a better job with the principles of growth, change, and reform. Staff development constraints include participants, trainers or infrastructure, development facilities, curriculum, and development funds. An effective staff development model begins with human resource planning, identifying the required capabilities and capacities, Succession Planning, Development Needs Assessment, Development Planning, Development Approach, and Evaluation of Development Success.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of the most prominent Islamic organization in Indonesia, namely Nahdhatul Ulama, in accelerating halal certification. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the halal certification agency played by Nahdhatul Ulama' has no other purpose than its establishment, namely the existence of a benefit. Maslahah mursalah is the proper basic concept taken to provide certainty of the status of the NU Halal Agency halal certification agency with authority to carry out halal certification. This can be confirmed by lying in the kulliyatul al-khamsah, namely: protection of religion, soul, reason, protection against descent and of property.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on productivity, and motivation as a mediating variable between the two. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Kurnia Luwuk Sejati with a sample of 119 employees. Questionnaires were distributed directly to respondents accompanied by interviews. The data that has been successfully collected from the questionnaire is then analyzed using the Smartpls application with the SEM-PLS method. The results of this study indicate that workload significantly affects productivity, furthermore workload can also affect work motivation, work motivation also has a significant effect on productivity, then motivation successfully mediates the effect of workload on productivity.

Abstract

The number of private Islamic higher educations (PTIS) in Indonesia today amounted to 631 institutions. This condition has a tremendous potential in order to build the civilization of the Indonesian nation as aspired by Islam which is to be a nation that baldatun thoyyibatun wa rabbun ghaffur, a nation with a peace, the savety, and prosperity. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Islamic work ethic as moderating role on the influence of social capital and organizational commitment to the performance of lecturers. Researcher is using random sampling technique. The data collected from 236 respondents in PTIS that classified as “A” accredited by BANPT. Researcher analyzes the data collected by using WarlpPls 5.0. This research concluded that the social capital and organizational commitment has a positive effect on lecturer’s performance, Islamic work ethics reinforces these influences. However, the decision of researcher in choosing only “A” accredited as his research object make this study can’t be generalize.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of dividend policy in mediating the effect of earnings per share, debt equity to ratio and price book value on stock prices. The sample used is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with complete financial statements for the 2015-2020 period. Data were analyzed using path analysis method using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that earnings per share have no effect on dividend policy. Debt equity to ratio has no effect on the company's dividend policy. Price book value has no effect on the company's dividend policy. Dividend performance has no effect on stock prices. Earning per share has an effect on stock prices. Debt equity to ratio has an effect on stock prices. Price book value has an effect on stock prices. Dividend policy is not successful in mediating the effect of earnings per share on stock prices. Dividend policy also failed to mediate the effect of debt euqity to ratio on stock prices. Furthermore, the dividend policy also failed to mediate the effect of price book value on stock prices
