Abstract

Ethics is an important thing in everyday life, where ethics is the main foundation in social life. Ethics is also needed in the business world, the existence of ethics can develop the company that has been built. The reason is, in this era of development of the digital age, business development ethics are rarely used by the public, because they think it is a difficult thing or rules that have many complexities. In fact, if the company wants to achieve the goals of the company itself, then ethics is needed, to achieve a desired goal. This paper reveals or describes the importance of business ethics in the development of a company, where the method used is literature study. The results obtained, that ethics and morals are very important in the development of a company, both of which are closely related to the company's environment. Abstract

This research was conducted to identify and analyze the strategy of developing the fabric business in the micro, small and medium enterprises of MSMEs in Binanga City, Kec. Barumun Tengah, Padang Lawas Regency. This research is descriptive in nature, namely research that aims to determine the development of the fabric business as the basis of the people's economy is something that needs to be followed up with real steps, by carrying out three strategies, namely management strategy, investment strategy and business strategy. The development of MSMEs needs to be destination directed at analyzing competitiveness, and formulating efforts to increase competitiveness in the context of developing competitiveness and the national economy, sharpening competitiveness is an effort that is in line with future competition. With a strategic location, promotions that can attract customers and sufficient capital will increase business development.
