Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai sejarah perkembangan sentra pengolahan ikan patin di Desa Koto Mesjid Kabupaten Kampar, terdapat beberapa tujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu : 1)untuk mengetahui sejarah berdirinya sentra pengolahan ikan patin di Desa Koto Mesjid Kabupaten Kampar, 2)untuk mengetahui perkembangan sentra pengolaha ikan patin di Desa Koto Mesjid Kabupaten Kampar (2012-2019), 3)untuk mengetahui dampak adanya sentra pengolahan ikan patin bagi kehidupan sosial ekonomi kelompok pengolah di Desa Koto Mesjid Kabupaten Kampar. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah  sejarah berdirinya sentra ini dibangun pada tahun 2008 dan mulai dioperasikan pada tahun 2012, tujuan didirikan sentra ini dikarenakan banyak masyarakat yang memiliki usaha dibidang perikanan khususnya ikan patin yang tergabung kedalam beberapa kelompok, kemudian disatukan dalam kawasan terintegrasi  yang dilengkapi fasilitas yang mendukung pada sentra tersebut. Untuk perkembangan  sentra pengolahan ikan patin dilihat dari tiga indikator yaitu kelompok pengolah yang bergabung setiap dua tahun, kemudian penambahan sarana atau prasarana dan data total produksi kelompok pengolah yang mana jika dilihat setiap tahunnya selalu bertambah atau mengalami kenaikan baik itu kelompok pengolah yang bergabung, sarana prasarana dan total produksinya. Sedangkan mengenai dampak adanya sentra pengolahan ikan patin bagi kehidupan sosial ekonomi kelompok pengolah, jika dari segi sosial dengan adanya sentra tersebut Desa Koto Mesjid dikenal oleh orang luar akan olahan ikan patin dan potensi dibidang perikanan khususnya ikan patin sehingga memiiki sebutan sebagai kampung patin kemudian dari segi ekonominya memiliki jawaban dan maksud yang sama yaitu meningkatnya pendapatan dan sangat membantu dibidang perekonomian bagi kelompok pengolah.Kata Kunci : sejarah, perkembangan, sentra pengolahan ikan patin , Desa Koto Mesjid, Kabupaten Kampar

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi kerja Guru baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Swasta se Pangkalan Kerinci. Populasi dari Penelitian ini berjumlah 155 guru. Ukuran Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane yang berjumlah 112 Guru. Teknik Penarikan sampel menggunakan Simple random Sampling. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang bersumber dari guru SMP Swasta se Pangkalan Kerinci. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisa Jalur dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi, Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial.

Abstract

Lembaga Adat Kampar (LAK) merupakan lembaga yang berkaitan erat dengan usaha pelestarian nilai-nilai budaya daerah, maka lembaga inilah yang memiliki peran besar dalam melestarikan budaya daerah Kampar. Faktanya di Kampar saat ini banyak mengalami perubahan dan pergeseran nilai-nilai budaya dalam masyarakat akibat kemajuan ilmu dan teknologi, yang selanjutnya memberi peluang semakin terabaikannya adat dan budaya Kampar itu sendiri. Bertitik tolak dari hal di atas, dirasakan perlu diketahui dan menarik untuk dilihat lebih jauh, sejauh mana peranan lembaga adat Kampar dalam mempertahankan atau melestarikan budaya lokal, khususnya dalam pelestarian budaya masyarakatnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Menurut Helaluddin dan Hengki Wijaya (2019) untuk mencapai keabsahan data, berikut tekniknya meliputi uji: uji kredibilitas, keteralihan, kebergantungan, dan kepastian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Lembaga Adat Kampar Dalam Mempertahankan Nilai Budaya Lokal Di Kabupaten Kampar adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Membangun kerja sama dengan pemerintah Kampar dalam usaha kemajuan Kampar. 2)Mendukung program pemerintah daerah dalam upaya memajukan masyarakat Kampar, dengan tidak meninggalkan nilai-nilai budaya lokal Kampar sebagai identitas masyarakat Kampar. 3)Mengadakan sosialisasi budaya Kampar kepada generasi muda dengan cara mengadakan berbagai macam perlombaan pada acara ulang tahun Kampar seperti perlobaan basiacuong, perlombaan pantun batobo, perlombaan, perlombaan calempong oguong dan lain sebagainya. 4)Adapun upaya lain yang dilakukan Lembaga Adat Kampar adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan diantaranya yaitu pelatihan prosesi perkawinan adat Kampar, pelatihan rias pengantin dan pelatihan tata cara penyelesaian silang sengketa.

Abstract

This study was aimed at finding if integrity affects the performance of High School Teachers in Pekanbaru. So the hypothesis of this study is that if the integrity has an influence on the performance of high school teachers in Pekanbaru. The method used in this study was a survey with correlational techniques. This technique was carried out to analyze the influence of two independent variables X with dependent variables Y. The population in this study were all high school teachers (178 teachers) and the samples were teachers who had received teacher certification at the SMAN Kecamatan 121 Tenayan Raya. Data were analysed using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis to test hypotheses. The requirements for analyzing the data are: normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. The results showed that integrity had a significant effect with a positive direction on teacher performance in the Tenayan Raya High School in Pekanbaru. This is indicated by the regression coefficient of integrity against teacher performance of 0.083. The point is that if the integrity variable rises by one unit, an increase in teacher performance is 0.083. Furthermore, the effect of the variable integrity on teacher performance resulted in a value of 0.69%. This means that integrity contributes significantly to teacher performance by 0.69%. This contribution is in the very low category. Therefore, it can be concluded that integrity has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance in Tenayan Raya High School.

Abstract

Tanah ulayat merupakan bidang tanah yang di atasnya terdapat hak ulayat dari suatu masyarakat hukum adat tertentu. Sejak dahulu, tanah ulayat sudah mulai dikelola untuk memberikan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat adatnya. Adanya pembaharuan kebijakan dalam pengelolaan tanah ulayat oleh penghulu adat menuai kontroversi dalam masyarakat adat persukuan Melayu Sumpu. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah karena penelitian ini melihat bagaimana sejarah perkembangan pengelolaan tanah ulayat persukuan Melayu Sumpu dari masa kemasa dan bagaimana perubahan kebijakan yang terjadi pada tahun 2001-2008. Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian sejarah meliputi heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat perkembangan dan dampak sosial ekonomi yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan tanah ulayat persukuan Melayu Sumpu seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan membawa dampak tersendiri dalam kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat adat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal's leadership and teacher's work motivation, either individually or jointly on employee performance. The research was conducted in SDN in Dumai Barat sub-district, Dumai City with the research subjects being teachers in SDN in Dumai Barat sub-district, Dumai City, the method used was a survey with correlation technique, the research sample was teachers at SDN in the sub-district of West Dumai City. Dumai totaling 150. The instrument used to collect data on principals' leadership, work motivation and performance was using a questionnaire. The validity of the test items using the product moment formula and the instrument reliability coefficients were calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant and positive influence between the principal's leadership on performance; 2) there is a significant and positive effect between teacher work motivation on performance; 3) there is a significant and positive influence between the principal's leadership and the work motivation of teachers on performance together. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the improvement and improvement of the performance of principals and teachers in public elementary schools throughout the West Dumai sub-district, Dumai City.

Abstract

This research generally aims to provide an overview of the implementation ofschool self-evaluation (EDS) at junior high schools in the District Bantan Bengkalis district.Based on the observation that researchers do, there are problems associated with theimplementation of the EDS program in some of the junior high school in sub Bantan: 1)Understanding teachers and parents will EDS program is still low due to lack of socialization; 2)Components of schools do not have the time to implement EDS EDS considered that the additionalburden of school; and 3) Charging EDS instruments are not in accordance with the existingconditions. This research uses evaluation methods Goal Attaiment developed by Tyler in 1950.The study was the evaluation study, the research describes the problems associated with theimplementation of school self-evaluation (EDS) in Junior High School District Bantan.Components that are evaluated include: Implementation of the EDS program, Constraints andchallenges in the implementation of EDS, and the impact of the implementation of the EDSprogram. Techniques and Procedures collection DataPada this research through the study ofdocuments, observation and interviews. Data and Data Sources, Data used in this study is aschematic, narrative, description and explanation of data from informants either orally or data inthe form of a written document. Factors driving the implementation of the EDS internally is (1)HR; (2) coordination between stakeholders; (3) communication and a sense of family amongthe school community, externally is the support of the Department of Education and Culture andthe motivation of LPMP. Internally inhibiting factor is (1) saturation with EDS instruments; (2)short time; (3) lack of understanding of teachers, externally are (1) changes in the system andEDS instruments and (2) the number of inquiries on the instrument. Impact of EDS amongothers (a) facilitate the school in making RKS / RKAS and (b), enables schools to identifydeficiencies, the excess will be the performance of the school, the strength of the school to bedeveloped as well as the challenges faced by the school. EDS benefits include (a) a school canhave a data base for the development and improvement of quality in the future, (b) the results ofEDS used the school to encourage schools to improve and enhance the quality and performanceof the school. Follow-up of the school is based on the results of EDS is the repair, improvementand development of appropriate school performance 8 SNP.

Abstract

Early childhood education management achievement determines the quality ofeducation services to the kids who they are in the golden age as crucial times in their life,influencing of their next level education process. The aim of this research is to find out theachievement of early childhood education management in Bengkalis district. The research subfocusesare: 1) curriculum arrangement and application, 2) the human resources utilization, 3)facilities utilization, 4) financial management, and 5) institution network. This is a descriptivequalitative research, located at PAUD Kasih Bunda of Teluk Latak village and PAUD CahayaInsan Penebal village of Bengkalis district. The data was gained through interview, observation,and document analizing. The informans are manegers, teachers, society man, parents, andnonformal early childhood education controller of Bengkalis district. Then, the collecting datawas analized by interpretative approach.The results of this study shows that the curriculummanagement and application at both PAUD Kasih Bunda and PAUD Cahaya Insan could becategorized good, eventhough parents don’t get contribution in teaching material development.Human resources which consist of the manegers, teachers of both early childhood educationinstitutions are not categorized as academic standard provided. Then, both institutions of earlychildhood education has equiped faciclities for learning process, but it concerns to the lack ofsafety, not confortable, and healthy standard for the kids. Administration staff is not profesionalyet, so that the financial management is not accuntable and transparancy. And the last found ofboth institutions have networking to somes small authorities in the villages without programsand written commitments.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study that aimed to evaluate Adiwiyata in SD Negeri44 Pekanbaru. This study focuses on the evaluation of Adiwiyata in SD Negeri 44 Pekanbaru.Subfocus this study consisted of 1) The target precision program implementation Adiwiyata inSD Negeri 44 Pekanbaru, 2) System management used by the Principal of SD Negeri 44Pekanbaru in Adiwiyata, 3) The Form of activities in Adiwiyata in SD Negeri 44 Pekanbaru, 4)The success rate of the program implementation Adiwiyata in SD Negeri 44 Pekanbaru, 5)supporting and inhibiting factors Adiwiyata in SD Negeri 44 Pekanbaru. This research datacollection through interviews, observation and documentation with goal attainment modelapproach models of the evaluation model goals. The results showed that the subfocus targetprecision Adiwiyata in SD Negeri 44 Pekanbaru already are in the category of very effective,subfocus management system used by the principal to Adiwiyata in SD Negeri 44 Pekanbaru isquite effective done, on subfocus forms of activities Adiwiyata in SD Negeri 44 Pekanbaru alsobeen performing well and are in the category of very effective, then the subfocus successAdiwiyata SD Negeri 44 Pekanbaru also been performing well and are in the category of veryeffective while at subfocus supporting factors and factors inhibiting the implementation of theprogram Adiwiyata SD Negeri 44 Pekanbaru because they found the inhibiting factors in thecategory quite effective. It can be seen that for Adiwiyata students at SDN 44 Pekanbaruoverall and subfocus aspects of research can be said to have been effective because there aretwo of five subfocus subfocus categorized as highly effective and three subfocus categorizedquite effective.

Abstract

This study was a qualitative research. The thoug collection was done withtechnical documentation, observation and interviews. Objective (1) To know planning in instituteof suluk, (2) To know management in institute of suluk, (3) To know organization in institute ofsuluk, (4) To know observation in institute of suluk, (5) To know follow-up in institute of suluk.Institute education of suluk one of the informal education system. Of cours, owning separateprocedures and oder in management execution it, including into management education of suluk.Suluk management below/ naqsabandi tarikat head as tarikat head executor have the followingladder : someone which have been permitted to lead suluk dubed by Mursyid while undermursyid proxy and under referred as tarikat khalifah, while head as a whole and becomemursyid from entire referred as Mursyid Syaidul. Usually in mursyid lifing after executin educationof suluk, diploma mursyid syaidul perform mursyid, mursyid proxy and tarikat khalifa to peoplewho assumed competent and fulfil its condition. Each time suluk is sometimes lifted by twomursyid people, three mursyid proxy people and a number of khalifa as according to itsrequirement. Education decentralization give to education institute and local society to processeducation. Thereby can be expected reaching of productivity and quality education of it self.This matter also form independence institute education.
