Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the community's response to the water bill payment services at PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh. The study population was the whole community who pay water bills on PDAM Tirta. Daroy Banda Aceh, amounting to 16 886 people. Given the population is too many, the authors take a few samples. Sample was conducted with a random technique (simple random sampling) without regard to strata that exist in the population so that the population is homogeneous. This study uses independent variable responsiveness, empathy, reliability assurance and keterwujudan community feedback while the dependent variable in the payment of water bills on PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh. Based on the five variables studied, turned out to have a responsive variable penganih dominant to the public response in the payment of water bills on PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh followed by a variable empathy, reliability assurance and multiple linear regression keterwujudan.Hasil obtained the explanation that all independent variables studied had a correlation coefficient (relations) close and positive and have determination (influence) a strong and positive impact on the public response in the payment of water bills on PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Halal tourism in Indonesia has good economic prospects as part of the national tourism industry. The tourism industry aims not only to provide material and psychological aspects for tourists themselves but also to contribute to increase government revenue. Halal Tourism Mapping System is basically a form of mapping using Google's advanced features and maps as an effort to collect data mapping of halal destination data in order to become a media and promotion for halal tourism search with the label "The Light Of Aceh". This effort is a form of the initial step as a regional promotion, especially halal attractions so that they are indexed by giant search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Government and community expectations of visitors from both local and international came to be a problem in terms of technology because they do not understand it and understand the ease of mapping features of an area. It is hoped that the Halal Tourism mapping system with the label "The Light of Aceh" can realize the dream of the community and the government to increase visitors from outside the region and abroad. Predictions of the results obtained from the results of this study are to help tourists and visitors in obtaining information on halal attractions in Banda Aceh, as well as helping the Government and the public in encouraging increased foreign tourist arrivals.

Abstract

The main objectives of the study is to analyze the effect of perceived value on customer satisfaction and its impact on the behavioral loyalty of users co-branding credit card of Bank Aceh Syariah. The research sample are 250 customers taken by random sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire, and then the data is analyzed by statistical means of path analysis. The study found that perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and behavioral loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on behavioral loyalty. The existence of customer satisfaction strengthens the influence of perceived value on behavioral loyalty. The effect of mediating customer satisfaction in mediating the functional relationship between the two variables is partial mediation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola dan warga Kampung Wisata Iboih Kota Sabang tentang bagaimana mengelola sebuah destinasi wisata. Hai ini penting mengingat per 24 Januari 2016 Kampung Wisata Iboih Kota Sabang telah resmi ditetapkan sebagai Destinasi Unggulan di Kota Sabang. Oleh karena itu, pengelola dan warga sangat memerlukan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mengenai penglolaan kampong wisata yang meliputi: Pelatihan Manajemen Destinasi Wisata, Pembuatan Paket Wisata Tematik Sejarah, Pelayanan prima dan Tour Guide. Setelah pelatihan, diharapkan mereka paham dan memiliki pengetahuan mengenai aspek-aspek dalam pengelolaan sebuah destinasi. Kehadiran wisatawan di Kota Sabang, baik wisatawan domestik maupun wisatawan mancanegara sangat diharapkan oleh pariwisata Kota Sabang. Oleh karena itu bagaimana ‘menahan’ wisatawan agar mau tinggal lebih lama dan mengeksplorasi wisata Kota Sabang sangat penting dilakukan. Untuk itu kuncinya adalah terletak pada pengelolaan destinasi wisata yang tepat. Seiring peningkatan kemampuan pengelola dan warga tersebut, diharapkan pelaku jasa wisata setempat semakin profesional yang pada akhirnya dapat juga meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan/pengunjung. Lebih penting lagi, keberadaan Kampung Iboih menjadi semakin stabil dan unggul dalam peta destinasi wisata Kota Sabang.

Abstract

The research objective is to simulate and analyze existing algorithms developed previously using the NS-3 application, which affects the measurement of RTT, cwnd, and throughput, and to evaluate the performance of TCP New Reno based on topology and research parameters so that it is obtained specifically how to optimize RTT and throughput on wireless networks. at the Banda Aceh City coffee shop. The research method simulates and analyzes the development of the TCP New Reno algorithm on wireless network coding so that the results can be applied directly. The approach describes a variety of steps or techniques based on a certain distance in increasing throughput, controlling the congestion window (cwnd) and reducing RTO. The results of the study concluded that the use of the TCP New Reno algorithm on a wireless network for multi-hop ad-hoc topology (5 nodes) produced better values than single-hop (2 nodes). The TCP New Reno algorithm has a retransmit phase (at flow-1 and flow-2) which indicates that the slow start phase again starts, cwnd will effectively double (slowly add data) the size of the windows RTT (time) thereby reducing the loss of data packets. In general, strategies and techniques based on distance (6 m and 3 m) in achieving RTT optimization, the TCP New Reno's network strategy of 3 m is a good technique, especially in multi-hop.
