Abstract

Innovative work behavior is an individual action to recognize a problem, bring up new ideas, develop new ideas, and realize each idea or ideas with techniques and procedures that are new and useful for the organization. This study aims to explain the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on innovative work behavior of teachers. This research was conducted in private high schools in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. The number of samples taken was 110 teachers, using a probability sampling method with the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that transformational leadership and organizational culture simultaneously positively influenced the innovative work behavior of teachers. This shows that the stronger the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture simultaneously (together), the more innovative work behavior produced by the teacher will be higher. Therefore, to foster innovative work behavior in teachers is expected to pay more attention to transformational leadership and organizational culture to improve teacher's innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi faktor keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa agar para orang tua murid dan guru dapat mengetahui cara yang tepat untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MIS Miftahul Anwar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan jumlah sampel dengan teknik nonprobabilitas sampling dengan sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi digunakan dalam penelitian dan didapatkan sebanyak 26 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier sederhana dengan nilai signifikan (Sig.) sebesar 0,014, dimana nilai sig lebih kecil dari 0,05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 diolak dan H1 diterima, yang menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara faktor keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru PNS di SMPN Se Kecamatan Pamijahan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 25 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner online dengan skala likert sebagai pengukurnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positf dan signifikan kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, memiliki kontribusi yang kuat sebesar 72.2% yang berdampak terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: Objectives: This study explores the development of innovative work behavior through technopreneurship leadership. Methods: Explanatory mixed method with quantitative data collection in the form of questionnaires through a survey of 267 permanent teachers of foundations at private vocational schools in Bogor City and analyzed descriptively. Meanwhile, qualitative data collection in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation were analyzed using the Atlas Ti application. Findings: The results of this study indicate that to be able to develop innovative work behavior it is necessary to be supported by the ability of leaders in digital understanding and entrepreneurial skills in developing work programs in vocational schools. So with the abilities possessed by technopreneurship leaders, they will be able to influence the creation of a creative and innovative environment. Conclusion: Technopreneurship’s leadership ability makes a new model of leadership in the future, especially in the development of innovative work behavior. Abstrak: Tujuan: Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengembangan perilaku kerja inovatif melalui kepemimpinan jenis baru yakni kepemimpinan technopreneurship. Metode: Adapun metode yang digunakan yakni Explanatory mixed method dengan pengumpulan data kuantitatif berupa kuisioner melalui survei terhadap 267 guru tetap yayasan pada sekolah vokasi swasta di Kota Bogor dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Sedangkan pengumpulan data secara kualitatif berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Atlas Ti. Temuan: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan untuk dapat mengembangkan perilaku kerja inovatif perlu didukung oleh kemampuan pemimpin dalam pemahaman digital dan kemampuan enterpeneurship di dalam pengembangan program kerja di sekolah vokasi. Sehingga dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh pemimpin yang technopreneurship akan dapat berpengaruh terhadap penciptaan lingkungan yang kreatif dan inovatif. Kesimpulan: Dengan kemampuan kepemimpinan technopreneurship menjadikan model baru dalam kepemimpinan di masa depan terutama dalam pengembangan perilaku kerja inovatif. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kelelahan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK swasta se-Kecematan Ciampea Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang terkumpul dalam bentuksangka dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitiansini menggunakan kuesioner yang bersifat non test. Kuesionerdisusun secara sistematis oleh peneliti dengan mengajukan pernyataan tertulis, dijawab oleh responden dan dikembalikan kepada peneliti (Sugiyono, 2018). Kuesioner dalam penelitian ini adalah angketstertutup, yaitu angket yang berisi jawaban-jawaban yang diberikan oleh peneliti, sehingga responden hanya dapat memilih satu jawaban yang sesuai dengan dirinya. Angket dalam penelitian ini berisi serangkaian pernyataan, termasuk lima alternatif jawaban, dan baik pernyataan positif maupun negatif dijawab oleh guru. Berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara produktivitas kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kelelahan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the tahfidz branding strategy by Islamic boarding schools to build public trust. This study uses a qualitative approach, using interviews, observation and documentation to obtain valid and accurate data. The data analysis was carried out circularly, starting with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and concluding. The results showed that the branding of tahfidz Al-Qur'an at the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid and Pondok Pesantren Modern Sahid in building public trust was carried out through sima'an activities, syi'ar through You Tube media, Musabaqoh Al-Qur'an, delegation to caravans in various activities. This research has implications for the importance of designing a superior product for educational institutions as a medium to increase public trust.

Abstract

Job satisfaction and professional development are the talks of teachers in facing the challenges of 21st-century learning, where they must be able to adapt to the progress and development of information and communication in technology. Therefore, this article aims to analyze teacher job satisfaction, professional development, and the interaction between the two during the pandemic. A total of 232 public and private school teachers in urban areas were used as research samples. The sampling technique used a random technique. The research used an instrument developed and validated, then distributed through the principal and school supervisor, and the data were analyzed using the correlation technique. During the pandemic, the results revealed a high level of job satisfaction for state Islamic school teachers and a low level of job satisfaction for private Islamic school teachers, as well as a high level of professional development in both public and private Islamic schools and a moderate positive correlation between teacher job satisfaction and professional development in urban schools. Therefore, teachers should develop and carry out professional development in facing the challenges of 21st-century learning.
