Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic on online marketing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and is included in the type of library research. The output of this research is national and international journals. This research is expected to increase the growth of MSMEs through online marketing. The results of a literature review concluded that the coronavirus pandemic has had a significant impact on business actors around the world, including in Indonesia. Most business actors are forced to stop their business activities, because of policies issued by the government. This situation has an impact on reducing turnover. But on the other hand, there is a significant increase in online sales transactions so that it can become an opportunity for the growth of MSMEs by optimizing online marketing.

Abstract

This research aims to make a ranking College in Aceh and its applications processing data.The College in question is 25 (twenty five) in the region XIII Kopertis Aceh province using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is one method that can be used to solve the problem of Fuzzy MADM. Application of decision support system (DSS) this can take account of all criteria that support decision making in order to help speed up and facilitate the decision-making process and do the rangking in particular. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded then the Fuzzy method of Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) can provide information ranking College, where the final results will be calculated the value of preferences (Vi) the highest of each alternative.The highest value was made the first priority as the best college. The end result of the application of the method of College ranking in the form of the SAW with the first order at Serambi Mekkah of University with the value of 0.89 and a low of STMIK Abulyatama value of 0.38.

Abstract

Tracer Study is one of the methods used by several universities, especially in Indonesia to get feedback from alumni. Along with the development of AMIK Indonesia's e-Tracer Study, it needs to be evaluated for use by students and alumni. Evaluation of Tracer Study from the usability aspect can be done to find out a system that can be used by users in the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. One method that can be used to conduct observation and evaluation is the HOT (Human-Organization-Technology) Fit Model. The method in this study consisted of three stages namely; 1) literature review, 2) discuss theories about information system evaluation models and fit, and 3) analysis and identification of models, and data analysis tools used are SPSS and SmartPLS. From the results of the current research achievements, it can be concluded that in theory, this study has added a reference to the use of the HOT-FIT model for subsequent researchers or other parties in understanding the measurement of the successful implementation of the system, it can be used as a material consideration for the student sector as the manager of the e-system -Tracer Study. There is a deletion of 1 deleted indicator, the LO3 indicator. From 12 hypotheses there are 3 rejected hypotheses, namely IQ → STR, IQ → SU, and LO → NB. the relationship between variables IQ → STR, IQ → SU, and LO → NB did not have a significant effect, based on data analyzed from 124 respondents, 79% stated they use of e-Tracer Study felt very good, 11% felt quite good, and 10% feeling unwell.

Abstract

Tracer studies are a method used by tertiary institutions to track, monitor, and supervise graduates that have been produced by tertiary institutions. These activities can make a performance measurement related to the implementation of education so far. Currently, the tracer study has been developed to become a system that can provide decisions and measure graduates using an intelligent agent (AI). In this study, the authors used a descriptive research method, namely developing an information system based on existing data and developed using PHP software, and the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) is a system development method. Researchers have implemented an AI integration framework in a web-based tracer study architecture. System evaluation is used as the next research iteration of the proposed decision support system, this study also aims to monitor graduates. With the existence of an intelligent system-based e-tracer study, it has become an evolution in studying artificial intelligence to support monitoring and as a tool in increasing graduates in Higher Education.

Abstract

This service involves village community leaders and village communities including children, youth, and community leaders. This method is carried out to understand the Kajhu community about: a) the weaknesses they experience and have, b) the community's desire to overcome their shortcomings, c) develop strategies and methods to solve problems, and d) help the community overcome, solve, and think critically to get a solution to the problem when learning English. Based on the implementation of KKN, it is known that 1) the people of Kajhu Village provide maximum support through enthusiastic participation and facilitation of community service activities, 2) community service training materials that are in accordance with community needs encourage enthusiasm for English language training, and 3) optimism for the realization of an English Club. in Kajhu Village is very high, which is shown by the seriousness of each party in participating in the process of activities carried out.

Abstract

This activity is a form of training for teachers and lecturers in Banda Aceh City, where the use of Microsoft Powerpoint can be adapted to make a simple game. We chose games Hidden Picture Games, Matching Game, Telepathy Game, Top Five quiz, Mystery Box, and Lucky Box. The implementation method consists of three stages, namely introduction, practice, and demonstration. The results of this activity have become a concept and collaborative learning model through recreational game media that can be used at universities in Indonesia in making service activities in utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint practical media to create innovations and develop an educational game as well as improve the ability of teachers and lecturers to utilize instructional Media.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide alumni understanding regarding the importance of mapping graduates as one of the standards for measuring the quality of a university. Socialization activities are carried out using the method of implementing service activities consisting of 3 stages, namely; 1) Observation, 2) Seminar and Training, and 3) Evaluation and Reflection. Socialization activities have an impact on alumni understanding regarding graduate mapping, which is very important to do as one of the standards for measuring the quality of a university. The participants involved did not meet the team's expectations, 100 people were planned but only 43 people participated, this became a reference in increasing understanding efforts for graduates before what every university management must do before students complete higher education.

Abstract

Sejarah telah mencatat dengan tinta emas peran pemuda dalam proses perubahan suatu bangsa. Bukan hanya sejarah bangsa modern namun bangsa-bangsa atau kaum terdahulu pun tidak terlepas dari kontribusi pemuda di dalamnya. Pelatihan manajemen organisasi pemuda merupakan salah satu implementasi dari program pengembangan peran serta pemuda yang diarahkan kepada pembangunan jiwa kepemimpinan dalam berbagai segmen kehidupan dengan menumbuhkembangkan sikap mandiri generasi muda, melatih remaja untuk mampu mengelola konflik yang bisa muncul baik dari dalam maupun dari luar kelompok dan memberikan mereka sedikit pengetahuan bagaimana mengelola keuangan organisasi yang benar, efisien, transparan dan bisa dipertanggungjawabkan. Adapun simpulan dari hasil pengabdian ini adalah; Organisasi kepemudaan merupakan salah satu wadah yang menampung aspirasi remaja untuk mengarahkan mereka ke hal-hal yang positif. Untuk itu paling tidak diperlukan pengembangan skill/kemampuan personal dari masing-masing anggotanya. Salah satunya adalah dengan dibekali berbagai bentuk praktek dan pelatihan yang berkenaan dengan manajerial organisasi dan Pelatihan manajemen organisasi yang dilakukan di perkumpulan pemuda “Gampong Cot’ ini mencoba untuk membangkitkan semangat para pemuda/anggota perkumpulan untuk mengasah kemampuan mereka sekaligus memajukan perkumpulan. Melalui pelatihan ini kemampuan dan pengetahuan mereka akan serba-serbi organisasi dan kewirausahaan dapat bertambah dan menjadi pedoman bagi pengembangan diri kedepan.
