Abstract

Abstract This research aimed at knowing the level of validity and practicality students workbook SETS (Science, Environment, Technology and Society) Based on Colloid Lesson. It was a Research and Development (R&D) Method with 4-D Model. It was administered at State Senior High School 1 East Kampar. Subject of this research were Media design expert, Learning material expert, Chemistry teacher and Fifteenth studenst. Object of this research were SETS (Science, Environment, Technology and Society) Based on Colloid Lesson. the Instrument of collecting the data were questionnaire of validity test by the experts and questionnaire of practicality test by taecher and students. student workbook was appropriate, if it was valid and practice aspect qualify.The validity and practicality could be seen from the result of validity and practicality using sheet of validity and practicalisation. student workbook resulting was tested with the validity level was 88.125% (Very valid)and practice was 90.4% (Very practice). The research result indentify that Student Workbook was tested, it appropriate to be an additional teaching teacher at school. Keywords : Student Workbook, SETS, Colloid

Abstract

This research was instigated by the lack of variative learning media in learning process. This research aimed at knowing the level of validity and practicality of Powtoon animation media on Element periodic system lesson. It was a Research and Development with 4-D (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate) model. It was conducted at State Senior High School 09 Pekanbaru. The subject of this research were the expert of powtoon animation video design, learning lesson expert, chemistry teachers, and students at State Senior High School 09 Pekanbaru. The Object of this research were Powtoon animation video on element periodic system. It was primier data that was obtained from the questionnaire. Questionnaire of validity test and questionnaire of practicality test were the instruments of collecting the data. Data was analyzed by using analysis of descriptive and quantitative descriptive techniques. The Powtoon animation video media was tested with the percentage 88.35% (Very valid) and practice 86.54% (Very practice). From the result, it could be concluded that Powtoon animation video media on Element priodic system lesson was valid and practice and appropriate to be as an additional media in learning process

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dan media yang digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar masih kurang bervariasi sehingga dibutuhkan suatu media LKPD interaktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain media LKPD interaktif berbantuan software Ispring Suite 8 dengan pendekatan Scaffolding pada materi hidrolisis garam yang valid berdasarkan validitas ahli materi, ahli media, uji praktikalitas guru dan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang meliputi tahapan penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan, pengembangan bentuk awal produk,  uji lapangan awal, revisi produk. Uji lapangan awal dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru terhadap peserta didik kelas XII IPA. Hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi diperoleh nilai sebesar 92,5% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Uji praktikalitas guru mendapatkan hasil sebesar 88,75% dengan kategori sangat praktis, dan uji praktikalitas peserta didik mendapatkan hasil sebesar 90,45% dengan kategori sangat praktis.

Abstract

This research aimed at seeing the appropriateness of the instructional media Power Point based.  The early stage conducted was seeing the basic competence that needed the instructional media adapted to the syllabus of Vocational High School of Pharmacy Pekanbaru.  The material was Adsorption material that was on the basic competence of 1.2, it was about understanding the adsorption process.  After adjusting the material, applied research of biosorption of Cd2+ metal ion using Kecombrangtrunk on various pH 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 that was analyzed by AAS was conducted.  The optimum pH obtained was on pH 5 with 80.73% adsorption.  The next step was preparing the instructional media Power Point based that was assessed by material and media experts.  The result of material expert assessment showed their strong agreements and there was no revision with 82% percentage.  The next step was testing 4 Chemistry teachers at Vocational High School of Pharmacy Pekanbaru.  It showed the agreement and no revision with 79.75% percentage.  It meant that the chemistry instructional media Power Point based could be a learning resource.Keywords:      Learning Resources, Instructional Media Power Point Based, Kecombrang,Cadmium, Adsorption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sulitnya pembelajaran kimia yang bersifat abstrak dan kurang bervariasinya media pembelajaran khususnya media berbasis literasi sains, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu media yang mampu membantu siswa dalam memahami pelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain video pembelajaran dengan bantuan aplikasi Scratch dan Kinemaster pada materi kesetimbangan kimia yang valid berdasarkan validitas ahli materi, ahli media, uji praktikalitas guru dan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang meliputi tahapan (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan bentuk awal produk, (4) uji lapangan awal, (5) revisi produk. Uji lapangan awal dilakukan di SMAN I Batu Hampar terhadap peserta didik kelas XI MIPA. Hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi diperoleh nilai sebesar 87,5% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Uji praktikalitas guru mendapatkan hasil sebesar 85,8% dengan kategori sangat praktis, dan uji praktikalitas peserta didik mendapatkan hasil sebesar 91,2% dengan kategori sangat praktis.

Abstract

This research was instigated by student workbook Contextual Teaching and Learning based that was not yet developed on Reaction Rate lesson. Besides, the students cold not relate what they learnt and how the knowledge should be applied in their daily lives. This research aimed at producing student workbook Contextual Teaching and Learning based on Reaction Rate lesson and knowing the validity and practicality level, and student response to the produced workbook. It was a Research and Development with 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) model. It was administered at State Senior High School 2 Kampar, and the subjects of this research were student workbook media design experts, learning material experts, Chemistry subject teachers, and students. The object was student workbook Contextual Teaching and Learning based on Reaction Rate lesson. The collected data were primary—the data were obtained directly from questionnaire. The instruments of collecting the data were validity test questionnaire, practicality test questionnaire, and student response test questionnaire. The obtained data then were analyzed by using Descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Based on the produced workbook that was tested, its validity level was 88.78% percentage (very valid), its practicality level was 88 % percentage (very practical), and student response was 88 % percentage (very good). Based on these results, it could be concluded that student workbook Contextual Teaching and Learning based was valid and practical on Reaction Rate, so it was appropriate to be an additional teaching material for the teachers at school.

Abstract

[ Development of Interactive Instructional Multimedia Autoplay Media Studio on Atomic Structure Lesson ] Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif pada materi struktur atom dengan menggunakan software Autoplay Media Studio. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate). Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Abdurrab Pekanbaru. Subjek penelitian adalah 2 orang validator (ahli materi dan ahli media), 3 orang guru kimia dan 10 orang peserta didik kelas X TLM 1. Instrumen pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa angket uji validitas dan angket uji praktikalitas. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan memiliki tingkat validitas oleh ahli materi sebesar 91,29% (sangat valid), ahli media sebesar 90,04% (sangat valid), dan tingkat praktikalitas oleh guru sebesar 88,92% (sangat praktis), respon peserta didik sebesar 90,15%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran kimia menggunakan multimedia interaktif Autoplay Media Studio pada materi struktur atom sudah valid dan praktis untuk dijadikan media pembelajaran alternatif di sekolah.
