Abstract

The objectives of this pre-experimental study are: (1) to describe the effectiveness of learning by applying creative media on  material of basic locomotor movement, (2) to compare the result of basic locomotor movement abilities between students who learn by implementing creative media and by implementing conventional media. This research is a pre-experimental study applying Pretest-Posttest Design. During the research, its subject was given a pre-test and post-test experiment. Conventional learning was provided for the control group, while creative media learning was provided for the experimental group, then data of locomotor movement ability was recorded. The data was analyzed by using SPSS to answer the problem statement. The results of this research are obtained as follows: (1) Learning process of basic locomotor movement by implementing creative media is effective for 3rd grade students of elementary school. (2) Its effectiveness can be referred from the observation results towards learning process of most students considered in good category, completeness learning of the students is greater as many as 19 students or 58%, compared to conventional learning as many as 12 students or 36%. (3) The average test result of the students’ basic locomotor movement ability using creative media is 2.06, while the average ability of students using conventional learning media is 1.86.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa ditinjau dari aspek pengalaman belajar mahasiswa, kapabilitas dosen, dan sarana prasarana terhadap pembelajaran daring pada mata kuliah Metodologi Penelitian Kualitatif di Program Studi PKO UTP”. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ditinjau dari aspek kapabilitas dosen, menunjukkan persepsi positif mahasiswa selama perkuliahan daring. Hal ini dikarenakan dosen menggunakan beberapa aplikasi pembelajaran seperti Edmodo, Zoom, Google Meet, dan Youtube dalam perkuliahan sehingga mahasiswa tidak mengalami kebosanan dalam belajar, materi dapat disampaikan secara detail dan mendalam sehingga terjadi diskusi interaktif di dalam kelas. Pada aspek pengalaman belajar, mahasiswa memberikan persepsi negatif karena kurangnya pemahaman materi dan tidak adanya buku ajar yang dimiliki. Selain itu, mahasiswa mengalami stress dengan banyaknya tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen. Pada aspek sarana prasarana, mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring dikarenakan kurangnya kuota, lemahnya sinyal, dan terbatasnya perangkat elektronik yang sesuai dengan standar belajar daring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis gerak smash  kedeng pada atlet putra Sepaktakraw club PSTI Kabupaten Demak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survey tes. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah atlet putra sepaktakraw club PSTI Kabupaten Demak yang sudah mampu melukan smash  kedeng yang berjumlah 10 atlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data menggunakan video rekaman yang dimasukan kedalam aplikasi kinovea. Hasil analisis data ditinjau dari segi biomekanika tiap fase  smash  kedeng dengan jumlah 10 atlet nilai rata-rata tiap fase yaitu 1) fase awalan nilai rata-rata 4,68 kriteria sesuai, 2) fase lompatan nilai rata-rata 3,9 kriteria hampir sesuai 3) fase perkenaan nilai rata-rata 3,1 kriteria hampir sesuai 4) fase pendaratan nilai rata-rata 1,8 kriteria tidak sesuai. Nilai rata-rata keseluruhan 10 atlet adalah 3,45 masuk dalam kriteria hampir sesuai. Perlu melakukan perbaikan  gerak smash  kedeng pada atlet putra sepaktakraw club PSTI Kabupaten Demak. Kelemahan pada fase 2, 3, dan 4 perlu ditingkatkan melalui program latihan fisik yang menunjang dan bentuk-bentuk latihan smash  kedeng yang lebih bervariasi.

Abstract

The modern tennis games is characterized by an emphasis on quickness and strength. Rapid and multidirectional changes in the ball’s speed necessitate a high level of agility. This study aimed to determine the impact of hexagon drill training on the agility of male junior tennis players. This research is a quantitative type with experimental methods. The research design uses a one group pre-test and post-test design. The population in this study were junior male tennis players in Jawa Tengah with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The characteristics of the sample determined by the researcher were male, athletes under 18 years of age, and practicing in the Jawa Tengah area. The number of samples used in the study was 40 people. Data analysis used the t-test by first carrying out the normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the data normality test in this study were 0.06 0.05 (0.06 greater than 0.05), which means that the data is normally distributed in the population frequency. The results of the homogeneity test in this study were 0.15 0.05 (0.15 greater than 0.05), which means the data is homogeneous. After the data is normally distributed and homogeneous, the researcher continues data processing, namely the t-test. The results of the t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 so it was less than 0.05 or 0.000 0.05 so there was a significant effect. The conclusion is that the hexagon drill exercise has an effect on increasing agility in junior men's tennis players in Central Java. Suggestions from researchers are that coaches can apply hexagon drill exercises to train junior tennis players under the age of 18 years.
