Abstract

Untuk menghasilkan produk ataupun jasa yang baik maka diperlukan proses produksi serta karyawan yang handal dan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas sebuah perusahaan ialah dengan meningkatkan produktivitas seluruh karyawan. Untuk menciptakan produktivitas yang tinggi maka perlu diperhatikan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan. Karyawan akan memperoleh insentif dari biaya penghematan yang diperoleh dari meminimasi jumlah waste, sistem pemberian insentif yang diberikan dengan menggunakan metode Gainsharing dimana insentif yang diberikan kepada karyawan dikarenakan peningkatan produktivitas. Penggunaan VALSAT dapat memetakan waste dan mempermudah dalam pembuatan proses perbaikan. Pada  pembobotan detail mapping dengan metode VALSAT diperoleh tiga tools yaitu pada Proces Activity Mapping, Quality Filter Mapping dan Supply Chain Response Matrix. Proses produksi perusahaan  digambarkan melalui Big Picture Mapping. Waste Unnappropriate Process, Inventory dan Defect merupakan waste berpengaruh pada proses produksi, guna meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan dengan memberikan dua Alternatif perbaikan yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan bagi karyawan dan memberi tim pengawas untuk mengawasi proses produksi. Dari hasil perbaikan didapatkan peningkatan produktivitas. Penghematan biaya yang diperoleh perusahaan sebesar Rp 22.946.015 dan dilakukkan pembagian insentif berdasarkan Metode Gainsharing sebesar 30% untuk perusahaan dan 70% untuk karyawan.

Abstract

Banyak industri telah mengalami peningkatan atau perbaikan pada sistem produksi dan distribusi melalui global supply chain management. Sampai saat ini pun, masalah integrasi optimasi sistem produksi dan distribusi demi perbaikan kedua sistem tersebut masih menjadi tantangan bagi dunia industri, termasuk industri kimia. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan penelitian optimasi kedua sistem tersebut. Untuk pengoptimalan sistem produksi, dilakukan pendekatan dengan linear programming. Sedangkan untuk pengoptimalan sistem distribusi menggunakan algoritma cross entropy. Pengoptimalan sistem distribusi dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan jumlah permintaan dan jumlah produk yang dihasilkan oleh pihak produksi. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah penggunaan pendekatan ini adalah terdapat peningkatan profit yang cukup signifikan

Abstract

The development of Suramadu Bridge that connects Java Island and Madura Island opens the opportunity for Bangkalan Regency to be one of Industrial Park at East Java Province. This could be realized if there are many investors who invest their capital and build their industry at the industrial Park. The Clustering analysis and Scoring Risk analysis are used in this research. The results of this study indicate that based on the industrial potential, Bangkalan region is divided into six regions. Region I is the most appropriate area to serve  industrial and commercial center. The study also build a Standardized  Information System as a guide for the investors to invest their capital. This contains information about Industry Spatial Planning and Clustering based on area potency of bangkalan Regency and Environmental Impact.

Abstract

PT ECCO Tannery Indonesia as one of leading tannery industry has a high waste disposal potential in its daily operation. For such thing, it is necessary for the management to have an appropriate environmental management such as waste reduction. This research tried to address this problem with Green Productivity (GP) approach, so that efforts in waste reduction could provide improvement of environmental performance and productivity. The waste reduction alternatives was further formulated, and chosen to be implemented according to financial analysis and alternative contribution estimation either to the productivity level or to the EPI index level. Results of this research were expected to provide solution of the high waste volume problem, which had to be sent to PT Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri (PPLI) Bogor. The waste reduction was on the decreasing sludge and fleshy waste quantity by using sludge drying machine with a capacity of 15 tonne/day, which could dry the waste until 90% dry solid. This alternative contributed the productivity enhancement up to 0.91% and improved the environmental performance through waste volume reduction to be disposed of to PPLI Bogor of about 66.9%.

Abstract

Chicken slaughter industry generates waste water and solid wastes, which are rich in organic component, and known as potential environmental pollutant source. Green productivity should be used for finding a solution to increase the productivity and preservation of natural resources. This research was initiated by identifying the pollutant source, defining the goal and target, and selecting resources and information that were available for creating a green productivity alternative solution in a chicken slaughter house, which was located in the city of Magetan, East Java Province. The alternative green productivity in this research was developed by modifying the waste management and manufacturing device and facilities. Modification of waste water management was carried out by flushing the blood containing waste water into a digester for biogas production. The manufacturing devices and facilities were proposed by applying a technology concept, which eased washing process, created waste pool filter, built catfish breeding tank, and created biogas digester. The selected alternative solution was estimated to be able to increase productivity index from 120.51% to 121.53%. The modification of wastewater management and waste filter production will increase the EPI value from 0.18 to 5.13. The use of selected alternative solution for water consumption could save 6.3 m3 of water a year. Conclusively, using the proposed alternative green productivity pattern, the chicken slaughter house can act as an environment- friendly industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make a prototype for shrimp crackers process in the small industries. Thereare some processes to make shrimp crackers but the critical process is drying crackers. In fact, shrimpcrackers were usually drying under sunheat. Drying shrimp crackers process needs long time, not hiegenis,and unpredictable weather. This machine was designed to dry shrimp crackers easier, faster, and hiegenis.Prototype can dry shrimp crackers indoor. Otomation applied for drying and packing system to keepproduction rate. This system can increase production rate until 23%.
