Abstract

Pregnancy occurs and unwanted frequently bring a big issue for women, pregnancy backgrounds were varies, there is for having sex outside marriage, incest, or pregnancy due to the factor of sex crimes such as rape and others. For a pregnant woman in astate of not having a partner is certainly not easy to survive, therefore often thought to abort appears and choose the easiest way, which is not to the doctor because it will find a variety of procedures. Then choose to go to a clinic that serves the practice of illegal abortions, such as a police case reports in February 2020 that uncovered the practice of illegal abortions in a clinic in the area of Central Jakarta. In terms of the application of positive law in Indonesia, the problem was raised again, namely how the supervision and application of criminal law against illegal abortion business? When people are free to choose, the consequences will increase the maternal mortality rate itself. Should the birth of regulations governing therapeutic abortion, safe abortion will be the answer to the fate of women in the future.

Abstract

Narkoba adalah narkotika dan obat /bahan berbahaya, tertulis dalam Undang Undang Nomer 35 tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika, dikatakan bahwa berlakunya sanksi Pidana bagi barangsiapa yang menyimpan, mengedarkan, mamakai dan memproduksi Narkotika dan bahan/zat berbahaya itu. Data Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) terkini menyebutkan bahwa, pemakai Narkotika dan obat-obatan terlarang di kalangan generasi muda kian meningkat, jumlah peningkatannya sebesar 24% sampai 28% remaja. Data lain dari penelitian milenial atau generasi muda beberapa tahun yang lalu menunjukan jumlah pengguna mencapai 20 persen, adalah kelompok anak-anak dan remaja atau usia pelajar berkisar umur 11 sampai 24 tahun. Sejak tahun 2016 Kecamatan Sidamanik dijadikan daerah binaan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Tahun 2019 kembali Universitas Kristen Indonesia melakukan penelitan dan Pengabdian keapada masyarakat dengan memilih siswa-siswa SMA di wilayah Pamatang Sidamanik, sampel penelitian berjumlah 195 orang mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan uji statistik SPSS. Berdasarkan 3 indikatif pengetahuan tentang jenis Narkoba, Dampak penggunaan jenis Narkoba dan Sikap terhadap ancaman Pidana. Bagi masyarakat dan para pelajar di lingkungan Pamatang Sidamanik sangat dirasa perlu menerima informasi tentang bahaya narkoba, dan diharapkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat sebagai sikap pencegahan bertambahnya pemakai narkoba di wilayah ini. Kata kunci: Narkoba, generasi muda dan sanksi hukum

Abstract

The implementation of PkM FKUKI Jakarta is located in the village office of Eretan Kulon Village, on Saturday, February 22, 2020, beginning with "Counseling Health Services and Legal Protection for Women's Reproductive Health" delivered by dr. Rospita Adelina Siregar, MH.Kes. with an audience of mothers / women numbering 150 people, the feedback obtained included that the community did not understand their reproductive rights, the community did not understand the application of their reproductive rights, in determining the method of family planning, determining the number of children, the probable cause of low education, most did not graduated elementary school. The activity was continued with free treatment for 938 people, consisting of adult and child age groups, this activity was served by a health team from FKUKI, namely: Dr. Adolfina R. Afhorseja, MS: Dr.Ance Adriani, MS.Sp.OK., Sp. GK and Dr. Jumaini Andriana, MPd. Ked. also blood tests for 492 patients on the indication served by the GKJ health team (PIC.drg. Sri Rahayu and Dr. Sri Udaneni), with details: the number of patients undergoing Blood Sugar examination as many as 207 people, Uric Acid 159 people, and examination of levels Cholesterol 105 people, Conclusion: When Glucose Levels <145 mg / dl are 127 people (61.4%), Uric Acid Levels (5-7 mg / dl) = Normal, 116 people (73%), and Cholesterol Levels ( <200 mg / dl) = Normal, as many as 60 people (57.1%). Abstract

Restorative Justice for convicted users of Narcotics class 1 is a normative juridical study that examines the results of decision No.111 / Pid. Sus / 2017 / PN Sag, with an emphasis on the problem of prison sentences determined based on evidence, the defendant violated Article 111 paragraph 2 of Law number 35 In 2009 concerning Class 1 Narcotics, the judge sentenced the defendant to a sentence of 8 months in prison and a fine of Rp. 1 billion. The defendant's confession that marijuana leaves were used as a treatment for his wife, who had been paralyzed for three years, was often in shock due to suffering from syringomyelia. Sentencing imprisonment for class 1 Narcotics users is seen as not causing a deterrent effect and even creates new problems, namely overcapacity in prisons/detention centres. For example, in the DKI Jakarta Regional Office, the capacity of prisons/detention centres is 319%. It is time to apply Restorative Justice and leave retributive Justice as a reform of criminal law to solve cases of misuse of Narcotics class 1.

Abstract

Regarding the right to protect and respect individual rights as stated in positive law in Indonesia, these rights are part of the human rights of every citizen. So that the state is obliged to guarantee the availability and fulfillment of these rights, in order to avoid the threat of abuse and violations by various parties, including state officials themselves. During the Covid-19 pandemic the question is how can the right to individual health be obtained and the state can guarantee it? This research uses sociological normative juridical research by conducting a survey of 531 respondents in Jakarta in March 2020. The results of the study were analyzed qualitatively so that the state has the authority to guarantee telemedicine services as a form of state responsibility in the new normal era according to Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 2019 concerning the Implementation of Telemedicine Services between Health Service Facilities.

Abstract

Pengetahuan tentang fungsi alat reproduksi yang benar dan pengetahuan adanya sanksi pidana bagi pelaku kejahatan seksual sesuai dengan hukum positif di Indonesia, diharapkan dapat menghindari terjadinya perilaku seks bebas dikalangan remaja. Punyuluhan bertema PENGETAHUAN TENTANG PERILAKU DAN BAHAYA SEKS BEBAS BAGI REMAJA.HKBP DUREN JAYA BEKASI merupakan bagian dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat UKI dengan HKBP Duren Jaya di tahun 2022, sasarannya adalah peserta sidi. Pemberi materi adalah dosen UKI yang memiliki kompetensi keilmuan dibidang pendidikan dan hukum kesehatan, menitik beratkan bahwa perlu adanya penguasaan diri, hasrat biologis yang terkontrol dengan menerapkan kehidupan yang beretika,disiplin dan bertanggungjawab atas organ reproduksinya dapat menghindari terjadinya kejahatan seksual seperti pelecahan seksual, pemerkosaan dan aborsi . Ancaman terjadinya seksual pranikah yang masih banyak terjadi di Indonesia perlu perhatian dari orang tua, dan pihak terkait lainnya. Kehamilan diluar nikah pada usia dini akan menunda keberhasilan untuk meraih cita-cita, penyuluhan bahaya seks bebas perlu dilakukan terus menerus dengan melibatkan keluarga, sekolah pemuka agama, dan organisasi masyarakat. Abstract

Community Service (PkM) is carried out by the Faculty of Law Universitas Kristen Indonesia by providing legal counseling about job loss guarantees by the government for workers/labourers who have been laid off due to the Covid-19 pandemic. PkM will be held on 18 December 2021 at Pancoran Buntu II, Pancoran Village, Pancoran District, South Jakarta. The method used is to provide counseling/lectures and provide motivation, then followed by question and answer to obtain results and solutions as a form of solving problems and obstacles faced. At the time of providing counseling/lectures, special tables are also provided to receive personal legal consultations for the community. The results of PkM with legal counseling are very effective considering that there are still many people who do not get information on job loss guarantees provided by the Government through PP No. 37 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Job Loss Guarantee Program. With this legal counseling, the public becomes aware of this program and what benefits can be obtained, such as cash benefits, access to job information, and job training. Thus, it is hoped that the people of Pancoran who have lost their jobs / have been laid off are always motivated to maintain a decent standard of living by wanting to work again or try to be independent.
