Abstract

Abstrak Jumlah penduduk lansia Indonesia saat ini yang sudah mencapai persentase 9,6% dari total jumlah penduduk menjadi perhatian semua stakeholder termasuk pemerintah dan akademisi di perguruan tinggi. UKI yang berkedudukan wilayah terdapat di Jakarta Timur menjadi salah satu dari lima perguruan tinggi yang dihunjuk langsung oleh pemerintah provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Perlindungan Anak dan Pengendalian Penduduk (Dinas PPAPP) Provinsi DKI Jakarta untuk melakukan kegiatan KKN Tematik, yang oleh UKI dilaksanakan dalam bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan jenis kegiatan pendampingan pengelolaan dan pembinaan kelompok Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL). Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menggairahkan kembali kelompok-kelompok BKL yang sudah pernah terbentuk, namun tidak ada aktifitas alias mati suri. Bekerjasama dengan Sudin PPAPP Jakarta Timur, Tim UKI diarahkan untuk melakukan pendampingan dan pembinaan kepada kelompok BKL di RW 05 Kelurahan Cililitan. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, terdapat sekitar seratus orang lansia yang menjadi anggota tetap BKL di RW 05 Kelurahan Cililitan, yang pada saat awal dibentuk memiliki struktur kepengurusan yang sah dan berbagai macam program. Namun beberapa waktu terakhir dengan adanya pergantian kepengurusan, aktifitas berkurang bahkan struktur kepengurusan juga belum memeroleh pengesahan dari Kelurahan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, di antaranya tidak tersedianya cukup banyak waktu oleh pengurus yang terbaru untuk melakukan koordinasi. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan dan pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh tim UKI bekerjasama dengan dinas PPAPP diperoleh beberapa hasil, di antaranya semakin bertambahnya pengetahuan para kader tentang kelanjutusiaan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan sharing dan diskusi, terbentuknya kepengurusan kelompok BKL yang disahkan oleh Lurah Kelurahan Cililitan dan adanya program terencana kelompok BKL Kata kunci: Bina Keluarga Lansia, Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Kelanjutusiaan Abstract The current population of elderly Indonesians who have reached 9.6% of the total population is the concern of all stakeholders including the government and academics in tertiary institutions. UKI domiciled in East Jakarta is one of five tertiary institutions appointed directly by the provincial government of DKI Jakarta through the Office of the Empowerment of Child Protection and Population Control (Dinas PPAPP) of DKI Jakarta Province to carry out Thematic Community Service Program activities, which is conducted by UKI in the form of community service activities with the type of mentoring management and fostering the Elderly Family Development (BKL) group. The purpose of this community service activity is to revive BKL groups that have already been formed, but there is no suspended activity. In collaboration with East Jakarta PPAPP Sub-dept., The UKI Team was directed to provide assistance and guidance to the BKL group in RW 05, Cililitan Village. Based on the data obtained, there are about one hundred elderly people who become permanent BKL members in RW 05, Cililitan Sub-District, which at the beginning were formed having a legal management structure and various programs. However, recently with the change of management, activities have been reduced, even the management structure has not yet received approval from the Kelurahan. This is caused by several factors, including the unavailability of enough time for the latest management to coordinate. Through the mentoring and coaching activities carried out by the UKI team in collaboration with the PPAPP service, several results were obtained, including the increasing knowledge of cadres about humanity obtained from sharing and discussion activities, the formation of the management of the BKL group which was endorsed by the Kelurahan of Cililitan and the planned group program BKL Keywords: Elderly Family Development, Community Service, Continuation

Abstract

The population of study was the students of class X students of SMAN East Jakarta, amounting to 8 schools and the total number of students was 295. Random sampling technique of test sample was used and obtained by 40 students and the study sample as many as 60 students. In order to answer the problems, the writer used a survey and correlation methods. What is meant by the correlation method is to find the relationship between the variables X into Y and independent variables being the dependent variable. Based on the results of hypothesis testing is known that there is a positive and significant relationship between the effects of self-concept to problem solving for. With a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.707 which indicates that the correlation between the two variables was strong, and the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.499. This means that the variable self-concept affects students' problem-solving of 49.9%, while the remaining 50.1% is influenced by other factors.Keywords : Self-Concept, Problem-Solving

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal whether there is influence on the performance of employees working Discipline. The number of respondents as many as 30 employees, research was conducted on the employees of SMAN 113 Jakarta. Data from interviews and questionnaires, the data work discipline and the employee's performance of the instrument. Validation data used qualitative and quantitative data analysis by ANOVA. Pearson correlation (Pearson correlation) amounted to 0,747, or 74.7% is the value of r count that shows a strong correlation or relationship between supervision Work Discipline and Performance Improvement employees SMAN 113 Jakarta, testing the hypothesis with t test to prove that there is an influence on employee performance Employee Discipline, Determinant correlation (R2) between the two variables were analyzed using correlation analysis obtained amounted to 55.80%. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di KBM Kampus Diakonia Modern Jatiranggon, Jatisampurna Kota Bekasi. Jumlah populasi adalah 80 siswa. Dari jumlah populasi tersebut 60 siswa terpilih menjadi sampel penelitian melalui tehnik Purpossive Random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskripsi korelasi. Pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri sendiri (variabel independen) dengan penyesuaian diri siswa (variabel dependen) di KBM Kampus Diakonia Modern. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,67 yang menunjukkan bahwa korelasi kedua variabel adalah kuat. Lebih lanjut, koefisien determinasi kedua variabel sebesar 0,458 atau 45,8% yang berarti variabel kepercayaan diri siswa hanya berpengaruh sebanyak 45,8% terhadap variabel dependen, dan sisanya 54,2% merupakan faktor lain yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan Diri, Penyesuaian Diri dan KBM Kampus Diakonia Modern ABSTRACT This research was conducted at KBM kampus Diakonia Modern Jaatiranggon, Jatisampurna Kota Bekasi. The population was 80 students. 60 students were taken as the sample of the study through Purposive Random Sampling Technique. The study was designed in descriptive correlation. Hyphothesis tested showed student’s self-confidence (independent variable) and self-adjustment were strongly correlational. The correlation coefficient was 0.67. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination of both variables 0.458 or 45.8% indicates that the ammount of independent variable effect is only 45.8%, and another 54.2% is the other undefined varible effect. Abstract

Discipline can be said as an activity or business that is made because it is considered important and done in order to achieve certain positive things. Discipline is part of the attitude and behavior that characterizes compliance with a rule or provision. Discipline means a demand for the implementation of a regular, the same and orderly life which is made an absolute price so that progress can be made and changes to things that are more positive and good. The research aims to obtain the stages of student discipline. When content is categorized as medium with a percentage of 66.6% after obtaining content mastery service, content mastery services increase to 77.6%, through the t test 2.04. The results obtained prove that content mastery services with modeling techniques can improve discipline in students. The study was a class 8 student at SMPN 49 Jakarta with a total of 32 respondents. The research conclusions were obtained tt 10.67 > t table-n using experiments. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to answer the question whether there is a relationship between providing guidance with the development of self-potential of students at Cahaya Sakti High School. This study uses a quantitative method using a modified Likert model, which is a scale used to measure the provision of career guidance about the phenomenon of self-potential. The sample used in this study is random sampling. The results of the regression analysis showed a value of 0.647, meaning that the relationship between providing career guidance and developing the potential of students was said to be strong. The effective contribution of the variable providing career guidance to self- potential development was 64.7%, while the variance determination was 0.419 or 41.9%. The significance test of this study is 0.000 <0.05, so it is stated that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the relationship between providing career guidance and developing the potential of students is very significant. While the data analysis for the linear regression line is Ŷ = 12. 349 + 1.052 X, meaning that if the provision of career guidance is enhanced, self-potential development will also increase. Keyword: career guidance, self potential development, students ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan apakah ada hubungan antara pemberian bimbingan karier dengan pengembangan potensi diri peserta didik di SMA Cahaya Sakti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan modifikasi model Likert yakni suatu skala yang digunakan untuk mengukur pemberian bimbingan karier tentang fenomena potensi diri. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0.647, artinya hubungan antara pemberian bimbingan karier dengan pengembangan potensi diri peserta didik dikatakan kuat. Sumbangan efektif variabel pemberian bimbingan karier terhadap pengembangan potensi diri sebesar 64,7% sedangkan determinasi variannya sebesar 0.419 atau 41,9%. Adapun uji signifikansi penelitian ini sebesar 0.000<0.05 sehingga dinyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya bahwa hubungan antara pemberian bimbingan karier dengan pengembangan potensi diri peserta didik bersifat sangat signifikan. Sedangkan data analisis untuk garis regresi linear yaitu Ŷ=12.349+1.052X, artinya apabila pemberian bimbingan karier ditingkatkan, maka pengembangan potensi diri juga akan meningkat. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to see the relationship between individual counseling services and the social development tasks of students in SMP Negeri 49 East Jakarta and to see the extent to which the guidance and counseling teachers function in helping students complete their developmental tasks in the adolescent phase. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection instrument was carried out by giving a questionnaire to all students in class VIII. In the individual counseling service variabel the reliability value is 0.913 and the development task variable is 0.941. The results showed a relationship between individual counseling services and students' social development tasks. However, the relationship between the two variables is very low. This can be seen from the correlation results of 0.076. There are several factors that can determine students' social development tasks, such as motivation from parents and family. Positive support provided by people around them is able to help students complete their development tasks properly. Students need balanced internal and external factors in order to complete their developmental tasks properly. Keyword:developmental assignments, individual counseling services, teenagers ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara layanan konseling individu dengan tugas perkembangan sosial peserta didik di SMP Negeri 49 Jakarta Timur dan melihat sejauh mana fungsi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam membantu peserta didik menuntaskan tugas perkembangannya dalam fase remaja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pemberian kuesioner kepada seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII. Pada variabel layanan konseling individu nilai realibilitas sebesar 0.913 dan variabel tugas perkembangan sebesar 0.941. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara layanan konseling individu dengan tugas perkembangan sosial peserta didik. Walaupun demikian hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut sangat rendah. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari hasil korelasi sebesar 0.076. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat menentukan tugas perkembangan sosial peserta didik, seperti motivasi dari orangtua dan keluarga. Dukungan positif yang diberikan oleh orang-orang sekitar mampu membantu peserta didik dalam menuntaskan tugas perkembangannya dengan baik. Peserta didik membutuhkan faktor dari luar dan dalam diri yang seimbang agar dapat menuntaskan tugas perkembangannya dengan baik. Kata Kunci: tugas perkembangan, layanan konseling individu, remaja

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and career choices in students at SMP Negeri 1 Ambon. This research uses quantitative methods with the type of correlation. The research subjects were 160 students of class IX in SMP Negeri 1 Ambon using random sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were the self-efficacy scale and the career choice scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The research subjects were 160 students consisting of 94 boys and 66 girls, with an age range of 13 to 15 years. Based on the results of the data description, it is known that the self- efficacy of students is in the medium category with 80 students or 50% of respondents. Whereas for the choice of career students are in the medium category with the number of 81 or 50.6% of respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used parametric inferential statistics. The results showed that self-efficacy correlated with career choice. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient of 0.874 which is included in the very strong category with a significance value of 0.000. This means that there is a very strong and significant relationship between self-efficacy and career choice in grade IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Ambon. The result of simple regression equation analysis is Ŷ = 36,091 + 0,720X. and p-value 0.000 <0.05. Thus, “Self-Efficacy has a positive effect on Career Choice. The more self-efficacy value increases, the career choice value will increase. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the self-efficacy variable contributes to the career choice variable by 76.5% while the remaining 23.5% is another caused that is not included in the study. Keyword: career choice, self-efficacy, students grade IX ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan pilihan karier pada peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Ambon. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 160 peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Ambon dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala efikasi diri dan skala pilihan karier yang sudah teruji validitas dan reliabilitas. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 160 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 94 laki-laki dan 66 perempuan, dengan rentang usia 13 sampai dengan 15 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil deskrisi data diketahui bahwa efikasi diri peserta didik berada pada kateogri sedang dengan jumlah 80 peserta didik atau 50% responden. Sedangkan untuk pilihan karier peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang dengan jumalah 81 atau 50,6 % responden. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statitiska inferensial parametris. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa efikasi diri berkorelasi dengan pilihan karier. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,874 termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hal ini berarti ada hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan pilihan karier pada peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Ambon. Hasil analisis persamaan regresi sederhana adalah Ŷ=36,091+0,720X. dan p-value 0,000<0,05. Dengan demikian, “Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif terhadap Pilihan Karier. Semakin bertambah nilai efikasi diri maka semakin bertambah nilai pilihan karier. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri memberikan sumbangan terhadapat variabel pilihan karier sebesar 76,5% sedangkan 23,5% sisanya merupakan sebab lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe how the perceptions of the counseling students towards the performance of the guidance and counseling teachers. As with the phenomenon on November 12, 2019, the Twitter social network was stirred up by the discussion about "Guidance and Counseling teachers", which mostly discussed negative things. And based on the results of the seminar that the author participated in on March 6, 2020, he received information that most of the Guidance and Counseling students at a private university in Jakarta had the experience or view that Guidance and Counseling teachers were creepy teachers and were often called school police. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The subjects of this study were all Guidance and Counseling students at a private university in Jakarta with as many as 73 students. The data collection method used was the perception scale of Guidance and Counseling students. In analyzing the data used descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that Guidance and Counseling students had a moderate level of perception with a percentage of 52.1% of the performance of Guidance and Counseling Teachers. The medium perception category means that Guidance and Counseling students have unsatisfactory Guidance and Counseling teacher performance assessments and this is the same as the results of previous studies. So it can be concluded that the moderate perception possessed by BK students can be formed because of the cognitive, affective and connotative aspects. Seperti halnya fenomena pada 12 November 2019 jejaring sosial Twitter sempat dihebohkan dengan pembahasan tentang “guru Bimbingan dan Konseling” yang mayoritas membahas hal negatif. Serta berdasarkan hasil kegiatan seminar yang diikuti oleh penulis pada tanggal 6 Maret 2020 mendapat informasi bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling di salah satu Universitas swasta di Jakarta memiliki pengalaman ataupun pandangan bahwa guru Bimbingan dan Konseling adalah guru yang menyeramkan dan sering disebut dengan Polisi sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling di salah satu Universitas swasta di Jakarta dengan sebanyak 73 mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala persepsi mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling memiliki tingkat persepsi sedang dengan persentase 52,1% terhadap kinerja Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Kategori persepsi sedang berarti bahwa mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling memiliki penilaian kinerja guru Bimbingan dan Konseling yang belum memuaskan dan ini sama dengan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Maka dapat disimpulkan persepsi sedang yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa BK dapat terbentuk karena adanya aspek kognitif, aspek afektif serta aspek konotatif. Abstract

The Demographic Institute of the University of Indonesia conducted a survey in 2015 and noted the difference between education and employment was 53.33%, the difference between occupational qualifications and educational background was 60.52%. Another fact in the study, 63% of Indonesians work not in accordance with their field of science. This study aims to determine the relationship between creativity and students' career choices. Quantitative research method with final correlation design. The object is high school and vocational high school and the subject is 453 students in Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and consists of 278 girls and 175 boys. Data collection techniques using instruments. Data analysis using JASP statistical method version 0.16. The results showed that the career choice variables were mostly in the medium category, namely women (60, 80%) and men (57, 71%). Likewise for the creativity variable, mostly in the medium category, namely women (56, 11%) and men (51, 42%). The results also showed that career choice and creativity were highly correlated (p<0.001). It is also known that the Creativity variable can explain the variation in the Career Choice variable by 11.56%. Vice versa, the Career Choice variable can explain variations in Creativity. Based on this value, it can also be explained that the Creativity variable contributes 11.56% to the Career Choice variable.
