Abstract

 PENGARUH AKREDITASI PRODI, MOTIVASI, FASILITAS PENDIDIKAN DAN REPUTASI PENDIDIK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MAHASISWA DALAMMEMILIH PROGRAM STUDI SARJANA TERAPAN AKUNTANSI SEKTOR PUBLIKPADA POLITEKNIK HARAPAN BERSAMA TEGAL(Studi Empiris Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Akuntansi SektorPublik di Politeknik Harapan Bersama ) Nurul Mahmudah Nurulmahmudah1989@gmail.com Yusri Anis Faidah yusrianis@ymail.comProgram Studi Sarjana Terapan Akuntansi Sektor PublikPoliteknik Harapan Bersama ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of department's accreditation, motivation, educational facilitiesand educators' reputation on student decisions in choosing the applied bachelor of public sector accounting department in polytechnic Harapan Bersama  in Tegal (empirical studies on students applying applied bachelor of public sector accounting department in the polytechnic Harapan Bersama). This study is a quantitative study with data collection techniques were based on the results of the questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 47 students, which was taken by using purposive sampling. The sampling criteria are students who applied and registered to became active students in the applied bachelor of public sector accounting department in the 2019-2020 academic year. So that the sample in this study was 44 students. The data analysis method in this study used multiple regression analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that the variables of the department's accreditation, motivation, and educational facilities did not influence the decision to choose the applied bachelor of public sector accounting department, however for the reputation variable; the educator partially affected the decision to choose the applied bachelor of public sector accounting department. While the accreditation of department, motivation and educational facilities and the reputation of educators simultaneously influenced the decision to choose the applied bachelor of public sector accounting department. Keywords: accreditation, motivation, educational facilities, educator reputation, decision to choose. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akreditasi prodi, motivasi, fasilitas pendidikandan reputasi pendidik terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik pada politeknik harapan bersama tegal (studi empiris pada mahasiswa program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik di politeknik Harapan Bersama). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan hasil kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 mahasiswa, sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. dengan kriteria pengambilan sampel adalah Mahasiswa yang mendaftar dan registrasi serta mahasiswa aktif yang ada di program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik tahun akademik 2019/2020. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 44 mahasiswa. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial untuk variabel akreditasi program studi, motivasi dan fasilitas pendidikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik, untuk variabel reputasi pendidik secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap  keputusan memilih program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik. Sedangkan secara simultan akreditasi program studi, motivasi dan fasilitas pendidikan dan reputasi pendidik berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik. Kata kunci: akreditasi, motivasi, fasilitas pendidikan, reputasi pendidik, keputusan memilih.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan era revolusi industri 4.0 berdampak pada berbagai hal, salah satunya adalah pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM adalah salah satu sektor usaha di Indonesia yang dikenal tangguh karena terbukti dapat bertahan meskipun dalam kondisi krisis ekonomi. Meskipun demikian, para pelaku usaha tetap harus mengantisipasi perubahan yang sangat cepat terjadi pada era revolusi industry 4.0. Selama ini, salah satu masalah UMKM adalah kesulitan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Aplikasi akuntansi adalah salah satu wujud perkembangan teknologi di bidang akuntansi. Saat ini terdapat beberapa aplikasi akuntansi berbasis android yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelaku usaha dalam menyusun laporan keuangan, salah satunya adalah aplikasi akuntansi “UKM-ID”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk memberikan ulasan yang diperoleh. Pendekatan penelitian deskriptif dalam penelitian ini hanya sebatas membuat deskripsi tentang fenomena di lapangan sedangkan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk membuat deskripsi tentang penggunaan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis android untuk menyusun laporan keuangan pada usaha “Very Convection”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi akuntansi berbasis android “Akuntansi UKM” dapat diterapkan dan membantu usaha “Very Convection” dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah suatu usaha yang dilakukan layak atau tidak untuk dikembangkan..Manfaat dari hasil penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi penting atas pengambilan keputusan investasi bagi investor, pihak perbankan, pemerintah ataupun bagi pihak pengusaha itu sendiri. Analisis kelayakan usaha petani bawng merah bapak makdum di desa tegalwulung kecamatan jatibarang  bertujuannya mengetahui prospek kedepan, keuntungan dan kerugian dalam mendirikan usaha peternakan bebek petelur.Pada penelitian ini di lakukan kajian baik melalui konsep studi kelayakan usaha, aspek yang dianalisis meliputi aspek dari konsep kelayakan usaha yang terdiri dari aspek hukum, aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis/operasi, aspek manajemen/organisasi, aspek ekonomi/sosial, aspek analisa dampak lingkungan hidup dan aspek keuangan. Pada aspek hukum usaha belum tergolong layak karena belum berbentuk badan hukum usaha resmi namun pada aspek lain nya usaha dapat diterima atau layak.

Abstract

The more advanced development of Indonesia is expected to be in line with the existence of economic development in terms of small micro and medium enterprises. This cannot be denied by the growing development of various types of small and medium enterprises in Indonesia, especially in Central Java. One of many government's efforts is to increase income in that aim to improve the welfare of society, the role of UKM is very much needed with the development of UKM in Central Java, especially in Brebes district. It is proving that the domestic market share ranging from low to medium-sized economies can be absorbed. One of the problems faced by UKM is preparing simple financial reports. It is because UKM is required to be able to understand simple financial reports systematically, the existence of an android application model "UKM Accounting" is able to help UKM problems in preparing simple financial reports. Therefore, this study is related to the model and application of the android application "UKM Accounting" which is used in compiling simple financial reports on UKM in Brebes Regency. The purpose of this study is to apply a simple financial reporting model using the android application "UKM accounting" for UKM in Brebes Regency. The subjects in this study were UKM in Brebes Regency. This study used descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach obtained from observations and interviews with UKM in Brebes Regency. The collected data were interpreted in the application of a simple financial reporting model using the android application "UKM Accounting" which is used by UKM in preparing financial reports.

Abstract

The role of teenagers is expected to accelerate the effectiveness and efficiency of BUMDes management because the phenomenon that occurs is that several BUMDes in Brebes Regency are not running optimally, one of which is because BUMDes managers are mostly from older people whose roles are more strategic and already have other activities so they lack management skills. and technically they need help from teenagers, one of which is in projecting their business units. The aims of this activity was to increase new skill and insight regarding optimizing BUMDes management using forecasting methods, increase the body of knowledge, and can become a reference for other parties who wish to carry out activities with a similar theme. The forms of activity include training on optimizing BUMDes management by delivering lectures, discussions and CBL or students can solve a case using the method that has been presented using the Forecasting Method. The implementation stages used are preparation, socialization, counseling, training and also evaluation. This article show results of succeeded increased the participants' skills and knowledge regarding managing Bumdes using the forecasting method with very good post-test results compared to the previous pre-test.
