This study aims to determine the effect of the Halal attribute on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetics on employees of PT. Barclay Products Jakarta. In the midst of consumers' concerns over the ingredients in cosmetic products, Wardah is here to prioritize natural and halal ingredients as their advantages. This type of research is field research (field research), namely direct observation of the object under study in order to obtain relevant data. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and quantitative. Primary data were obtained from a questionnaire/list of statements and processed using SPSS 18.0. The results showed that the Halal Attribute had a significant effect on Purchase Decisions with an affect value of 43.2%. Suggestions in this research are that companies should still include halal attributes on all their products and add halal label inclusion for products that have not received a halal label through LPPOM MUI and health experts
The rapid development in all fields creates business opportunities, especially in the construction sector. Construction involves various aspects of development, such as housing construction to roads. The purpose of this paper is to determine the strategic position of the company in the construction industry, to be able to get opportunities and survive the competition and survive the economic recession. In addition, it identifies the factors that affect company performance and develops strategic management so that the company can make decisions appropriately following company conditions. The national construction industry market, mostly dominated by large contractors who are members of the Indonesian Contractors Association (AKI), are members of 100 companies. Of the 100 AKI members, there are 10 national contractors, namely six BUMN, two quasi BUMN, and two national private companies. The sales level of the 10 large national contractors have almost the same income, so the level of competition is fierce. Competition in the construction service industry is getting tighter and the Covid 19 pandemic also has an impact on the development project of PT Adhi Karya. To deal with the recession that will occur, PT Adhi Karya has many specific strategies to deal with recession by implementing incentive strategies, related diversification strategies, providing training for HR, and disciplining SOPs and SWOT analysis.
This research was conducted to determine how much influence the incentives have on the work performance of employees of PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta South Jakarta. The research method uses correlation to know how big the influence of independent variables and the dependent variable. The sampling technique in this research were all employees of the saturated sample of 60 people, each respondent was given as many as 16 questions, using the Likert Scale. The results of data processing show that the incentive influence to employee job performance at PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta South Jakarta at 19.36%, while the remaining 80.64% influenced by other factors not conducted in this research. Then, the relationship between the two variables X variables (incentives) and Y (job performance) of 0.44 or 44% which includes the criteria are.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis Cozy Shisha terutama dari Aspek Pasar dan Pemasaran, Aspek Manajemen dan Aspek Keuangan. Analisis kelayakan pasar yang berada dinilai 4,20 dan dalam range analisis kelayakan point tersebut berada posisi Layak; dari aspek keuangan adalah sebagai berikut: nilai NPV (Net Present Value) sebesar Rp. 61.734.065,86 dimana nominal tersebut Positif dan layak untuk dijalankan. Nilai rate of return yang berada dia angka 51% dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari suku bunga peminjaman yang ditentukan yaitu 10% berarti layak untuk dijalankan. Nilai benefit cost ratio atau profitability index café cozy shisha ialah sebesar 2,25 dan layak untuk dijalankan. Dan Nilai payback periode yang berada pada jangka waktu 1 tahun 7 Bulan lebih cepat dari rencana investasi 5 tahun. Terkait dengan hasil kesimpulan penelitian penulis, maka saran dari penulis untuk Cafe Cozy Shisha ini adalah dijalankan.
This research study presents the phenomenon of financial performance at PT. Translingkar Kita Jaya 2011-2013. This study aims to determine the ability of the financial performance of PT. Translingkar Kita Jaya achieved during the year 2011 to 2013. The object of this research is on the financial statements of PT. Translingkar Kita Jaya for three years from 2011-2013. The data collection was done by using literature. The method used is a descriptive method using secondary data, by applying the techniques of financial ratio analysis through quantitative data. Research shows as follows: (1) Liquidity for three years from 2011 through 2013 showed excellent liquidity, which in 2011 amounted to 6.56 and increased to 23.56 in 2012 and increased again in 2013 by 29.41. (2) Solvency is not good that the company financed from external loans, which in 2011 amounted to 62% and in 2012 and 2013 by 59%. and (3) In Profitability ratios, showing the company for three years has not been able to make a profit, which means the company is still a loss. Conclusions ; (1) Maintaining the liquidity of the company and use funds more profitable. (2) The company that understands the needs of the company's capital and reduces the amount of spend. and (3) Increase revenues and reduce the load so that the company can improve profits

This study was conducted to determine the feasibility of a business tour & travel or travel agency in PT. Indoloka Wisata Mandiri from several aspects, namely: the market and marketing, technological, and financial aspects. This study is an exploratory feasibility study aimed to gain an overview and understanding of the problems and potential in business. Research shows that by using the marketing mix strategy (marketing mix) that must be carried out by PT. Indoloka Wisata Mandiri to increase the number of tourists to the attractions annually, by committing to the 7 strategies include Product Strategy, Pricing Strategy, Strategy place, HR Strategy, Promotion Strategy, Strategy Process, and Physical Evidence. Based on the financial aspects, with an initial investment of Rp 150,000,000, - with operational cash flow in 2015 amounted to Rp.129.300.000, -, 2016 Rp. 131 100 000, -, 2017 amounting to Rp 133 350 000, -, 2018 Rp. 135 150 000, -, Net Present Value (NPV) generated Rp. 268 140 450, - is a positive value, BCR results amounted to 2.787 or more than one (> 1), then it means a decent investment. Results ARR 63.15%> 10% DF as feasible, and the payback period is within 1 year, 2 months. That the market for a trip to the office or school student group has the potential market for a travel agency in Jakarta and surrounding areas and meet the eligibility criteria of the business.
Writing in this paper, take the topic of the soundness analysis of Islamic banks. The methods used in conducting research that is by using the CAMEL. This research is compiled along with the rapid growth of Islamic banks lately. The development of Islamic banks is growing rapidly in recent years, prompting the authors to conduct research on the analysis of the soundness of the bank. The category is healthy, fairly healthy, less healthy, and unhealthy. This study authors do in PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia and the data used are the Financial Statements have been audited. CAMEL analysis has five factors, namely, the ratio of capital using the CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), asset factor using the ratio of earning assets (KAP), and the ratio of Allowance for Earning Assets Formed (PPAPYD) against Allowance for Earning Assets Mandatory Forms (PPAPWB ), management factors using the ratio of NPM (Net Profit Margin), factor income/profitability using ROA (Return on Assets) and ROA (Operating Expenses to Operating Income), and the aspect ratio of liquidity using FDR (Financing to Debt Ratio). Based on the results of the health of banks in PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk CAMEL values obtained in 2010 was 87.35 HEALTH, HEALTHY in 2011 was 90.01, in 2012 89.66 is HEALTHY.
The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of competence on the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Agriculture, which consists of Motives (Desire), Traits (Physical Characteristics), Self-Concept (attitude), Skills (ability), Knowledge. And to analyze the quality of the examination process, skills, (abilities). This research was conducted in the office of inspectorate general of the Ministry of Agriculture South Jakarta with a sample of 50 people taken proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Research method used in this research is descriptive research method. Data analysis used is descriptively quantitated to explain research data and research description, while to analyze quantitative data using calculation formula SPSS. The results of the study proved that simultaneously the results of this study proved the alleged hypothesis H0 was rejected and H1 accepted that what the authors did was found for correlation analysis obtained r = 0.835, for the Determinant Coefficient obtained 69.7%. As for the test – t obtained the result of t calculate > t table = 5,398 > 2,021. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the study found that there is a significant influence of competence on the performance of auditors in the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Public Works.
This study aims to find out the simultaneous and partial influence of Promotion and Price on Sales Increase in PT. Fuji Seat Indonesia. The time used to conduct research and collect the necessary data is less than four months long starting from February to June 2012. The results of analysis and discussion in chapter 4 show that the promotion conducted by PT. Fuji Seat Indonesia statistically does not affect sales proven by a very significant increase in sales. Based on the conclusions that have been done, the advice to the company should be in improving the company's performance more focused on the promotion so that the products produced are better known by other companies outside the existing partners while maintaining good relations with existing partners.
Remuneration governance is an integral part of Policy Reforms. Background by awareness at the same time the government's commitment to bring clean and good governance. But at the level of implementation, change and renewal are implemented in order to realize clean governance and the authority may not be able to be implemented properly (effectively) without the proper welfare of the personnel who carry it out. The problems discussed in this study is how much influence the Remuneration on Employee Performance In General Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Transportation. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using correlation analysis techniques and the coefficient of determination. The population in this study is 279 people and a sample of the entire population of 70 people. Data were collected by questionnaires. Results calculated product-moment correlation coefficient was 0.5918 and the calculation of the coefficient of determination equal to 34.06%. The remaining amount of 65.04% is influenced by other variables outside of research such as Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Competence.
