Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan ketrampilan public speaking bagi para Kader Posyandu di Kelurahan Yosodadi, Metro Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pelatihan dan praktek/simulasi. Target jangka panjang yang akan dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah menjadikan Kader Posyandu terampil dalam menyampaikan promosi kesehatan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri para Kader Posyandu. Secara keseluruhan nilai rata-rata peserta sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi adalah 77,84 dan mengalami kenaikan menjadi 85,96 setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan. Kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 8,12 poin. Nilai pre test tertinggi adalah 100 dan nilai terendah 42, sedangkan untuk sesi post test nilai tertinggi adalah 100 dan nilai terendah 57. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini mampu memberikan dampak positif secara kognitif terhadap pengetahuan tentang public speaking. Sedangkan dari sisi afektif kemampuan dan keberanian peserta untuk berbicara di depan publik juga mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide knowledge, understanding, and skills to the community through training in planning for children's education funds as an effort to increase financial literacy. The method used is by training and practice. Evaluation of the training, among others, by looking at: (1) Participants' understanding of the material provided based on the results of the participants' pre-test and post-test evaluations; (2) the enthusiasm/response of participants in participating in the activities; (3) the ability of participants in practice; (4) Clarity of the speaker in delivering the material. The long-term target to be achieved in this activity is to make the community through PKK cadres able to manage family finances so that they can plan and prepare children's education funds in the future. Overall, the average score of participants before the socialization activities was carried out was 24.67 and increased to 71.67 after the training activities were carried out. An average increase of 47 points. The highest pre test score is 30 and the lowest score is 10, while for the post test session the highest score is 80 and the lowest score is 50. Based on these results, it can be concluded that this service activity is able to have a positive cognitive impact on knowledge about how to prepare children's education funds. . Meanwhile, in terms of affective awareness, willingness, and ability of participants in implementing family financial management so that they can plan and prepare funds for children's education in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan ketrampilan kepada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Diploma 3 Administrasi Perkantoran FISIP Universitas Lampung melalui pelatihan pengelolaan sitasi dan daftar pustaka berbasis aplikasi Mendeley. Evaluasi pelatihan meliputi indikator: (1) Pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang diberikan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test peserta; (2) Antusiasme/respon peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan; (3) Kemampuan peserta dalam praktik; (4) Kejelasan pemateri dalam menyampaikan materi. Target jangka panjang yang akan dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir Diploma 3 Administrasi Perkantoran FISIP Universitas Lampung dapat membuat tugas akhir yang berkualitas. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus tahun 2021, dengan luaran berupa publikasi melalui jurnal pengabdian masyarakat, video kegiatan, dan profil hasil pengabdian.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic not only has an impact on physical health, but also psychological health. The Covid-19 pandemic, one of which has an impact on various violations of children's rights committed by parents. Banjarsari Subdistrict revealed that children's activities in online learning have not been optimal, there is misparenting (verbal violence) so that the use of free time in activities that are not useful. This PKM activity is specifically aimed at improving the main skills of mothers in communicating with children to maintain maternal mental health in parenting patterns through responsive and positive parenting approaches. The target of this activity is PKH recipient families who will become agents of change in society. The results of this devotion: (1) cognitive changes occurred, namely an average increase of 0.56 (normal); (2) the willingness of service participants to form a mental health care community for PKH Beneficiary Family groups in Banjarsari Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work stress and compensation on the work productivity of PT.Samudera Indonesia Tbk employees. This research was conducted on employees of PT.Samudera Indonesia Tbk with a sample of 45 respondents, the sample technique used is simple random sampling, The type of research used is explanatory quantitative and uses descriptive data analysis, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing using software SPSS 23 for windows evaluation version. The results of this study indicate that the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT.Samudera Indonesia Tbk employees, the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT.Samudera Indonesia's employees and the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT.Samudera Indonesia Tbk employees .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh retail mix terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Alfamart Kemiling. Jenis penelitian yakni explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah konsumen Alfamart. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa variabel lokasi, pelayanan pelanggan dan bauran pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan variabel produk berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan konsumen. Sedangkan variabel harga, desain & tampilan toko tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh content marketing terhadap customer engagement pengguna Shopee di Kota Bandar Lampung dengan viral marketing sebagia variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian yakni explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengguna shopee di Kota Bandar Lampung. Data tersebut di peroleh dari kuisioner yang diisi secara online. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dan uji sobel dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa content marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap viral marketing, viral marketing berpangaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer engagement, content marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer engagement dan content marketing berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap customer engagement melalui viral marketing (Partial Mediation).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya perusahaan dankomunikasi terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatifdengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialahproportionate stratified random sampling teknik ini digunakan karena populasinyatidak homogeny. Sampel terdiri dari 100 responden driver gojek. Data diperoleh darikuisioner yang disebar, dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis datamenggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan alat uji program IBM SPSS 25.Berdasarkan uji f (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya perusahaan dankomunikasi secara bersama- sama memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja.Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya perusahaan dan komunikasiberpengaruh dan memiliki arah hubungan yang positif terhadap kinerja.Kata kunci : Budaya Perusahaan, Komunikasi, dan Kinerja

Abstract

Human beings often suffer a transition period when there is a change in their lives. The change from student to college student has many transitions that sometimes lead to certain crises which differ from each other. Although in Indonesia, there are very few studies that focus on the psychological welfare of students, even though there have been many cases related to the mental health and welfare conditions of students in the campus environment. In general, this research aims to identify the psychological welfare of students in social and political science, University of Lampung. The approach used is mix method approach. The population of this research is active students during the first semester of 2022/2023 based on data obtained from One Data Unila consisting of 4109 students. The research sample was 365 students with an error value of 5%. The research results indicated that generally the respondents’ level of psychological welfare was at a high and very high level. The majority of the 248 respondents had a high level of psychological welfare, and there were no respondents who had a very low level of psychological welfare. The campus environment and the learning process contribute to the dynamics of a student’s life, one of the impacts that may occur is the pressure that can affect the psychological welfare of students and can lead to various psychological disorders in the future. Indeed, a college student cannot avoid the stresses and pressures that occur in college because it is also a form of self-development.
