Abstract

Marriage or marriage is a sunnatullah commanded by Allah SWT. The command to marry has a very noble purpose in accordance with Maqashid sharia, namely to maintain or maintain offspring. This goal can be achieved if the implementation is in accordance with the rules that have been set by Allah SWT as the Lord who creates and makes rules so that humans remain noble.Child marriage is a marriage that is not in accordance with the rules made by Allah SWT because to achieve the purpose of marriage, responsibility is an urgent requirement. The ability of this responsibility, of course, needs to be tested for prospective husbands and wives. Liability will be subject to legal burden, be held accountable for the trust received.Cases of child marriage are still common and even tend to increase, this happens because of the low knowledge and understanding of parents about religion, economic factors, association, culture, lack of knowledge of spro, unwanted marriage, and easy access for children to pornographic and pornographic sites.Child marriage is not justified by religion and the state. As a result of child marriage, there will be a loss of generations who will become leaders in the future. Child marriage does not bring benefits but brings harm to both the child himself and his family and country. Therefore, the State and the existing government should cooperate with religious organizations, related agencies and even the community to find solutions. All elements must work together to reduce or eradicate cases of child marriage, with the campaign being a child, don't have children.

Abstract

As a person who is in love with the Muhammadiyah organization, we must understand some of the Muhammadiyah movements that are the pioneers of the revival of the ummah. First, Muhammadiyah is the movement of Islam. Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah was built by KH Ahmad Dahlan as concrete results from the study and deepening (tadabbur) of the Alquranul Karim. This factor is actually the most important factor that drives the establishment of Muhammadiyah. From the founding background of Muhammadiyah as above, it is clear that the actual birth of Muhammadiyah was none other than inspired, motivated, and encouraged by the teachings of the Koran because it also had no other motives except solely to realize the principles of Islamic teachings. Everything that Muhammadiyah does, both in the fields of education and teaching, community, household, economy, and so on cannot be separated from efforts to realize and implement Islamic teachings. Strictly speaking, the Muhammadiyah movement wants to try to present the face of Islam in a real, concrete and tangible form, which can be experienced, felt, and enjoyed by the ummah as rahmatan lil’alamin. Thus, Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah are movements of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar which are based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah.

Abstract

Abstract

The explanation above has become our whole lesson that 'Aisyiyah cadres have an important role in dealing with the new normal covid 19. Right now we must have the almaun movement which is a potential strength in social activities, so that the enthusiasm of' Aisyiyah cadres and sympathizers continues to make changes good in strengthening Muhammadiyah ideology, especially in North Sumatra. Muhammadiyah is faced with a variety of ideological and political forces that are not always in line both in the Islamic context and Muhammadiyah's own mission, so that to a certain extent it demands ideological strength and fostering without having to be trapped in a monolithic ideological-political system of understanding completely absolute. There is a tendency among Muhammadiyah members and organizations to suggest a weakening or diminishing of the spirit of al-Islam and Muhammadiyah and commitment to the movement, so that the movement of the organization has decreased its militancy and spirit of jihad in facing various hardening problems and challenges. Ideological fostering in the context of cultivating Islamic and Muhammadiyah value systems is important both in efforts to consolidate and strengthen the movement as well as in the interest of maintaining continuity. Keywords: Muhammadiyah ideology, Aisyiyah, New Normal
