Abstract

Small businesses are one of the drivers of the Indonesian economy. In addition for having characteristics, small business also has several factors that are a limiting factor for small business to grow and develop. One of these problems is related to financial management where the recording of each transaction that has been carried out is the basis for evaluating activities and assesing the succes of a business.

Abstract

Based on the results of the discussion it was found that the Pos PAUD Putih Melati manager experienced obstacles in terms of financial management and administration. Therefore, dedication was carried out in the form of providing material related to the management and financial administration of Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Overall, the service activities carried out at the Pos PAUD Putih Melati can be said to be successful. This success is not only measured by the four components above, it can also be seen from the participants' satisfaction after participating in the activities and the use of APE by students of the Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Based on the results of the implementation of the dedication that has been carried out, several suggestions can be submitted, namely: 1) The time of the implementation of the service activities needs to be increased so that the objectives of the activity can be fully achieved. 2) The existence of follow-up activities in the form of similar training is always held periodically so as to improve the ability of teachers to carry out the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan tentang Etika komunikasi kepada masyarakat khususnya kaum wanita yang terkelompok dalam kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan khususnya kelompok PKK. Sesuai dengan tujuan dari organisasi ini adalah untuk memberikan pendidikan kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat secara intensif agar para ibu-ibu sebagai pendidik paling pertama di keluarga dan anak- anaknya dirumah serta lingkungan masyarakat pada umumnya Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah dan tanya jawab, yaitu penyampaian materi tentang pentingnya etika komunikasi dan cara mengembangkannya. Selain ceramah juga dilakukan diskusi dan Tanya Jawab untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa para peserta memperoleh wawasan dan pemahaman (kognisi) tentang pentingnya etika komunikasi serta cara mengembangkan diri khususnya dalam menghadapi perkembangan kehidupan di era teknologi ini, sehingga dapat menerapkan etika yang baik dalam berkomunikasi di kehidupan sehari-hari baik di lingkungan masyarakat maupun lingkungan bisnis, secara langsung maupun melaui media sosial serta mudah beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi

Abstract

Implementasi e-learning dalam proses pembelajaran saat ini diterapkan pada lembaga pendidikan. Perguruan tinggi salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang menerapkan E-learning  dalam proses pembelajaran, namun belum banyak perguruan tinggi yang melakukan evaluasi terhadap implementasi e-learning.  Evaluasi terhadap implementasi e-learning itu sangat perlu dilakukan untuk menilai implementasi e-learning berdasarkan pada kepuasan pengguna e-learning tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi e-learning di perguruan tinggi menggunakan hot fit model dengan hasil evaluasi implementasi e-learning adalah pandangan pengguna terhadap aspek teknologi adalah variabel kualitas sistem (KS), kualitas layanan (KL) dan variabel  kualitas informasi (KI) berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan sistem (HM). Kualitas sistem (KS), Kualitas layanan (KL) dan kualitas informasi (KI) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna (KP), dan jika dilihat dari sudut pandang terhadap aspek manusia dalam hal ini pengguna itu sendiri, dapat terlihat bahwa variabel kepuasan pengguna (KP) berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan sistem (HM) dan  variabel kepuasan pengguna (KP) berpengaruh positif terhadap manfaat (NB).

Abstract

As one of the clearest markers of many outward appearance markers, clothing is a distinctive individual and group identity. Therefore, even though being worn in a single organization, the symbol of uniform can have its own identity and tradition. Fashion and clothing are ways that individuals use to determine themselves as individuals and express some of their uniqueness. As a form of individualistic expression, there are values in fashion that are promoted or communicated through what is displayed. Relating this concept to dress policies for students of the Madiun State Polytechnic Business Administration Study Program on certain days. In terms of context, the evaluation results using the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product) shows that, the implementation of this policy supports a character that is more disciplined, obedient and orderly in regulations, creates authority through habituation and can reduce economic inequality and establish a sense of belonging towards the Study Program institutions and a sense of unity, as an identity or differentiation with other Study Program students. With regard to input, although there are various reactions to the implementation of the policy, there is no direct rejection. From the prospective of process, the means used are announcements posted on the Announcement Board of the Department and policy writing in the Guidebook. Whereas in terms of product, the changes that occur after students wear uniforms are to be more orderly, more disciplined, more controlled in acting, as well as feeling more authoritative, and can be emulated

Abstract

Abstrak Pertanian adalah sektor utama di Desa Bader, Dusun Kayang Makmur, Kabupaten Dolopo, khususnya pada RT 16, RW 06. Alat bantu pertanian mayoritas berbahan logam yang dapat aus, korosi, dan patah. Kerusakan/patah pada alat pertanian berbahan logam, seperti cangkul, bajak, dan sabit lebih efektif dilakukan perbaikan dengan pengelasan SMAW Aplikatif. Kerusakan alat pertanian umumnya bisa diposisikan secara horizontal karena bisa dilepas dari komponen lainnya, sehingga posisi pengelasan yang mudah dan sesuai adalah 1F dan 2F. Penerapan teknologi bidang pengelasan dilakukan secara teori dan praktek dalam kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM). Metode pelatihan mengadopsi dari IPTEK yang diterapkan pada perkuliahan di Politeknik Negeri Madiun. Pengabdian untuk menghasilkan luaran peserta yang mampu memperbaiki alat pertanian berbahan logam, dan membuat produk berbahan dasar logam dengan proses pengelasan SMAW. Abstract

Current technological developments require human resources to be able to follow the use of technology. One of the technological developments that is quite widely used is information systems. An information system is a system within an organization that meets the needs of daily transaction processing, supports operations, is managerial and strategic activities of an organization and provides certain outside parties with the necessary reports. Miftahul Jannah Women's Cooperative currently still uses a manual savings and loan system, so the possibility of data errors is still quite large and services to members take a relatively long time. This information system for women aims, among other things, to help facilitate cooperative officers and administrators in completing their duties to serve members easily and quickly, to improve services to members. The development of this cooperative information system uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, the Lecture Method and the Training Method. The RAD method is used for the process of forming an information system, the RAD method is a system development that prioritizes the speed of development through the involvement of the user or users in the use of a series of systems so that the possibility of system errors can be minimized, the Lecture and Training Method is used to provide explanations to the cooperative management about how to operate system, thus human resources can be trained to be able to use the use of technology.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa Jurusan Adminsitrasi Niaga Politeknik Negeri Malangmembuat prototipe virtual assistant chatbot sebagai pusat layanan informasi mahasiswa untuk memudahkanmahasiswa untuk mendapatkan informasi seputar perkuliahan dan informasi dosen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmembangun prototipe chatbot yang mempunyai tujuan sebagai virtual assistant yang memberikan informasikepada mahasiswa melalui data yang tersimpan pada sistem dan penambahan pengetahuan baru apabila data yangtersimpan tidak ditemukan. Prototipe Chatbot dibangun dengan menggunakan mesin ALICE (Artificial LinguisticInternet Computer Entity) sebagai penerjemah AIML (Artifical Intelligence Markup Language). AIML inimenyebabkan Chatbot dapat mengintegrasikan input yang diterima berupa input text. Sehingga akan dihasilkanpercakapan antara pengguna dan program. Dengan pemanfaatan chatbot yang telah dilengkapi dengan informasiberupa audio, membuat pengguna dapat lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi yang berasal dari chatbot yangdiinformasikan kepada mahasiswa. Dari hasil pengujian fungsionalitas dan presisi yang dilakukan chatbot berjalandengan baik sesuai dengan perencanaan. Dengan pemanfaatan chatbot yang telah dilengkapi dengan kecerdasanbuatan, membuat mahasiswa dapat lebih mudah memperoleh informasi secara cepat dimanapun berada tanpa perluharus datang ke kampus. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas jawaban dari pertanyaan hasilnya sesuai dan pengujianpresisi hasilnya 90 persen tingkat kesesuaian.

Abstract

The Grab application is one of the online transportation services in Indonesia. The Grab application also provides various services for consumer needs. From the various services provided by grab, it is necessary to conduct research to find out what variables affect the acceptance of the grab application. The method used is the TAM 3 method with the result that grab is accepted by consumers without being influenced by several, namely the Perceptions of External Control (PC) variable has no effect on the Behaviour Intention (BI) and Uses Behaviour (UB) variables, for the Subjective Norm (SN) variable has no effect on the Behaviour Intention (BI), Perceived Usefulnes (PU), and Uses Behaviour (UB) variables, while the Voluntariness (VOL) variable also has no effect on the Behaviour Intention (BI), Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Perceived Usefulnes (PU), and Uses Behaviour (UB) variables.

Abstract

The high mobility of people in Indonesia encourages innovation in the transportation sector. Innovation in the transportation sector, namely online transportation applications, transportation applications aim to simplify and expedite all user activities from the application. Previous research has not discussed the effectiveness of E-transportation based on user satisfaction by testing and assessing the effect of self-efficacy, Perceived Risk and Attitude on E-transportation usage intention using the TAM method. The use of the TAM method to find out about user behavior in accepting new technology (Lestariningsih, Tri, Budi Artono, 2020). The results of the study stated that the perceived usefulness variable was the most dominant variable in influencing the use intention of the go-jek application, which was 0.513 and the least dominant variable was perceived risk, namely with a small original sample estimate of 0.046.
