Abstract

This research analisys to find out the degree of customers’ satisfaction and to give informations to the management to direct customers’ need in order to achieve customers’ satisfactioan. To collect the data,the purposive sampling is applied in this research 90 guestionaires are distributed togo respondents and then they are analyzed by using the window of satisfaction on the cartecius diagram The result of the research indicates that mostof the cuatomers are not satisfied, the degree of their satisfactions is less than 100%. Further, some service items available in the firm are stiil low. The researcher hopes the result of this research is able to give the information to the firm’s leader in finding out the effective strategy in geeting more customers.

Abstract

The main objectives of this study are: a. To find out and analyze the significant influence between store atmosphere on Purchasing Decisions. B. To find out and analyze the significant influence between store atmosphere on Customer Loyalty through Purchasing Decisions. The research location is in the city of Malang, while the study population is all customers who have studied in the TogaMas store in the last three months, while the sample is one hundred. The results showed that the data used were valid and reliable, the better the Store Atmosphere and Purchasing Decisions, the stronger the Customer Loyalty with the influence of the total variables studied was 31.11%. This finding is expected to be beneficial for: a). For the Company, as input for decision making in determining business policies, especially related to marketing, especially as an evaluation material for the company. b). For Malang State Polytechnic, as input for improving the educational curriculum, especially in marketing management courses. c). For Advanced Researchers, a foothold can be used towards perfecting future research.

Abstract

The main objectives of this research is: To find out and analyze the influence of website quality, trust in customer loyalty through customer perception. The research location was in Malang State Polytechnic, while the population of this study were all customers who had been online more than once, while the sample consisted of 70 customers who were selected according to the research objectives. The results showed that the data used was valid and reliable, the better the Web Quality and the level of trust the stronger the Customer Perception and the better the Customer Perception, the higher the Loyalty.The effect of the total variables studied was 14.16%.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is: a) identify and analyze to Sales Promotion and Product Innovation Effect on Costumers Buying Decision and b). To find and analyze Sales Promotion and Product Innovation Effect on the Decision of Costumers Loyalty Purchasing through Gedang Ganteng. Location Mayjen Panjaitan Malang. while the sample amounted to 100 costumers which is the minimum threshold for path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: questionnaires were used valid and reliable, sweet model used for predection good and getting better service sales promotion innovation product services, the higher the stronger loyalty through costumer purchase decision as well as the influence of the total variables studied amount 65% Key words: sales promotion, innovation of product, decisions making and loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel yang diteliti, yaitu Variabel Kualitas Produk, Variabel Keputusan Pembelian. Dan Variabel Loyalitas. Lokasi Penelitian ini terdapat di Perumahan Permata Jingga Kota Malang, sedangkan populasi penelitian ini merupakan Pelanggan yang sudah pernah berbelaja di Pizza Hut sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 100.responden Hasil Olahan data menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan berdampak terhadap loyalitas sebesar 12,45%,

Abstract

In that situation however, small companies will still exist in conducting its business activities, it is because of the high flexibility. The purpose of this paper is to find the problems by small firms / bread and provide appropriate solutions in order to achieve improvement of the knowledge and capabilities in the field of business operations in particular areas of the management of marketing and production and at the same time creating employment opportunities in the governance of economic activities of the community in the form of an increase in people's income . The methods used are: observation, then interviews, and simulations, to find the most suitable alternative in order to more effectively market their goods. The existence steamer machine, it can shorten the process that eliminate the possibility of a wry sense of bread.Display case with a combination of stanlees and glass, it can accommodate more goods and can be styled to be attractive. Printed plastic wrapper make product, more attractive and can be unique from brands. With the uniform and the additional knowledge of marketing management, especially quality of service, employers can attract buyers better.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service is to find problems faced by convection companies and at the same time provide the right solutions to achieve increased knowledge and ability of entrepreneurs in the field of operations, especially in the field of marketing management, especially the promotion mix and create opportunities for employment opportunities in community economic activities in the form of increased income the community and to develop a closer relationship between the Malang State Polytechnic and the Jonggring Business Clothing & Jacket Malang.The methode used is: observation, to observe the activities carried out by entrepreneurs in making and marketing goods, then interviews, explored to find problems and solutions to be offered and simulations, to find the most suitable alternative in order to market goods more effectively.An overview of the technology that will be applied, 1. In the form of lectures: Participants are collected in a particular room given a lecture on service material in the form of marketing management, especially the promotion mix.,2. Guidance and Training: In the form of training and organizing training specifically the promotion mix and discussion about experiences and constraints in the field.3. Simulation practice: It is a demonstration of how the entrepreneur promotes goods and with what tools the item is promoted.4. Practice displaying items on a shelf / hanger.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service is to find the problems faced by the Hidayatullah Group RT.7.RW.17 and the Al Ihlas Group RT.3.RW.17 and at the same time provide appropriate solutions to improve knowledge and capabilities in the operational sector especially the field of entrepreneurship, which starts since before doing activities, with aspects of intentions in entrepreneurship, then during conducting activities, namely in terms of the importance of ethical ethics in entrepreneurship and also given examples of the character of the Prophet Muhammad in trading, quality of service and also selling techniques, which ending with an agreement or better known as a deal and marked with a handshake, so that work does not only benefit, but also gets blessings. Thus this activity can improve the skills of both soft skills and hard skills members. Besides that, the achievement of a sense of peace, comfort and peace in the community was also achieved through the provision of a wheelbarrow (corpse coffin) and the procurement of sacrificial slaughterhouses.The method used is: observation, to observe the activities carried out both in the economic and social fields of religion, then interviews, were explored to find problems and solutions to be offered and simulations, to find the most appropriate alternative for marketing goods to be more effective.An overview of the technology to be applied.1. Abstract

The aim of the Community Service Program is to find problems faced by partner companies and at the same time provide appropriate solutions to achieve sales and knowledge enhancement and the ability of entrepreneurs in the operational field, especially in marketing management. The program partner is Amar garment entrepreneur Mr. Abdul KhodirThe problems faced by Partners are: 1. Don't know about good Service Quality. 2. Non-fulfillment of sales targets because they do not understand selling techniques and still use traditional marketing media.The method used is: observation, to observe the activities carried out by entrepreneurs in making and marketing goods, then interviews, are explored to find problems and solutions to be offered and simulations, to find the most appropriate alternative for marketing goods to be more effective.The solutions offered are: 1. Guidance and Training on Good Service Quality. 2. For marketing aspects: to expand product marketing, there will be training on selling techniques and online marketing training to market their products, so that marketing reach will be wider and sales can be increased.
