Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is an important component in the company for help in carrying out operational functions. To obtain qualified employees and have high competence, then in the initial stages, of a company should make the process of recruitment. The aim of this study is to determine the recruitment procedures by analyzing existing data in recruitment procedures and make comparisons with the theory so that it can determine the correct recruitment procedures.

Abstract

The main objective is to promote the brand, build preference and increase sales through various digital marketing techniques. The digital era goes hand in hand with technological developments, resulting in more choice in selecting marketing channels. This research is a survey research, with the guest speaker is a student Department of Business Administration Politeknik Negeri Malang who have independent creative business based online using social media. Th with some company names. Like IceAh, Sabilahijab, Bakso Bakar Mami, Gedang Gantheng, and many more. This study provides an overview of what is the basis of media selection, strategy, segment selection, strengths and weaknesses, and what failure has been experienced in running a business. The desired hope of this research is to become a reference for prospective actors, especially young people in online marketing. So that the future can take a good example and complete it into a more powerful strategy.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti perilaku adopsi individu dari situs jejaring sosial paling populer saat ini Instagram. Pengaruh pada intensi terhadap penggunaan jejaring sosial berdasarkan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan individu (PEU), persepsi kemanfaatan (PU) dan kepercayaan secara empiris diperiksa dengan kumpulan data primer dari 95 mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis di Politeknik Negeri Malang, pengguna Instagram dikumpulkan dari survei kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model TAM media sosial yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini mendukung semua hipotesis intensi terhadap penggunaan media sosial. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti untuk pentingnya variabel kunci tambahan untuk TAM dalam mempertimbangkan keterlibatan pengguna di situs media sosial dan strategi bisnis terkait media sosial lainnya.This study examines individual adoption behavior of the most popular social networking site  Instagram. The influences on the intetion toward using social networkinf based on individual’s perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived usefulness (PU) and trust is empirically examined with a primary data set of 95 students of Business Administration at State Polytechnic of Malang, users of Instagram gathered from a questionnaire survey. The results demonstrate that the revised social media TAM model proposed in this study supports all the hypotheses of intention toward using social medial. The results of this study provide evidence for the importance of additional key variables to TAM in considering user engagement on social media sites and other social-media related business strategies.

Abstract

PKM target  are students of SMK National Media Center, Malang  which is between 15 until 18 years, where  that age is still in the stage of finding identity, have an idolized figure and effort to follow what became a trend.With these psychological conditions, there are those who still need helpand guidance, so this activity is given material on how to communicate and good personalityfor post-work preparation.Activities undertaken by delivering the material about how to be a good communicator and good personality  by  lectures and discussions method, and frequently asked questions. Finally, a questionnaire is given to make a conclusion of the activity. Make sure that  students understand of the material presented.

Abstract

Based on the results of the discussion it was found that the Pos PAUD Putih Melati manager experienced obstacles in terms of financial management and administration. Therefore, dedication was carried out in the form of providing material related to the management and financial administration of Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Overall, the service activities carried out at the Pos PAUD Putih Melati can be said to be successful. This success is not only measured by the four components above, it can also be seen from the participants' satisfaction after participating in the activities and the use of APE by students of the Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Based on the results of the implementation of the dedication that has been carried out, several suggestions can be submitted, namely: 1) The time of the implementation of the service activities needs to be increased so that the objectives of the activity can be fully achieved. 2) The existence of follow-up activities in the form of similar training is always held periodically so as to improve the ability of teachers to carry out the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Teh Wonosari Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel Beban Kerja (X1), Pemberian Insentif (X2) dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner dan wawancara, dengan teknik sampling purposif diperoleh 50 responden karyawan tetap bagian produksi PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Malang. Analisis data digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (parsial dan simultan). Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan diketahui bahwa, pada H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil dari persamaan uji regresi berganda yaitu nilai konstanta positif, sehingga hasil dari pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan serta uji regresi berganda dapat dikatakan Beban Kerja (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), sedangkan Pemberian Insentif (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan arsip di CV. Arjuna Flora Kota Batu berupa prosedur penyimpanan dan penemuan kembali arsip guna menunjang efektivitas pengawasan arsip dinamis aktif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada bagian administrasi dengan subyek arsip dokumen ekspor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pelaksanaan prosedur penyimpanan dan penemuan kembali arsip dinamis aktif di CV Arjuna Flora Kota Batu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyimpanan dan penemuan kembali arsip yang baik dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan arsip. Agar pengelolaan arsip lebih efektif, alangkah baiknya apabila mengikuti sistem penyimpanan arsip sesuai dengan teori yang ada, semisal dengan memberi kode di setiap dokumen sehingga penataan arsip bisa lebih tertata.

Abstract

Kafe Panggon sebagai UKM yang berlokasi di Kota Batu, Jawa Timur, sangat terdampak dengan pandemi Covid-19.  Perlu dilakukan beberapa perubahan atau adaptasi dengan mengikuti perubahan yang terjadi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan solusi dan menguatkan kembali posisi Kafe Panggon. Budaya kerja era new normal ditawarkan sebagai solusi supaya Kafe Panggon dapat tetap survive. Misi, keterlibatan, adaptasi dan konsistensi digunakan sebagai indikator keberhasilan. Pemecahan masalah dilakukan dengan memberikan beberapa perubahan pada budaya kerja, tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi Kafe Panggon, namun juga bermanfaat untuk konsumen, karyawan dan lingkungan. Seperti fokus pada produk untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen, pemberdayaan karyawan, bertanggungjawab terhadap produk yang dihasilkan, dan ikut mendukung keberlangsungan lingkungan hidup, dan yang terpenting adalah usaha untuk adopsi terhadap teknologi. Kata Kunci : Budaya Kerja, Era New Normal, UKM, Misi, Keterlibatan, Adaptasi, Konsistensi

Abstract

The role of social media is currently developing not only as a means of showing oneself or proof of existence. However, business people are starting to use social media as a promotion, because this media offers low costs with a wide market reach. Not only as promotional media, social media  can also be used as document storage in an orderly and chronological manner, according to the time at which the documents were made. This is the aim of this activity, which is to maximize the role of social media for batik SMEs. Relatively low cost, easy operation (can be done via HP), and does not require skills that must be experts in the IT field. This activity was carried out at Batik Bambu Kenanga, located in Turen District, Malang Regency, East Java. The results show that the guidance and training provided was very useful and taught Batik Bambu Kenanga to compile promotional content as well as archive important documents, especially the batik products they produce.

Abstract

SMEs have been severely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Some changes or adaptations need to be made to follow the changes that occur. Action research was chosen in this study, using the planning, implementation and evaluation method, where the samples were culinary SMEs, several cafes in Malang Raya. The planning stage involves identifying the problems and obstacles faced by SMEs, through interviews using an interview guide, then from this stage a strategy formulation is obtained which is implemented at the implementation stage. Adopting the work culture proposed by Denison and Haaland, a new work culture strategy is formulated to deal with the new normal era. Mission, involvement, adaptation and consistency are used as indicators at the implementation stage. Then proceed with an evaluation to measure the level of success of research in contributing to the sustainability of SMEs in running their business. SMEs are no longer run at random, but with careful planning to minimize product failures, maintain business sustainability and even win in the face of business competition both with fellow SMEs and with companies.
