Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance simultaneously 2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance partially at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera (AJSB) Malang . The number of sample there are 44 respondents at agent employees in PT AJSB Malang. The sampling technic in this research was total sampling. The tools analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that career development variables consist of Variables Influence of justice in careers, Attention to supervision, Awareness about opportunities, Interest of workers, Career satisfaction, simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. partially , Attention to supervision, opportunity awareness, interest in workers, have a significant influence, while the influence of fairness in careers, and career satisfaction does not show significant value

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh variabel kepribadian Dan motivasi kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Politeknik Negeri Malang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel penelitian adalah 65 karyawan kantor pusat Politeknik Negeri Malang, Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan skala pengukuran menggunakan Skala Likert. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepribadian dan motivasi kerja dengan variabel kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan

Abstract

This research was aimed at 1) Knowing and analyzing the influence of work environment to performance of an employee simultaneously 2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of work environment to performance of an employee partially. The number of sample there are 46 employees of State Polytechnic of Malang. Purposive sampling was used in determining the sampling and Likert scale. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Dividend Policy and Stock Performance in moderating Profitability within creating Company Value. The population during the analysis period was 30 companies. After sampling with a purposive approach obtained a sample of 17 companies. Descriptively known value The profitability proxied by the value of ROA of 38.72% while the value of the company proxied by Tobin’s Q is averaging 1.02. In theory ROA has a strong positive effect on Company Value. The findings in the study indicate that ROA does have a positive effect but only 6.6% is significant. This result explains that investors still believe that profit is a real signal of the expected profit. These two conditions relate that investors in the sharia-based capital market are not fair in valuing companies. Because profitability is not a concern even the dividend payment policy is not considered capable of giving a signal in appreciating the company, but net income in real terms is precisely what is expected.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about factors that influence adherence to pay zakat. The motivation of this research is related to the existence of POLINEMA facilities in the form of the An Nur Raya mosque which is adequate as a campus mosque that has been calculated in the Greater Malang area. Of course the service is not only in terms of mahdah worship but must immediately be empowered for social services, especially in contributing to creating prosperity for the community. The total research population of 234 personal sampling results as many as 114 personal. The questionnaire returned 60 answers. Findings obtained that 55% of POLINEMA employees have adjusted zakat payments. The remaining 45% is expected to be a potential muzakki in the future. Two important variables that influence adherence are Understanding Zakat and Transparency. Especially for transparency to have a stronger and significant influence The best step is to immediately set up an institution that manages zakat by preparing a variety of facilities both physical and necessary resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prediksi Financial Distress dan kinerja pasar. Obyek penelitian adalah perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Jakarta Islamic Index selama tahun 2015 – 2018. Jumlah perusahaan yang diteliti sejumlah 47 perusahaan. Setelah dilakukan analisis Altman Score terdapat 34 perusahaan dalam status sehat dan sisanya 13 perusahaan pada kondisi distress. Secara umum variable prediktor memberikan informasi yang cukup baik. Setelah dilakukan analisis Regresi Logit hasilnya bahwa seluruh variabel independent signifikan untuk memprediksi Financial Distress secara simultan. namun secara parsial hanya terdapat tiga variable yakni WCTA, ROA dan DTA sedangkan empat variable yang lain NIT, Nilai Beta Saham, Suku Bunga dan Nilai Tukas tidak berpengaruh signifikan.yang berpengaruh signikian. Berdasarkan variable fundamental WCTA, ROA dan DTA perusahaan dapat mengendali kannya dengan kebijakan yang tepat sehingga posisi perusahaan untuk dalam status sehat dapat diwujudkan.

Abstract

Tlekung Village is the one of village that was located in Junrejo, Batu. There are several potentialproductincludes Dairy products, Rice and Vegetables such as: Mushrooms, Carrots,Mustard, Sweet Potatoes and also Sweet Corn. In general, all of the products were sold in the local market. But actually, the amount of agricultural productare higher  than the amount ofproducts that absorbed by the market. This phenomena bring special attention from the womens of Tlekung Village by taking the initiative to process the agricultural products into cakes such as Bolu Cake, Pastry and or Ice Cream. Furthermore, there were some obstacles that faced by the womens of Tlekung Village.They couldn’t promote and sell the cakes through social media because in general the residents of Tlekung Village only knew social media as a media to communicate for each other. From that, We as the PkM Team  provided an alternative to solve the problems by guiding and mentoring all of womens at Tlekung Village  to promote and sell the cakes using Instagram so that the promotion can be wider and it can covered all of region on this city.All of participants were able to practice the results of the guiding and mentoring process, by promoteand sell cakes such as Kue Bolu, Pastry and or Ice Cream through Instagramto the public, so we hope that this method canincrease the income of the residents of Tlekung Village in the future.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide guidance and training on the importance of personality development to the community, especially for women who are organized in social activities, especially the PKK group. In accordance with the aim of this organization is to provide intensive education on family and community welfare so that mothers are the first educators in their families and their children at home and the community in general.The methods used in this service activity are lectures and questions and answers, namely the delivery of material about personality traits and how to develop them. Apart from lectures, discussions and questions and answers were also held to provide opportunities for participants to understand more about the material presented.The result of this activity is that the participants gain insight and understanding (cognition) about the importance of ethics and how to develop themselves, especially in facing the development of life in this global era, so that they can apply an effective personality in everyday life and easily adapt to technological developments.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan tentang Etika komunikasi kepada masyarakat khususnya kaum wanita yang terkelompok dalam kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan khususnya kelompok PKK. Sesuai dengan tujuan dari organisasi ini adalah untuk memberikan pendidikan kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat secara intensif agar para ibu-ibu sebagai pendidik paling pertama di keluarga dan anak- anaknya dirumah serta lingkungan masyarakat pada umumnya Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah dan tanya jawab, yaitu penyampaian materi tentang pentingnya etika komunikasi dan cara mengembangkannya. Selain ceramah juga dilakukan diskusi dan Tanya Jawab untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa para peserta memperoleh wawasan dan pemahaman (kognisi) tentang pentingnya etika komunikasi serta cara mengembangkan diri khususnya dalam menghadapi perkembangan kehidupan di era teknologi ini, sehingga dapat menerapkan etika yang baik dalam berkomunikasi di kehidupan sehari-hari baik di lingkungan masyarakat maupun lingkungan bisnis, secara langsung maupun melaui media sosial serta mudah beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi
