Abstract

Mahasiswa penerima Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW), pada umumnyabermula dari coba-coba untuk membentuk usaha baru, sehingga tentu saja tingkatkegagalannya relatif tinggi. Untuk menekan tinggal kegagalan, maka ada seleksi darikarakteristik wirausaha yang dimiliki mahasiswa, yaitu dengan test PEC ( PersonalEntrepreneurship Characteristik) dan dilakukan inkubasi inovasi. Pada usaha barudijumpai pengalaman yang terbatas, ketrampilan manajerial yang minim, jejaringusaha yang sedikit, dan dukungan serta kepercayaan publik yang masih sangatterbatas, sehingga diperlukan inkubasi inovasi. Inkubasi inovasi adalah penerapanprogran tertentu untuk mengembangkan ide/inisiatif inovasi, yang dilakukan padaperiode tertentu yakni sejak munculnya gagasan atau inisiatif inovasi sampai dengankesiapan implementasinya. Program dari inkubasi inovasi adalah Pelatihan, Magang,Pembimbingan dan Pendampingan. Program inkubasi inovasi dilakukan secarakongkrit, sistematik dan terus menerus. Pengamatan keberhasilan inkubasi inovasidilakukan selama 3 tahun.Kata Kunci : Karakteristik Wirausaha, Inkubasi Inovasi dan KeberhasilanUsaha.

Abstract

The research has been done at KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri  in Nganjuk. It examines the influence of disciplines on the employee performance. The objective of this research is, that the employee don’t have discipline in the works so  that influence the employee performance. The fisrt  result from this reseach show that discipline and properous, discipline and punishment, certain on discipline done, discipline support the purpose, participations of the discipline, and the example from leader as key a discipline  were influencing the work spirit or performance. The second  result show that the dominant factor influence work spirit or performace employee is certained on the discipline done. So we have the conclution that this conditions suitable with actual conditions in KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri – NGANJUK. Although prosperously has a good condition but work spirit or performance employee don’t maximal. This is make H2 refused, but if certain on disipline done built up make work spirit or performance employee good  more.

Abstract

This study aims to examine descriptively the role of factors in business success, namely the Entrepreneurial Orientation and Product Innovation variables for Business Success, with the subject of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) focusing on the culinary field in Malang. This study involved 100 UMKM engaged in the Culinary field in Malang. Research analysis using quantitative descriptive methods, to analyze the role of the Entrepreneurial Orientation and Product Innovation variables on business success. The results showed that the majority of Culinary UMKM owners were young people, with a maximum age of 35 years totaling 66 people (66%), with high school education, 99 people as a graduate or 99%, meaning that young people with higher education had no doubt. choose to become an entrepreneur as a choice of profession. The description of the entrepreneurial orientation illustrates that most of the culinary UMKM, already have a good entrepreneurial orientation. The results of the assessment of product innovation variables illustrate that culinary UMKM do have a good understanding of the importance of product innovation. The assessment results of business success illustrate that the majority of culinary UMKM entrepreneurs believe that the ongoing business already has quite high success.

Abstract

Attitude mentality potential of entrepreneurship, especially among students need to be developed, with the opportunities that exist and to be the strength to make the authorized capital development. Kalipatrick (1918) Developing an individual to be successful can be achieved by projects that can be done by learners. This study was conducted to obtain a model of entrepreneurial learning development based contextual business problems. It applying the proposed business significantly, this model is expected to be a form of community based education (foster active participation of students in education and training) that is capable of forming new entrepreneurs to reduce poverty, especially in ??Malang. The purpose of this research to determine the development of students entrepreneurial learning method through Project Based Learning approach. The observation is made the group, with each group consist of 5-6 students. The results from this study demonstrated the ability of students to solve problems. Through the development of project-based learning method is seen student interest the development of entrepreneurship shown in the character of students through research variables, that is: leadership / leadership skills were quite good; courage to take risk is still very low; a student perseverance who is well; students' ability to focus on the job they should be improved; and the level of discipline a student who has good enough.

Abstract

Furniture from Pasuruan city especially Bukir sub-district Gadingrejo has long been known by the people of East Java with a cheap image and many choices. Related to cheap labor costs due to high price competition and mutually deadening among furniture craftsmen. The furniture craftsmen have not been able to manage marketing properly and establish good networking. Furniture manufacturing centers are spread across 8 sub-districts with 3,458 craftsmen. The craftsmen only make important items that are sold, without seeing whether the quality of the production is good or not. This condition makes the furniture industry not develop despite having skilled human resources in making furniture, so that the welfare of the furniture craftsmen cannot be lifted.The problems found were 1) the low work motivation of Bukir Pasuruan furniture craftsmen, 2) lack of knowledge about financial management, 3) poor management of marketing distribution and marketing networks. The solutions offered for the existing problems are as follows: 1) provide motivation and empowerment training for SMEs, 2) provide Financial Life Skill (FLS) training as an effort to improve financial management, 3) Business Model Canvas (BMC) training to identify nine supporting elements of development business, 4) providing business assistance and utilizing wood waste as a by-product.

Abstract

The targets of community service activities are the teachers or educators of Malang City's AlJabbar Kindergarten (TK), and other private kindergartens around them. The selection of private Al-Jabbar Kindergarten teachers is because the existing facilities of the school are inadequate, so there is a need for learning media assistance and enhancement of the quality of creative teachers in the learning process. This activity aims to help improve the quality of the learning process by increasing the ability of teachers in this school, so that learning is better and more enjoyable. PKM activities include: Introductory material, Learning media demo, Provision of Materials, practical training in making instructional media, Planning learning media according to topic, making instructional media according to plan, discussion and evaluation of learning media and finally improvement in making instructional media..

Abstract

Peningkatan kapasitas pelaku usaha skala mikro, kecil, dan menengah dalam menggunakan teknologi digital serta perangkatnya dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan literasi digital. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar memiliki pengetahuan literasi digital sehingga mampu menggunakan teknologi digital serta perangkatnya secara bijaksana, tepat guna, dan aman. Rumah Pengusaha Malang Raya (RPMR) merupakan paguyuban pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) se-Kota Malang, Jawa Timur. RPMR memiliki cakupan wilayah Kota Malang, Kabupaten Malang, hingga Kota Batu dan memiliki 450 anggota yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah. Dengan jumlah anggota yang banyak perlu diberikan pelatihan bagi para pelaku usaha skala mikro, kecil dan menengah berupa pelatihan literasi digital yang nantinya dapat membantu mereka beradaptasi untuk menghadapi tantangan-tantangan dunia digital. Pelatihan literasi digital ini menggunakan materi dari program USAID ‘Digital Asia Accelerator (DAA) – Literasi Digital’ yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi digital atau pembangunan ekonomi yang aman dan tepat di Asia Tenggara. DAA berfokus kepada tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran publik tentang masalah keamanan digital dan meningkatkan perilaku aman berinternet dan memperkuat kemampuan sektor swasta khususnya UMKM untuk terlibat aktif daslam ekonomi digital melalui peningkatan dan ketrampilan digital serta keamanan siber (cybersecurity)

Abstract

Abstract Dusun Petungsewu is one of the hamlets producing quality corn gerit. The product diversification that has been carried out is in the form of tortilla chips, which are named Dupitos (Duwet Polinema Tortilla Chips). The production is carried out by the people of Dusun Petungsewu. The potential possessed by Dusun Petungsewu by processing Dupitos is quite large. This is because Dupitos products are healthy snacks that are suitable for consumption by all ages. Currently, Dupitos' production process still uses inadequate equipment. Therefore, this service aims to donate the equipment needed in the Dupitos production process so that the production process can run smoothly. The implementation of community service programs is carried out in the form of production equipment grants, knowledge transfer, questions and answers and evaluations. The results of the service show that the procurement of production equipment in the form of a dough rolling machine and dough thinning machine facilitates the Dupitos production process. Thus, partners can work more efficiently and effectively. This service provides several benefits both in terms of quality and quantity. It is hoped that the implementation of the service can provide benefits and help both partners to improve the quality and quantity of production. Abstract

This program aims to provide agricultural product processing technology in Duwet, Petungsewu – Malang. The activities carried out are processing corn kernels into tortilla chips and to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship, so that the partner village communities are able to manage their businesses, and improve the empowerment of business groups well. The method of this program are carried out in several stages, namely the initiation of the object of program, coordination with the community as the object of program, implementation of program, and evaluation of activities. Based on the results of the activity, there was a change in behavior to be more creative and innovative in processing corn kernels into Dupitos products (the name of the corn chips product) so as to increase the selling value of products to SME partners.
