Abstract

This study takes the theme of some factor as determine for sales. In this study sampled 140 people as speedy costumer from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Quantitative study in which respondents were obtained from questionnaires distributed is used as the primary data are processed with SPSS. Respondent response assessed the range of 1 – 5, with the Likert scale strongly disagree to strongly agree.Based on the result of the research, from the description of the data respondent majority were male with ages between 36 to 40 years. Trials performed are validity and reliability is to test the validity of the questionnaire wer distributed, the t test for testing the correctness of the formulated hypotheses, correlation and regression test to examine the relationship and influence of each costumer relationship market segmentingvariables that aregeographics, demographics, psychographics and behaviour.Based on trials carried out that there is a truth of the hypothesis formulated, namely that there is a significant relationship and effect betweengeographics, demographics, psychographics and behaviourwith buying decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to assist online training in making tote-bag skills for foster children of the orphanage foundation. The activities are divided into four stages, the first is by preparing a module in the form of a flip-chart containing the required materials and steps to make a tote-bag. The second stage is to form a group-discussion between the target audience through whatsapp-group media and private messages. The third stage is to send the basic materials needed to make products, the last is online assistance. Online assistance includes several steps, namely: Knowledge transfer process, which is an explanation how to make a product based on the flip-chart module, followed by an interactive discussion between members and facilitators using picture-sharing or voice-messages. The final stage is an evaluation of the level of members’ achievements, where each member is required to upload photos of the final knitted product. Based on the final evaluation, it can be concluded that the online mentoring went smoothly and enriched the knowledge and skills of the target audience. Communication was running effectively, as discussions were not limited by space and time, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic the target audiences can continue to learn independently while still being able to maintain their physical-distancing.

Abstract

Pembelajaran adalah proses transfer ilmu dari seorang guru kepada peserta didik. Untuk itu, maka metode pembelajaran yang digunakan harus sesuai perkembangan jaman sehingga menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki keahlian sesuai dengan tuntutan jamannya. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, maka kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuanuntuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para guru tentang pembelajaran berbasis internet. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada Minggu 3 Nopember 2019 di Yayasan Mujahidin Kabupaten Malang. Kegiatan ini terbagi dalam beberapa tahap yang terdiri atas tahap persiapan, tahap pelatihan dan pembuatan laporan kegiatan.Tujuan diadakan pelatihan ini adalah agar para guru di Yayasan Mujahidin dapat memanfaatkan internet sebagai salah satu media dalam pembelajaran.Materi yang diberikan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi pengertian pembelajaran berbasis internet, ruang lingkup, keuntungan dan kerugian pembelajaran berbasis internet serta mempraktekkan proses pembelajaran berbasis internet. Selama proses pelatihan situasinya terjalin secara edukatif, kondusif dan menyenangkan. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari antusias peserta, proses tanya jawab dan keikutsertaan peserta secara lengkap mulai awal sampai selesainya acara pelatihan sehingga materinya dapat selesai secara keseluruhan..

Abstract

Pelaksanakan kegiatan sehari-hari, para anggota PKK di RT 2 RW 9 Dusun Klandungan Desa Landungsari Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang masih banyak yang belum melakukan kegiatan yang produktif yang menghasilkan uang. Para anggota PKK belum melakukan kegiatan kewirausahaan secara berkelompok. Kalaupun ada beberapa anggota secara individu memiliki usaha sendiri berupa toko. Untuk membantu memperoleh pendapatan tambahan untuk rumah tangga para anggota PKK perlu melakukan kegiatan kewirausahaan yang produktif dan mudah dilakukan dirumah. Beberapa masalah yang timbul di PKK RT2 RW 9 Dusun Klandungan Desa Landungsari berkaitan dengan kewirausahaan antara lain: tidak adanya bekal jiwa kewirausahaan, tidak adanya kemampuan/keterampilan kewirausahaan, tidak adanya pembina lapangan yang membimbing berwirausaha, tidak adanya modal untuk berwirausaha. Pelatihan diperlukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di PKK RT2 RW 9 Dusun Klandungan Desa Landungsari dalam kewirausahaan. Pelatihan yang perlu dilaksanakan tentang kewirausahaan meliputi : peningkatan motivasi berwirausaha, pemberian keterampilan kewirausahaan, pendampingan dengan kerjasama dengan pembimbing lapangan yang kompeten, bantuan modal/peralatan berwirausaha. Politeknik Negeri Malang sebagai bagian dari masyarakat, yang merupakan lembaga pendidikan tinggi, dengan salah satu tugasnya adalah meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui jalur Pengabdian Masyarakat berkewajiban untuk memberikan bantuan pembimbingan kepada para anggota PKK di RT 2 RW 9 Dusun Klandungan Desa Landungsari Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang

Abstract

Some of the problems that arise in PKK RT2 RW 9 Dusun Klandungan Landungsari Village are related to entrepreneurship, including: the absence of an entrepreneurial spirit, the absence of entrepreneurial abilities/skills, the absence of field coaches who guide entrepreneurship, and the absence of capital for entrepreneurship. Training is needed to overcome the problems that occur in PKK RT2 RW 9 Dusun Klandungan Landungsari Village in entrepreneurship. The training that needs to be carried out on entrepreneurship includes: increasing entrepreneurial motivation, providing entrepreneurial skills, mentoring in collaboration with competent field supervisors, entrepreneurship capital/equipment assistance.

Abstract

This community service aims to develop technical skills in managing databases. So far, the “Lazarus" commission processed all regular membership fees manually. The repetitive work and recording errors happened along the way. With a total of 428 family members out of 993, the above data processing was inefficient and ineffective. Ms. Excel, especially the Data-Form feature will make database management easier for someone to process data entry, edit, search, and delete in a database table. When a database has been formed, the preparation of the annual report will also be able to be compiled efficiently & effectively, because the database is already stored in a soft file. Community service is carried out through training assistance. The activity begins with preparing teaching modules, followed by assisting to create a table model database in Ms. Excel. Subsequently, design a Data (Entry) Form model for recapitulation. The competencies have been achieved because in the end the database management has been simulated very well using real data & problems. Therefore, the final evaluation results declared that the database management model uses the Data Form successfully to help the "Lazarus" commission maximize its service.

Abstract

The internet has changed people's lifestyles. This is an opportunity for the e-commerce company Tokopedia to create an online selling platform that functions to meet people's demands and supply. By providing the best offers, the Tokopedia company is able to compete and attract consumers' interest. This study aimed to determine the effect of online consumer reviews and advertisements on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia marketplace. This research is quantitative. The data collection method used was distributing questionnaires to 102 respondents with the purposive sampling technique. The analysis of the research data was conducted with multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Online consumer review and advertising variables partially have a positive effect on the purchasing decisions. Then the results of testing the F hypothesis (simultaneous) explained that online consumer review, and the advertising variables together have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The online reviews feature quality and increase purchases as well as optimize the display of advertisements that are unique and of high quality in order to attract consumers' interest.
