Abstract

The purpose of this study will examine how the influence of service quality and price on the decision to buy a taxi service in the city of Malang. The research used is quantitative research. The research method used was survey research. The number of questionnaires collected in this study totaled 50 Gojek users. The analytical method used is multiple regression. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis used the F test and t test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the variable service quality (X1) and price (X2) on the purchasing decision of Gojek services in Malang City (Y). This is indicated by the results of multiple regression calculations, Y = 2.177 + 0.356 X1 + 0.215 X2 Service quality and price variables are able to be explained by the variable purchasing decisions of Gojek services in Malang by 15%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze on structural dimension model of social support towards success of career female staffs of Islamic Banks in Malang, using management of conflict between work and family towards job satisfaction, commitment and performance. It is an explanatory research or hypothesis-testing study with descriptive quantitative approach. The subjects are 146 married female staffs; they have been working for the banks and married for at least one year. The sampling method is the multistage sampling method. The data collection method is questionnaire as the main instrument and supported by observation and documentation. The data analysis method is SEM (GeSCA) with the five-point Likert scale. The percentage of the contribution of social support, work conflict and commitment to organization to describe various degree of working performance is 78.5%. High social support and commitment to organization result in an increase in working performance of the Islamic bank female staffs.Keywords: Social support, career woman and Islamic Bank

Abstract

The learning approach so far at the State Polytechnic of Malang is more directed to teacher center learning (TCL). Currently, students can build their own knowledge in the learning process known as student center learning (SCL). In addition, the assessment of students is also more comprehensive and includes three aspects, namely: cognitive, affective and psychomotor. One such learning model is to use a portfolio approach. This is in accordance with the learning objectives of E-Commerce at the State Polytechnic of Malang given in semester 5, which emphasizes the achievement of these three aspects. The results show that E-Commerce learning based on E-Portfolio can raise enthusiasm for students, namely raising entrepreneurial attitudes and motivation and being able to understand the focus of the material discussed by lecturers in teaching, because the content and presentation of learning materials involves students actively and is combined with hands-on experience in the field.

Abstract

A successful organization is an organization that can effectively manage its administration, both internally and externally. This is understandable, because the administration is the process of managing information among members of the organization and with other parties related to the interests of the organization. The better the administration takes place the better the organization's operations are concerned. For that, it takes the ability of the administration to manage resources within the organization for the achievement of these goals. Related to that, it is necessary training office administration. The purpose of this training is to provide knowledge to the managers of the Ahlussunnah Waljamaah Foundation Malang about effective office administration, both verbal communication and non verbal communication (correspondence) so that they know and are able to manage the administration properly The training method used is with lectures, and administrative practices. While the analytical techniques used are from cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects during the training and after the training.

Abstract

Information technology grow up rapidly and its applied in the all of fields. One of field had applied information technology is office administration field, for the sample to fill personell data, selling, bussiness letter and so on. Officer of Tegalweru village, Dau District, Malang City in the administration manage in administrative in village’s administrative had used internet. For this, all of administrative officer that service to society have to know and apply internet. Unfortunetly, all of administrative officer of Tegalweru village, Dau District, Malang City not yet can operate to administrative based in internet. It is caused age have old years, their’s education level in their years not yet to teach of internet. Based on this cases, so need to training about internet applied to do administrative in the village office. The results shows that there is increasing to internet administrative science and it’s apllied It is caused by time of training all of trainees have antusiated, motivated and very open to change of administrative work system that will be done to service to society. For this, need to increasing their knowledge and about administrative base on internet with to do relationship about training about administrative based on iinternet training with Malang State Polytechnic in the future.

Abstract

The goal of the local government is to provide some assistance to the villagers to stimulate the community to actively  participate in local  potential-based development. Therefore,  BUMDes in  an effort to strengthen the village economy based on the needs and potential of villages  (agriculture), in order to increase the income and  welfare of the villagers.   The establishment of village-owned enterprises has several legal foundations that are the basis and reference in all its activities. The establishment of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) is based on Law No. 32 of 2004 on Local Government and Government Regulation No. 72 of 2005 on Village Article 78. BUMDeS managers hold the key to success in its operationalization, therefore management training for BUMDeS managers supported by the PKK is urgently needed to improve the welfare of the villagers. This needs to be mastered by the managers of BUMDeS and PKK in order to manage their organizations through good planning, organizing, direction and supervision so that the organization's objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this training is that the teachers at the Mujahidin Foundation can use the internet as a medium for learning. Community Service Activities were carried out on Sunday 3 November 2019 at the Mujahidin Foundation in Malang Regency. This activity is divided into several stages consisting of the preparation phase, the training phase and the preparation of activity reports. The material provided in this training covers the understanding of internet based learning, the scope, advantages and disadvantages of internet based learning as well as practicing the internet based learning process. During the training process the situation is educational, conducive and fun. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants, the question and answer process and the complete participation of the participants from the beginning until the completion of the training event so that the material can be completed as a whole.

Abstract

 Kebijakan yang ditetapkan selama masa pandemi membuat beberapa pihak mengalami stres, salah satunya adalah ibu rumah tangga. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di PKK RW 21 Kelurahan Purwantoro Kota Malang diketahui bahwa ibu rumah tangga yang mendapatkan beban terbesar dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Selain mengerjakan pekerjaan rutin mengurus rumah tangga, ibu juga harus mendampingi anaknya belajar di rumah, dan tidak jarang ibu rumah tangga mengambil peran sebagai guru bagi putra putrinya. Beban yang ditanggung oleh ibu rumah tangga tidak hanya double birden, akan tetapi bisa banyak beban yang ditanggungnya.  Selain itu permasalahan pada sektor keuangan juga memberikan dampak pada tingkat stress yang dirasakan oleh Ibu-Ibu PKK RW 21 Kelurahan Purwantoro Kota Malang. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada anggota PKK yang mayoritas adalah ibu rumah tangga agar dapat mengatasi stress yang dialami selama masa pandemi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode alih pengetahuan, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta pemecahan permasalahan. Jumlah peserta yang hadir sebanyak 37 orang dari total anggota aktif PKK yang berjumlah 40 orang. Selanjutnya, peserta berpartisipasi aktif dalam diskusi dan sharing permasalahan serta saling memberikan solusi. Kemudian terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta sebelum dan sesudah penyampaian materi dengan beberapa poin yaitu pemahaman definisi stres dari 70% peserta menjadi 80% peserta. Selanjutnya, pemahaman ruang lingkup stres dari 65% peserta menjadi 75% peserta. Sementara untuk pemahaman aspek-aspek strategi coping stress dari 45% menjadi 85%. Dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman terhadap coping stress maka dapat disimpulkan kegiatan pengabdian terlaksana dengan baik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of service in Arjosari Bus Station Malang. The service quality theory used in the study refers to the opinion of Tjiptono (2000) which consists of: physical evidence (tangibility), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study uses a descriptive approach, by taking a sample of 30 service users of Arjosari Bus Station Malang. While, the methods of analysis use the mean. The results show that the quality of service in Arjosari Bus Station Malang is good enough with an average score of 2.86. However, to improve the quality of service to the service users of the bus station, then there are several things that must be done by the local government of Malang, ie: adding free WIFI facility in bus station, fixing the layout and the exterior rooms of the bus station, and improving the room's cleanliness and coolness at the bus station environment. Furthermore, it also improves the reliability in service, such as: the simplicity for the bus station service users to consult with officials and leaders where necessary to the provision of the excellent service.

Abstract

Pembelajaran adalah proses transfer ilmu dari seorang guru kepada peserta didik. Untuk itu, maka metode pembelajaran yang digunakan harus sesuai perkembangan jaman sehingga menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki keahlian sesuai dengan tuntutan jamannya. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, maka kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuanuntuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para guru tentang pembelajaran berbasis internet. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada Minggu 3 Nopember 2019 di Yayasan Mujahidin Kabupaten Malang. Kegiatan ini terbagi dalam beberapa tahap yang terdiri atas tahap persiapan, tahap pelatihan dan pembuatan laporan kegiatan.Tujuan diadakan pelatihan ini adalah agar para guru di Yayasan Mujahidin dapat memanfaatkan internet sebagai salah satu media dalam pembelajaran.Materi yang diberikan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi pengertian pembelajaran berbasis internet, ruang lingkup, keuntungan dan kerugian pembelajaran berbasis internet serta mempraktekkan proses pembelajaran berbasis internet. Selama proses pelatihan situasinya terjalin secara edukatif, kondusif dan menyenangkan. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari antusias peserta, proses tanya jawab dan keikutsertaan peserta secara lengkap mulai awal sampai selesainya acara pelatihan sehingga materinya dapat selesai secara keseluruhan..
