Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education and training on the performance of civil servants Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Batanghari. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The sample of this research is 56 people. Based on the results of the partial test (t test). Obtained tcount value for (X) Education and Training (Diklat) is 6.626 and the value of ttable is 1.67303 because the tcount value is greater than the ttable value, it can be concluded that Education and Training (education and training) has a significant effect on the performance of civil servants in Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Batanghari. Based on the results of the R Square determination coefficient of 0.448. So it can be concluded that the percentage effect of the Education and Training (X) variable on the Civil Servant Performance variable on Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Batanghari amounting to 0.448 or 44.8% and the remaining 55.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (X1) Work Motivation, (X2) Career Development on (Y) Job Promotion Di Polsek Bajubang Kabupaten Batanghari.  This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample of this study was 31 people. Based on the results of research and discussion, then some of the main points of research conclusions can be explained as follows. Based on the results of the partial test (t test). Obtained tcount for (X1) Work Motivation is 10,032 and ttable value is 1.69913 because tcount is smaller than ttable so it can be concluded that work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. Whereas (X2) Career Development, the value of tcount is 5,977 and the value of t table is 1,69913 because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F). Obtained Fcount value of 19,379 and Ftable value of 3.93 because the Fcount value is greater than Ftable, it can be concluded that work motivation, work discipline and work competence show a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the Coofesien Determination (R2) obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 551, it can be concluded that the percentage influence of Work Motivation (X1 ), Career Development (X2) on Performance (Y) of 55.1% and 44.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this study. To find out the effect of human relations, motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV Kabupeten Batanghari. The method of collecting data is used survey method used to obtain information from respondents by using interview techniques and distributing questionnaires and using Likert scale measurements. the sample in this study were employees at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari. The analytical tool used is a multiple linear regression method using computer assistance through the SPSS 20.0 for Windows program. From the calculation of SPSS 20.0 obtained variable human relations tcount of 3.517, due to tcount> from t table, (3.517> 1.66571, meaning that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable, which means there is a partial influence between human relations variables on employee performance at PT . Pratama Agro Sawit  in Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari . Motivation variables are 6.515, due to t count> from t table, (6.515> 1.66571), meaning that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable, which means there is a partial influence between motivation and achievement employee work at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari. Variable work environment is 0.971. Due to t count <from t table, (0.971 <1.66571) means that the independent variable has no influence on the dependent variable, which means there is no influence partial between work environment and work performance ryawan at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari. Simultaneous test (F Test), it can be concluded that the variable human relations, motivation and work environment shows a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV, which is proven by the value of F count 35,821 of greater than F table df n - k-1 then 78 - 3- 1 = 74 (F table = 2.73 or (35,821 > 2,73) The summary model of PT Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV above can be seen that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.668, so it can be concluded that the percentage influences human relations (X1), motivation (X2), and work environment variables  (X3 ) the variable employee performance at PT Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) is 0.668 or 66.8% and the remaining 0.332 or 33.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to see how much influence office facilities, work motivation, and work discipline have on employee performance BAPPEDA Kabupaten Batang Hari. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The sample of this study was 72 respondents. Based on the results of the research and discussion, some of the main conclusions of the study can be explained as follows: From the results of the research that the author has done, the results of the partial test (t test). The value of tcount for (X1) office facilities is 3,515 and the value of ttable is 1,66629 because the value of tcount is greater than the value of ttable, it can be concluded that office facilities have a significant effect on employee performance Kantor BAPPEDA Kabupaten Batang Hari. For (X2) work motivation is -0.349 and the value of ttable is 1.66629, because the value of tcount is smaller than the value of ttable, it can be concluded that work motivation has no effect on employee performance BAPPEDA Kabupaten Batanag Hari , And for (X3) work discipline is -1.731 and the value of ttable is 1.66629 because the value of tcount is greater than the value of ttable, it can be concluded that work discipline has no significant effect (negative bias) on employee performance BAPEDDA Kabupaten Batang Hari. Simultaneous test results (test together) Fcount 4.147 is greater than Ftable 2.34. It means that together the variables of Office Facilities, Work Motivation, Work Discipline have an effect on Employee PerformanceKantor BAPPEDA Kabupaten Batang hari

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the influence of training , work climate and competency on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 1 Batang Hari.Quantitative analysis method the use multiple linear regression analysis tools. Testing of training variables, work climete and competency teacher performance as the dependent variable, was carried out using the t-test and F-test. The results of the partial research (t-test) show that the training t-value is 2.237 > from the t-table number 1.649, this it can be seen that training influences teacher performance. The work climate t-value is 4.126 > the t-table number 1.649 with the work climate having an effectnon teacher performance. The competency t-value is 3.048 > from the table namber 1.649, so can be seen the compentency has an influence on teacher performance. Training ,work climate and competence silmultanseously (F tast) obtained F-count 18.523 > F-table of 2.90, meaning that training, work climate and competence have a positive effest simultaneously or together onteacher performance at MTs Negeri 1 Batang Hari. The resulting adjusted R square was 0.683. So it can be concluded that the percantage of training work climate and competency variables on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 1 Batang hari is 68,3 %.
