This research was conducted in order to see problems such as some students during the learning process of teaching al-Islam material and Kemuhammadiyahan there are students who are noisy, chatty and so on, when the teacher of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan is finished. explaining and the teacher giving feedback or asking the students, some students do not understand and can not answer it, there are still many problems of student discipline in the subjects of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan when the teacher gives exercises or submits notes about Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan, the majority of students are noisy and uneasy, those who are slow in learning Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan do not respond to learning positively then are not motivated to learn. Related to the above problems, this study aims to outline the efforts made by leaders in improving teacher profession. The method used in this study is qualitative, data collection techniques include observation, interview and documentation studies. All data collected is then analyzed with a qualitative approach. The result of this study is that the efforts made by the leadership in improving the professionalism of al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan teachers are through coaching, routine activities of al-Islam and Islamic studies. There are several supporting factors that facilitate the realization of the improvement of the professionalism of al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan teachers in MI Teluk Kuantan is the full support of the leadership of Muhammadiyah Riau region.

One difference between the Islamic economic system with the conventional economic system is a paradigm of life dengaan all akitivitasnya. Islamic economic position as the foundation of belief in doing good activity in social interaction maupn financial transactions. Tawhid is expected to establish the integrity of which will help the formation of a good government. The principle of justice is a necessity in the enforcement of Islamic law. By implementing the principles of economy and Isam in all aspects of economic behavior that justice can be expected welfare terujud. So, so that economic agents do not pursue material gains but also the spiritual.Salah satu perbedaan antara sistem ekonomi Islam dengan sistem ekonomi konvensional adalah paradigma kehidupan dengaan semua akitivitasnya.Posisi ekonomi Islam sebagai dasar keyakinan dalam melakukan aktivitas yang baik dalam interaksi sosial maupun transaksi keuangan. Tauhid diharapkan dapat membentuk integritas yang akan membantu pembentukan pemerintah yang baik. Prinsip keadilan merupakan sebuah keharusan dalam penegakkan syariat Islam.Dengan mengimplementasikan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Isam dalam semua aspek dan prilaku ekonomi diharapkan kesejahteraan yang berkeadilan dapat terujud.Sehingga, sehingga agen ekonomi tidak mengejar keuntungan materi saja melainkan juga spiritual.

The local government has the authority to take policy, as has the Regent of West Pasaman period 2007 has taken policies related to improving the reading ability of the Qur'an for every child in the government area he leads. This research will trace how the regent responded in enforcing perda No. 9 year 2007 so as to give birth to a generation that is able to read the Qur'an well and have sufficient religious understanding. The design of this study is qualitative, while the data sources that researchers use are nagari guardians, purposively selected citizens, community leaders, according to the desired data then in this study used data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study prove that: first, Wali Nagari has a positive response, the indicator is the instruction of the guardian agari to all citizens to submit their children to the mosque and mushalla to get a reading education writing the Qur'an, renovate the mosque and mushalla to be worthy as a place to learn to read the Qur'an, complete the necessary facilities, give appreciation to the teachers paying in every mosque and mushalla that is in Talu nagari. Second, children's understanding of Islamic religious education has increased since the regulation of the area was established.

IMPLEMENTING ISLAMIC PRINCIPLE IN ECONO- MIC ACTIVITIES: ALTERNATIV TO REALIZE THE LIFE BALANCE. This paper aims to explain the principles of Islam in economic activity contained in the al-Quran and Hadith. The principle of balance occupy a decisive role in human life to reach al-Falah. The balance is the Sunnah of Allah, balanced life is one of the essence of Islam, so Muslims were referred to as the people of the middle (Ummatan wasthan). Islamic Economics aims to create a balanced life, which includes, among others, the physical with the mental balance, the material with the spiritual, the individual with the social, the present with the future, and the world to the hereafter. This is because, physical balance with mental, spiritual or the material will create a holistic for the welfare of man. Economic development are too concerned with material aspects and ignore the spiritual aspect only will bear false happiness, even quite disastrous.keyword: Islam, Economic, Balanced.Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang prinsip Islam dalam aktivitas ekonomi yang tertuang dalam al-Quran dan Hadis. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the regional regulations of the city of Padang which oblige SD / MI students to be proficient in reading the Qur'anic tilis. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative methods. The informants in this study were the Head of the Koto Pulai BKS, the Head and Teacher of the TPQ, the student guardians and students. The research data were collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the analysis show that: 1). This regional regulation has not been implemented properly. This is due to the lack of socialization to the community and the lack of attention from related parties, so that this regulation is allowed to run without proper evaluation and supervision. 2). Efforts made in the process of implementing this regional regulation are: increasing teacher competence by carrying out training every year, emphasizing publishing a curriculum and finding good methods in the learning process. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors, namely: teaching staff, parents' support and motivation, incentive assistance from the government, lack of support from related parties.

Kemampuan guru secara terus menerus mesti ditingkatkan karena mereka adalah sebagai tolak ukur kualitas pendidikan, bentuk peningkatan guru pada lembaga pendidikan yang berbentuk negeri memiliki banyak bentuk variatif, hal ini berbeda dengan yang didapatkan lembaga pendidikan swasta seperti halnya MTs Swasta Istiqamah Talu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana supervisi klinis yang dilaksanakan di MTs Swasta Talu sebagai upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Untuk ketercapaian tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sementara sumber data penelitian ialah terdiri dari kepala madrasah, pengawas dan guru PAI, untuk mendapatkan data dari sumber yang telah ditetapkan peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan supervise klinik terhadap guru PAI dimulai dari tahap pendahuluan, pelaksanaan dan tahap umpan balik, kegiatan supervise klinik dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI khususnya kompetensi professional.

West Sumatra is famous for its local ethnic religious wisdom as Adat Basandi Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah. In addition, in the realm of ethnic leadership Minagkabau also have a cultural concept Tungku Tigo Sajarangan, which is functionally role in shaping patterns and behavior society. In assumptive, local wisdom as well as the religious character of Minangkabau society committed to abide by the teachings of indigenous and indigenous leaders, will give strength to the economic development of sharia. however, there are strong indicators that show that the Islamic Microfinance Institutions in West Sumatra has not developed as ideal as assumed. Synergy between components “Tungku Tigo Sajarangan” on the one hand, and with the Islamic Micro Finance Institutions on the other hand, can be used as capital and models of economic development of sharia and will contribute positively to the development of Indonesia, particularly in West Sumatra.

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan masih dihadapkan pada problem terutama dari aspek kualitas hasil pembelajaran, penelitian ini akan menggambarkan kompetensi guru PAI, strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan serta kualitas hasil pembelajaran PAI di Sekolah Dasar. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian yang disebutkan di atas, dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data terdiri dari kepala sekolah, pengawas dan beberapa orang siswa yang dipilih secara snowball. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kompetensi guru PAI di SD Negeri 13 Seberang Padang mencakup kompetensi professional, kepribadian. Sementara strategi yang digunakannya dalam mengajarkan pendidikan agama Islam sangat bervariasi, adapun kualitas hasil pembelajaran PAI di SD Negeri 13 Seberang Padang dapat dilihat dari prestasi yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik bidang pendidikan agama Islam. This research aims to apply the concept of maslahah murrasa in Islamic family law, using a case study of a wife who is looking for a husband who can carry out household duties. The concept of maslahah murlah is one of the principles of Islamic law which prioritizes the public benefit and accommodates the needs of a developing society. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with a number of respondents who have experience in finding a life partner who can carry out household duties. Data analysis was conducted using an inductive approach, involving data collection, coding, and understanding the findings that emerged. The research results show that the concept of maslahah murlah can be applied in the context of finding a life partner who can carry out household duties. In this case, maslahah murlah can be interpreted as an effort to achieve balance in the roles and responsibilities between husband and wife in the household. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the understanding and implementation of the concept of maslahah murlah in Islamic family law, especially in the context of finding a life partner who can carry out household duties. This research can also be a source of information and guidance for individuals who are looking for a life partner who suits their household needs
