Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of income, agricultural risk, the selling price, cost of production and availability of water for the conversion of rice land into palm oil ,. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method using Random Sampling is taking a random sample by strata. Data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The result is a coefficient of determination (R-Square) 0.91. This value indicates that simultaneously (synchronously) wetland conversion into oil palm plantations are affected by revenue, selling prices, agricultural risk, the cost of production and availability of water by 91% and the rest influenced by other factors beyond the variables that are not tested by 9%, Most variable production costs significantly affect wetland conversion to oil palm plantations. While the variable income, sales price, the risk of agriculture and availability of water does not significantly influence wetland conversion to oil palm plantations. Keywords: Land conversion, Palm land, rice land

Abstract

The aims of this study was to determine the effect of socioeconomic factors on the income of corn farmers and to know the corn farming efficiency in Lau Tawar Village, District Tanah Pinem, Dairi. Sampling method used was a random sampling method to take a simple random. Data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis were significantly influence between the land and labor of the corn farmer’s income and there is no real influence or not significant between the capital, farming experience and the number of dependents of the corn farmer’s income. And based on the analysis of O/I ratio, maizefarming in the study area has been efficient.  Keywords: socio-economic factors, efficiency, revenue, corn

Abstract

Penelitian analisis kelayakan usahatani jamur tiram putih telah dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan faktor produksi tenaga kerja, bibit, bahan baku dan bahan tambahan terhadap tingkat pendapatan petani jamur tiram putih serta kelayakan usahataninya. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi linier berganda diperoleh nilai R-square 0,93 yang mengindikasikan bahwa secara simultan ada pengaruh nyata antara tenaga kerja, bibit, bahan baku dan bahan tambahan terhadap pendapatan petani jamur tiram putih sebesar 93%. Secara parsial diketahui bahwa hanya variable bibit yang berpengaruh nyata engan nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,53 >2,13 t-tabel dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% (α 0,05).Kata kunci: factor produksi, pendapatan, jamur tiram putih, usahatani.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the socio-economic developments that occurred after the Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP). Determination of the area is purposive, ie areas that are already running program PUAP by purposive random sampling method sampling (random accident). Results of hypothesis testing known that Rural Agribusiness Development Program provide a positive influence on society, especially in the field of capital. Evaluation of the implementation of the Rural Agribusiness Development program conducted to see the development of the field. Implementation Jeumpa PUAP in Kuta village is still in the form of Gapoktan and has not developed into MFIs. Rural Agribusiness Development program that BLM PUAP, Guidance Counseling, and Loan Repayment PUAP BLM greatly influence the attitudes of farmers and developing a Rural Agribusiness Program (PUAP) can provide improved field of farmer income increased by 0.16%Keyword : PUAP

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the use of land area, labor, seed, fertilizer, and pesticides / stimulants against cucumber production in cultivation in the research location.Furthermore it also to determine the optimization level of the use of production inputs as well as the feasibility of the cultivation.In obtaining the data used qualitative research method which is a case study. Selection of research location is done purposely.Sample selection method is using Simple Random Sampling with the sample size as many as 30 people.Data analysis method using the model of Cobb–Douglas production function, output elasticity, R/C and B/C financial analysis, and descriptively. The research result,use of production inputs simultaneously affect production significantly, while partially, production inputs which significantly affect the increase in production is land area and fertilizer, while other production inputs ie seed, labor, and pesticide / stimulants not affect production significantly.Level optimization of production inputs land area and fertilizer yet efficient, while production inputs seed, tenaga kerja, and pesticides / stimulants not efficient. Cultivation of cucumber  in the research location deserve to be developed.Key Words: Optimization, Production Input, Cucumber

Abstract

AbstractThe research conducted using the case study method (Case Study). Results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression R-square of 0.82 which indicates that it simultaneously (synchronously) no significant effect between capital and labor to the income level of farmers' maize affect the rest of 82% is influenced by other variables outside of variables studied. From the test results were statistically obtained multiple R value of 0.90% means that overall there is a close relationship between capital and labor to the income level of farmers' maize is supported by the F-calculated value is greater than the F-table at the level of 95 % (0.05 α). Partially no effect on the level of capital income of corn farmers with value t count> t-table of the 95% confidence level.While labor has no effect on the level of income of corn farmers. Implementation of the program was to improve the welfare of the community, especially at the level of farmers' income has gone well according to the needs of farmers in the village. Test results with an average difference test found that the level of income disparity between village farmers who participate in food security programs and income of farmers who do not follow the food security program of the Village 17.23 t count> t-table of 2.04 at level 95 %

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the ratio of farmer income before and after assistance and to determine the effect SAFVER program (land, fry, feed, and drugs-drugs) on the increase tiger shrimp farmers' income. Sampling method using Simple Random Sampling and analytical methods used are different test score - average and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Results of different test average - average based on the value of t - 13:27 count> t - 2:06 table means there is a difference between the farmer’s income before and after SAFVER assistance. Contribution of SAFVER program on the tiger shrimp farmer’s income are based on the value of t - 4:30 count> t - table 2:06 the real impact on tiger shrimp farmers' income. Juveniles, based on the value of t-count -3.68> t - 2:06 table then a real negative effect on the tiger shrimp farmer’s income. Feed, based on the value of t-2:54 count > t - 2:06 table then significantly affect revenues tiger shrimp farmers. Drugs, based on the value of t-hitung 1:00 <t - 2:06 table then not significantly for tiger shrimp farmers income. But from the F test shows that the vast land, fry, feed, and medicine - oabatan significantly affect on the incomes of tiger shrimp farmers.Keywords: safver, tiger shrimp, income

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of socio-economic factors (age, capital, experience, number of dependents and level of education) against income women vegetable vendors and to find out how much revenue the woman vegetable vendor to total household income. The study's hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Results showed that simultaneously (synchronously) no influence of age, capital, experience, number of dependents and level of education on income women vegetable vendors. Partially capital and experience affect the earnings of women vegetable vendors, while age, number of dependents and level of education no effect. Income women vegetable vendors contribute fairly high on household income that is equal to 58.47 percent.Keywords: Women Vegetable Vendors, Household Income

Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal and external factors in the development of Mitra Jaya Cultivator Group certified rice seeds and to determine the development strategy of Mitra Jaya Cultivator Group certified rice seeds. This research was conducted in Mitra Jaya Nursery Group in Melati II Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Samples were taken by the Non Probability Sampling method with saturated sample techniques, while the data analysis method used was descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed that internal and external factors of KP rice seed breeding. Mitra Jaya, namely strength (strengths), the quality of seeds is very good, using machines in producing it, setting its own selling price, strategic location. Weakness, capital is still weak, buying raw materials from other breeders, only producing a few varieties, not knowing the use of the digital market. Opportunities, demand continues to increase, the government recommends the use of certified seeds, has a clear target market, the use of digital technology in marketing. Threats (Treaths), increasingly fierce competition conditions, unstable rice prices, climate change or unfavorable weather, pest and rice plant diseases. Based on a SWOT analysis the strategy is carried out using the SO (Strenghts-Opportunities) strategy, which is Utilizing the quality of seeds produced in setting prices to meet the increasing demand for agents / farmers and utilizing the digital market in promoting products.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze how socio-economic characteristics affect the income of corn farmers in the research area. Determination of location is done purposively (purposive), that is Sidamanik District of Simalungun Regency with number of sample counted 30 farmer by using method of analysis of multiple linear regression model. The result of hypothesis test shows that simultaneously independent variable Age (X1), Land Area (X2), Experience of Berusahatani (X3), Total Dependent (X4), and Status of Land (X5) influence 98,70% to dependent variable Revenue (Y ). Partially significant variable influence income is age with regression coefficient value equal to - 279921,767 (tsig, 0,003), land area with regression coefficient value and + 1,615E7 (tsig 0,000)) and land status with regression coefficient value - 2,671E6 ( tsig 0,040), while the experience experience variable and the number of dependents have no significant effect. The most dominant independent variable affecting income is variable land area (X2) with value of Standardized Coefficients Beta equal to 1,127Keywords: Characteristics, Socio-economic, Income and Corn
