Abstract

When the teachings of Islam were spread on the island of Java, the majority of people who still embraced Hinduism had a fondness in watching the wayang performances. Historically, the wali songo using cultural approach and plays a major role in the development of wayang in Indonesia. In addition to using wayang as a medium of propaganda, also through various forms of other cultural acculturation for example through the creation of Javanese Islamic songs, gamelan, and Islamic story. In wayang kulit performances bring a lot of influence for the Java community because it contains many philosophy of life and values of the noble. The wayang culture, which continues to evolve from time to time, is also a medium of information, da'wah, education, entertainment, philosophical understanding, as well as entertainment, as well as the philosophical value embodied in puppet always invites society to do good and avoid crime.

Abstract

Pierre Bourdieu, through the key concepts of habitus, domain, and capital, wanted to integrate objectivism (promoting the role of objective structures in social practice) and subjectivism (promoting the role of agents in social practice). Pierre Bourdieu presented a generative formula of social practice with equations: (habitus x capital) + domain = practice. According to Bourdieu, practice is a product of habitus and domain relations, where in the realm there is a risk of the power of people who have a lot of capital, as well as people who do not have capital. The issue of space, habitus and capital in Pierre Bourdieu's theory becomes important to analyze every case of terrorism, because it is able to make it clear. Terrorism will occur if the fight over the space of action is not won by the public, as well as the security apparatus fully supported by the state. Because, acts of terrorism will not happen if all access and opportunities are closed. Certainly in this case, the role of the security apparatus has its own strategy.

Abstract

Kejahatan seksual pedofilia akan berdampak negative bagi anak. Bukan hanya merusak masa depan secara fisik saja, tetapi juga akan merusak mental dan kejiwaan anak, seperti gangguan depresi berat dapat terbawa kelak hingga dewasa. Apalagi kebanyakan penderita pedofilia disebabkan karena dirinya pernah menjadi korban pelecehan seksual serupa pada masa kanak-kanak. Tindak pidana pedofilia sangat merugikan korban dan masyarakat luas. Oleh karena itu, korban membutuhkan perhatian dan perlindungan hukum. Hukum di Indonesia yang menjerat pelaku praktek pedofilia tidaklah serius. Sehingga hukuman bagi kaum pedofil tidak setimpal dengan apa yang telah diperbuat dan resiko rusaknya masa depan para korban. Selain itu, perlindungan dari masyarakat bagi korban pedofil juga sangat kurang.
