Abstract

Employee performance is the work performance achieved by employees in the company. This means that the quality of work by an employee in carrying out the work given to him properly and correctly. Good employee performance can benefit the company in terms of operations and activities within the company. The research has done through distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents, in the form of google forms. The questionnaire contained questions related to the performance of employees at the rural bank in Batam city. The data that was collected, then tested using the PLS application. The test results concluded and found a significant positive relationship in some of the variables tested and there are also variables that have a significant negative relationship. The results of the study are expected to help researchers who research human resources and can be useful for the bank to determine the factors that can affect the performance of employees in the company. ABSTRAK Kinerja karyawan merupakan prestasi kerja yang dicapai pada suatu perusahaan. Artinya kualitas kerja seorang karyawam dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan yang diberikan kepadanya dengan baik dan benar. Kinerja karyawan yang baik dapat memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan dalam hal operasional dan kegiatan di dalam perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 130 responden dalam bentuk google form. Kuesioner tersebut berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan terkait kinerja karyawan pada BPR di kota Batam. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diuji menggunakan aplikasi PLS. Hasil pengujian menyimpulkan dan ditemukan hubungan positif yang signifikan pada beberapa variabel yang diuji dan terdapat juga variabel yang memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat membantu peneliti yang meneliti pada bidang sumber daya manusia dan dapat bermanfaat bagi pihak bank untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di perusahaan

Abstract

The focus of this study is to analyzethe and knowing leadership, work condition, compensation,   conflict of work life  affecting employees performance in four star hotels in the city of Batam. The importance of a 4-star hotel for attention to the factors that affect the employee performance that may be good or bad for the hotel. sample were taken from 200 employees from pacific palace hotel, Allium Panorama hotel, Planet holiday hotel, and Novotel hotel is the spread in the city of Batam. The research data that has been collected and analyzed using the program statistical package for social sciences (IBM-SPSS) version 21. Results from this study showed a significant effect of independent on the dependent variable. First, leadership has a significant effect on job performance. Second, the work condition has a significant effect on job performance. Third, the compensation has a significant effect on job performance. Fourth, conflict of work life  has a significant effect on job performance. Keywords: Leadership, work condition, compensation, work life conflict, and job performance.

Abstract

Automotive involvement has become important in daily life basis whether it is for reaching a location or speeding up trips. In this era automotive sector is growing and has a huge unit sales from a few company such as Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Yamaha. This study is to analyze the effect of job performance on the automotive industry in Batam. There are 3 factors that influence job performance. The 3 factors are Social Support, Self-Efficacy and Organizational Structure. The targeted population are employees of motorcycle automotive in Batam, Indonesia. Whereas the sample that will be studied on will be the employees from motorcycle automotive which is still working. 110 questionnaire have been distributed to various location in Batam but there were 4 questionnaire which invalid and 6 not fully answered. Therefore, there is only 100 questionnaire left that can be used for the research. The result of this study have shown that 2 out of 3 factors have an influence on job performance for employees working at automotive sector in Batam. These factors are Self-Efficacy and Organizational Structure. While Social Support has no influence on job performance  for employees working at automotive sectors. Keywords: Job Performance, Social Support, Self-Efficacy and Organizational Structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analize the impact between leadership development, coaching, training and development,empowerment,participation to employee performance. This research done at industries company in Batam. this research used 300 respondent which is manufactur companies’ staff in Batamindo. The method we used in choosing sample is nonprofitable method. This study analyzes the demographic factors of gender, age, education, past work and the company name. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression and tools used are program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The Results from the study showed that leadership development, coaching, training and development, empowerment, participation significantly affect the performance of employees at the company Manufacturing.Keywords: Leadership development, coaching, training and development, employee empowerment, participation, employee performance.

Abstract

Growth in the insurance industry in Indonesia is very rapid and also tight and because of that insurance company will have to continuously improve the Job Performance of their employees so that they will be able compete in the industry. This study was conducted to analyze several factors that influence the Job Performance. These factors are Caring Climate, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction.The samples are workers who work in the insurance industry in Batam, Indonesia. 115 questionnaires have been distributed to several insurance companies in Batam. There are 7 questionnaire weren’t fully answered and 8 questionnaires weren’t returned, so only 100 questionnaire will be used in conducting the study.The results of the research that was carried out showed that two factors affecting the Job Performance of workers employed in the insurance industry in Batam, those factors are Caring Climate and Organizational Commitment. Abstract

Peningkatan kasus virus corona di Indonesia membuat jumlah kasus infeksi Covid-19 mencapai 2 juta. Tidak ada tanda-tanda penurunan, bahkan Indonesia menempati posisi ke-15 dunia sebagai negara dengan kasus Covid-19 tertinggi. Jadi kewajiban kita untuk menjaga protokol saat di luar rumah atau jika tidak perlu keluar rumah jika tidak ada kepentingan. Penerapan protokol kesehatan kini menjadi kunci wajib yang harus dipatuhi dengan tujuan agar pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19 dapat berkurang dan aktivitas di luar rumah menjadi lebih kecil. Oleh karena itu penyebarannya bahkan lebih kecil kemungkinannya. Penerapan protokol kesehatan tidak hanya berlaku di luar rumah seperti perusahaan, restoran, mall dan lain sebagainya, tetapi kita juga harus menerapkan protokol kesehatan di rumah agar saat keluar rumah kita tetap dalam keadaan sehat dan tidak menulari orang lain. jika kita sendiri yang terinfeksi, sebaliknya bagi perusahaan untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan. agar perusahaan tetap dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat menjual barang atau makanan. Perekonomian para pekerja tidak stabil karena pandemi ini, sehingga jika pemerintah memperketat regulasi, masyarakat harus ikut membantu kehidupan orang lain. Penerapan protokol Starsgym saat ini masih belum efektif, untuk itu kami memberikan masukan kepada Starsgym untuk menyediakan alat kesehatan sesuai protokol yang telah disusun oleh pemerintah. Dan juga dengan rutin melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan di seluruh area dan peralatan gym setiap hari disana. Kemudian memberikan peringatan kepada pelanggan untuk menggunakan masker dan juga menjaga jarak sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah yang telah ditetapkan
