Every company that oriented business  inclusive of in it the Airline, ever expect the advantage from its effort activity. To reach the  target hence each ,every company have to be powered all potency owned.  Because existing emulation will make the consumer  more choice by various service in execute its purchasing at the price of which vary marketing. Such in a condition, company cannot only give all mind to at product which on the market. Abstract

This research aims to prove the stock sub group of the plantation sector has a positive value of the company (investment growth) if measured using model Tobin's q, and potential bankruptcy if measured using models Altman's Z-score first, Altman's Z-score and the Z-Altman's revision of the score as well as modifications to get the stocks that had the best performance based on the model. The sample in this study using census methods, namely the entire company group issuers shares sub plantation sector during the four-year period, starting from the observation of the year 2014-2017 recorded as many as 16 corporate issuers in Indonesia stock exchange, This form of research is research eksplanatoris. The results showed that the company's performance based on investment growth with model Tobin's q on sub plantation sector was by 20% by the year 2014, by the year 2015 amounting to 13.33% and in the year 2016 amounting to 13.33% and the year 2017 of 26.67%. Group company shares sub plantation sector which has the best performance based on the model of the Altman Z-score First for potential bankruptcy was able to note that in 2014, based on code by issuers SSMS, LSIP and AALI. In the year 2015, 2016 and 2017 which had the most improved performance is SSMS and LSIP. Group company shares sub plantation sector which has the best performance based on the model of the Altman Z-score for potential Revision of bankruptcy, it can be noted that in the year 2014, with code ANJT, LSIP issuers and SSMS. In the year 2015, 2016 and 2017 which had the most improved performance is LSIP. Group company shares sub plantation sector which has the best performance based on the model of the Altman Z-score for potential bankruptcy Modification is the year 2014, with code issuers LSIP, SSMS, ANJT, AALI, SGRO and GOLL. In the year 2015, the stocks that have the most excellent performance namely LSIP, ANJT, AALI and SSMS. In the year 2016, the stocks that have the most excellent performance namely LSIP, AALI, ANJT, PALM, SSMS, SMAR and SIMP and the year 2017 which had the most improved performance is LSIP, AALI, ANJT, SSMS and SMAR.

Abstract

The company through Kaizen costing to eliminate inefficient activity activities that occur in the company's production process Here, it can be seen clearly the role of Kaizen implementation to Efficiency of Production Cost (represented by Production Yield, Labor Cost, Material Cost and Transport Cost). The analytical method used is descriptive analysis to reveal facts of the object researched and SEM Analisys. The results showed that (1) the characteristics of Muda, Mura, and Muri and Efficiency of Production Cost is good; and (2) Implementation of Muda, Mura, and Muri together have a positive and significant effect on Efficiency of Production Cost PT. Dasa Anugerah Sejati - Asian Agri Jambi by 83%. The remaining 17% is influenced by other factors not examined. Implementation of Muda, Mura, and Muri have a positive effect on Production Cost Efficiency, meaning that high Efficiency of Production Cost is influenced by high implementation of Muda, Mura, and Muri. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know how big the influence of Brand Image of car purchase decision on Toyota Yaris PT. Agung Toyota Jambi. The method used in this study is simple regression methods to see the influence of the Brand Image of Toyota Yaris car purchase decision and use the correlation coefficient to see how much influence brand image of Toyota Yaris car purchase decision on PT. Agung Toyota Jambi. Based on the analysis known that the influence of the Brand Image of Toyota Yaris car purchase decision seen from the values of r = 0,166. In addition, based on the calculated correlation coefficient demonstrate the value of r square = 0,155 shows that for 40,8% purchasing decision of Toyota Yaris are influenced by Brand Image while the remaining 59,2% influenced by other factors is not examined. Abstract

Indicators of infrastructure, namely the procurement, storage, maintenance and inventory. While performance indicators are the quality, quantity, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, the need for supervision and interpersonal impact. Tebo Traffic Police Office as a government agency responsible for the provision of services to the community in the work area. Servicing the Traffic Police office Tebo guided by an awareness of duties, responsibilities and considerate high perform well so that the police service satisfied. SPSS 20 results obtained equation Y = 0.500 + 0.702 X. From the equation seen the positive effect of infrastructure on the performance of employees in the office of the Traffic Police Tebo evidenced regression coefficients of the equation are owned by 0,702. In other words infrastructure variables can be used as a tool to predict the performance of employees in the Traffic Police office Tebo. The magnitude of the effect seen from the coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.604 or 60.40%. While the remaining 59.60% influenced by other factors, namely discipline, compensation and motivation. Facilities and infrastructure as well as the performance of employees working in the office pretty good Tebo Traffic Police. Based on the statistical test that the regression line is 0.500 + 0.702 X. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.59 arau 59%. This means that the effect of infrastructure on the performance of employees in the office Tebo Traffic Police has a very close relationship, and based on the calculation of t = 6.759> t table = 2.0423. It brings a sense hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The level of work characteristics of organizational commitment, work environment and motivation for employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency based on data from the analysis The influence of work characteristics directly on the work motivation of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency has a positive and significant effect. I This means that the characteristics of the work have the potential to provide a working mechanism so as to create a better work drive.The influence of direct organizational commitment on the work motivation of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency has a positive and significant effect. This means that organizational commitment can provide a passion for work, therefore with a better organizational commitment, employees will be more encouraged to work The influence of direct organizational commitment on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency has a positive and significant effect. This means that organizational commitment that is conducive, adequate, and supports better task execution can improve the performance of employees. The results of simultaneous testing, it was proven that from the three independent variables tested for their effect on performance, it turned out that motivation had a more dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. It gives meaning that, the existence of responsibility, having targets, having goals, feedback, feelings of pleasure, competition, achievements, needs, rewards, incentives, and relationships between each other can improve the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency in carrying out daily work activities

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of leadership style and competence on motivation and its impact on employee performance at the BNN office in East Tanjung Jabung Regency, in this study using descriptive and verification research methods. The sample in this study used the census method, namely all employees who were in the BNN office environment, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, with the help of the SPSS version 25 software program. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely leadership style and competence, have a positive and significant impact on motivation and a positive and significant impact on performance..

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the quality of the product and the price on the cellular card sympathy for your purchasing decision in the student environment. due to the large number of cellular cards circulating in the student environment.The method used in this research is the study of literature’s, a study conducted by using literature and writer’s that is closely related to the object of study, which is intended to obtain studid. Besides theory and information sourced from the internet.Batanghari university since its inception 1985 to date, is fostered by and shelter under jambi education foundation. This foundation is a development of jambi education foundation which was foemerly built STKIP Jambi 1970-1977. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis states that y = 1,112 + 0,199 x1 + -0,087 x2 + e, with R square 74,9%, product quality and price influence the purchase decision on sympathetic cellular cards simultaneously, with a value of 9,360 and a significant level 0,001 . whereas partially only product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions with a value of 2.922 and a significant level of 0.010. The influence of product quality and price simultaneously affect purchasing decisions because the value of the calculation of 9,134> ftabel 3,10. Independent factors can explain the dependent factor by 78.7% while the remaining 21.3% is caused by other factors while partially the quality of the product has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of the sympathetic cellular card, this is evidenced by the value of t count 3.730> t table 1.66159 and states that h1 is accepted and h0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership style, professionalism, work motivation and teacher performance in State High School 1 Merangin and to analyze the influence of leadership style and professionalism partially and simultaneously directly and indirectly on work motivation and employee performance, as well as to analyze work motivation on employee performance. To answer the purpose of this research, this research is supported by theoretical studies related to research variables, namely leadership style, professionalism, work motivation, and performance. In addition, the author is also looking for relevant previous research in the form of articles/journals and previous theses to support this research. The population in this study is teachers of SMAN 1 Merangin which amounts to 50 teachers with conditions in 2022. The data analysis technique used in this study is through path analysis followed by hypothesis testing through F test (Simultaneous) and t test (Partial). From the path analysis testing conducted, it was found that leadership style and professionalism have an influence on work motivation and teacher performance, both directly and indirectly. This explains that if the organization has a good leadership style and better professionalism, this will further increase teacher motivation for the organization and provide maximum work results. This study concluded that the leadership style, professionalism, work motivation and performance of SMAN 1 Merangin teachers are in good condition. In addition, leadership style and professionalism partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on work motivation and teacher performance at SMAN 1 Merangin. Similarly, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of work facilities, competencies, work motivation, and employee performance at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Jambi Branch. To determine the direct and indirect effects of work facilities and competence on employee motivation at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Jambi Branch. To determine the direct and indirect effects of work facilities and competence on employee performance at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Jambi Branch. To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Jambi Branch. To determine the effect of work facilities and competence through work motivation on employee performance. The type of data obtained in this study uses quantitative data sourced from primary data obtained by conducting research and questionnaires, secondary data can be obtained by reading, studying and understanding through other media sourced from literature and library books or data from companies related to the research. In this research, the object of research is employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Jambi Branch. Work Facilities and Competence simultaneously affect the motivation of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Jambi Branch. Work Facilities and Competence partially have a positive and significant impact on Motivation. Work Facilities and Competence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Jambi Branch. Work Facilities and Competence partially have a significant effect on performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Jambi Branch. The suggestions put forward should be for the leader to play an active role by providing special attention accompanied by rewards so that the work process undertaken gives good results.
