Abstract

Sistem prediksi harga saham yang akurat sangat dibutuhkan oleh para investor untuk menentukankebijakan (pengambilan keputusan) investasi masa datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang danmengembangkan suatu sistem aplikasi prediksi harga saham berbasis web dengan sistem inferensi fuziTsukamoto. Masukan data untuk prediksi adalah berupa variabel permintaan, penawaran dan laju inflasi.Keluaran dari prediksi harga saham adalah nilai prediksi harga saham dalam periode tertentu berdasarkanperhitungan dengan sistem basis data fuzi. Sistem prediksi harga saham yang dirancang, diujikan untukmemprediksi harga saham Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem aplikasiprediksi harga saham berbasis web dengan inferensi Tsukamoto dapat memprediksi harga saham dengankeakuratan yang tinggi dan mempunyai level penerimaan yang baik dari broker.Kata kunci: prediksi harga saham, fuzi, web.

Abstract

Saat ini Handphone (HP) dengan fasilitas pengiriman pesan singkat (Short Message Service, SMS) telahdigunakan secara luas oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat sebagai sarana saling berkomunikasi. SMS juga telahdigunakan untuk memeriksa rekening bank, transfer uang, melihat email, mengikuti polling, dan aplikasilainnya. Penggunaan HP juga lebih populer di masyarakat daripada internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenyediakan layanan informasi publik interaktif berbasis SMS di Pemkot Surakarta yang diharapkan memilikitingkat keteraksesan masyarakat yang tinggi. Sistem layanan dirancang menggunakan Bahasa PemrogrammanDelphi versi 7.0 dengan komponen library Comport versi 3.0, dan menggunakan HP SIEMENS M35 yangterhubung ke komputer pribadi melalui COM1. Sistem dirancang secara real-time agar bisa mengelolainformasi yang masuk dan memberikan jawaban informasi tentang pendidikan, perizinan, lingkungan danbantuan layanan sesuai permintaan masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terhadap kata-kata kunci, hasilprosentase penerimaan masyarakat pada aspek kemudahan permintaan layanan, kemudahan petunjukpermintaan perintah layanan, kesesuaian permintaan dengan jawaban yang diberikan, dan kemampuanmerespon ketika perintah permintaan layanan ada kesalahan dan waktu pemrosesan pesan, sistem yangdirancang layak dikembangkan dan digunakan sebagai sarana untuk membantu kinerja Pemkot Surakartadalam memberikan pelayanan informasi yang interaktif kepada masyarakat.Kata kunci: SMS, Delphi, Comport, M35, Informasi Publik.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a practicum tool in the form of student worksheets and wireless data logging systems for learning guided inquiry models of capacitor characteristic material. The model used is the ADDIE development model which includes 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The tools developed have been validated by experts using instruments in the form of giving questionnaires with predetermined criteria and indicators. From the results of the validation, it was obtained the assessment of the objective aspects, the truth aspects of the concept, aspects of clarity of sentence, aspects of physical appearance and practical aspects of getting an average score of 85.18%, included in the Very Eligible category. Based on the results of the trial the student response tool after practicum got an average score of 89.67% included in the very feasible category. Based on the assessment that has been done, it can be concluded that,the principle of capacitor characteristics of the model of guided inquiry assisted wireless data logging is feasible to use and can be applied. The advantages of the model of guided inquiry inquiry assisted by wireless data logging are acquisition of data assisted by wireless data logging faster, simplifying data retrieval, data obtained can be analyzed directly using Smarthpone, effective and efficient in overcoming the constraints of limited experimental equipment.The drawback is that the student worksheets need time intervals for each step of inquiry learning Keywords: Development of devices, characteristics of capacitors, guided inquiry models, wireless data logging
