Abstract

CV. Bunda Bakery merupakan produsen kue yang telah lama berdiri, dimana produksi dan pemasaran selalu dalam kondisi naik dan turun. Untuk menstabilkan proses produksi dan pemasaran maka perlu dibuat standar kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan metode Key Performance Index (KPI).KPI di CV. Bunda Bakery dibagi dua, yaitu Pencapaian Keuntungan dan Peningkatan Produktivitas yang selanjutnya dijabarkan dalam 9 parameter KPI. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode perbandingan KPI berdasarkan waktu dan kompeatitor maka dapat ditentukan beberapa kriteria yang telah memenuhi standar nilai KPI , yaitu Efisiensi Penggunaan Bahan Baku, Optimalisasi Biaya Bahan Baku, Jumlah Pelatihan, Variasi Kue Baru, Penambahan Alat Produksi, SDM yang Memiliki Keahlian, dan Ketepatan Waktu Produksi. Sementara parameter KPI yang belum memenuhi standar nilai adalah Pengurangan Waste dan Pemenuhan Jumlah Permintaan.Analisa perbandingan dengan competitor menunjukkan bahwa CV. Bunda Bakery masih tertinggal dalam capaian KPI dibandingkan CV. Mega Bakery sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi perbaikan sehingga capaian KPI CV. Bunda Bakery menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Nowadays smartphone users are increasing, including Industrial Engineering Students at UIN SUSKA Riau. The use of smartphones has a positive-negative impact so it is worth responding to as best as possible. Student behavior using smartphones varies, whether it is in line with expectations to improve academic achievement. Research knows how the behavior of students using smartphones with statistical tests, namely the test of validity, reliability and linear regression test to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable (Student IP). Based on the results of the study involving 260 samples from 737 population of Industrial Engineering Students in 2018 showed a reliability value of 0.746 with 25 statements declared valid. The results of linear regression are Y=2,796+0,004X1-0,029X2+0,019X3+0,089X4+0,051X5+0,033X6+0,051X7. The most influential variable is the variable "content that is accessed", meaning that if the content is accessed can be increased it can improve academic achievement. The negative value is the variable "Asking the Lecturer with social media", meaning that asking a lot of lecturers with social media is not recommended especially personal matters because of the lecturer guiding. Thus the behavior of students using smartphones influences academic achievement.

Abstract

Dalam era industri 4.0 saat ini, persaingan bisnis berkembang dengan pesat. lokasi adalah suatu tempat untuk setiap bisnis yang di lakukan dan merupakan suatu keputusan penting, karena keputusan yang salah dapat mengakibatkan kegagalan sebelum bisnis dimulai. Memilih lokasi usaha harus sangat-sangat dipertimbangkan dengan hati-hati karena kemudahan untuk menjangkau tempat usaha sangat mempengaruhi kedatangan konsumen. TOPSIS merupakan sebuah pendekatan menghitung jarak ke solusi ideal positif dan negatif kemudian memilih solusi ideal positif terdekat. Alternatif dengan kode A3 yaitu Lokasi Lubuk Gaung memiliki nilai preferensi tertinggi yaitu 0,588, lebih tinggi di bandingkan dengan alternatif A2 yaitu Lokasi Purnama dengan nilai preferensi 0,508 dan alternatif A3 yaitu Lokasi Mampu Jaya dengan nilai preferensi 0,326. Sehingga Lokasi Lubuk Gaung adalah pemilihan pertama lokasi yang paling sesuai dengan kriteria yang di inginkan oleh Owner Darmawan Cell untuk tempat usaha nya yang baru karena lokasi tersebut memiliki nilai tertinggi dari 10 aspek kriteria yang di inginkan.

Abstract

This research discusses a company engaged in printing newspapers or newspapers. There are 3 main ingredients in making newspapers, namely stencil paper, plate cleaning liquid and plate. The problem faced by the company is that the supply of the main ingredients has weaknesses, including delays in fulfilling the demand for the main ingredients with the uncertainty of the company's demand with the supplier of the main ingredients for making newspapers. The purpose of this research is to determine the number of main raw material stocks in newspaper production using the probabilistic economic order quantity (EOQ) method so as to minimize the total inventory cost. Mapping of the main material requirements using forecasting, calculation of economic order quantity (EOQ) probabilistic and calculation of inventory costs and the difference in savings in total inventory costs. The results of the probabilistic economic order quantity (EOQ) are 1 roll of stencil paper, 1 jug of plate cleaning liquid and 16 boxes of plates with a difference in cost savings of Rp. 108,867,156.

Abstract

The increasing number of coffee shops in Pekanbaru city significantly makes Median Coffee and Eatery required to remain competitive by determining the right planning / strategy. In the last few months Median Coffee and Eatery has experienced a very significant decline in profits. This study aims to design alternative strategies by providing new innovations in developing and maintaining businesses using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) and Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) methods. Based on the results of calculations using the QSPM method, 7 alternative strategies were obtained, there are 3 priority strategies that have the highest TAS value, namely providing an attractive outdoor area (TAS 7.647), expanding indoor and parking areas (TAS 7.643), and optimizing promotional activities (TAS 7.559). This research is expected to be an evaluation and consideration for business owners so that Median Coffee and Eatery can increase sales.
