Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas mengnai otonomi daerah dan pembiayaan pengaruhnya pada kinerja penidikan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu library riset. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: perjalanan otonomi daerah didindonesia begitu panjang, bahkan teh di mulai sejak di masa penjajahan Belanda dan Jepang, di lanjut pada pemerintahan orde lama hingga orde baru, namun dalam beberapa dekade tersebut pelaksanaan otonomi daerah terlihat sangat kurang maksimal dan masih kental akan kepentingan pemerintah pusat, otonomi daerah mulai di maksimalkan pada era reformasi setelah keruntuhan orde baru, dengan diterbikannya revisi undang-undang nomor 22 tahun 1999 yang telah direvisi menjadi undang-undang nomor 32 tahun 2004 tentang pemerintahan daerah yang menandakan di mulainya tatanan baru dalam pemerintahan yang sentralistik menjadi desentralistik. Perubahan tatanan ini juga mengakibatkan perubahan dalam masalah penyelenggaraan pendidikan, dan termasuk di dalamnya pembiayaan pendidikan, di era otonomi daerah wewenang dalam pelaksanaan kebiajakan anggaran pendidikan di daerah menjadi tanggung jawab masng-masing daerah, pemerintah pusat sudah tidak punya lagi wewenang untuk ikut mengurusi pengelolaan anggaran pendidikan di daerah, namun pemerintah pusat masih berkewajiban memberikan sokongan dana pendidikan yang cukup besar kepada daerah-daerag di seluruh Indonesia, dengan di berlakukannya otonomi daerah konsep pembiayaan pendidikan di daerah-daerah yang tersusun dalam RAPAD sesungguhnya sebagian besar anggarannya masih di peroleh dari pusat (Block Grant) yang di salurkan ke setiap daerah dalam bentuk paket Dana alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAU) dan (DAK), namun ada pengkhusuan bagi daerah-daerah yang memilki sumberdaya alam yang di kelola oleh pemerintah pusat di daerahnya, maka mereka mendapatkan tambahan anggaran dari sistem bagi hasil keuntungan dari sumberdaya alam tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) Whether there is a positive and significant relationship with the effectiveness of madrasah head leadership on teacher performance, 2) Whether there is a positive and significant relationship with work motivation to teacher performance, 3) Is there a positive and significant relationship to the effectiveness of madrasah head leadership and work motivation together to teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative research with research location in MTs Se-Sub Rayon 50 Subdistrict Percut Sei Tuan. The population in this study was teachers in MTs Se-Sub Rayon 50 Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict, the number of teachers 271 people actively on duty in 2020/2021. The study sample was conducted based on Kriechie Morgan's table of 153 people. The results showed that:  1) There is a positive and significant contribution between the variable effectiveness of leadership (X1) to teacher performance (Y). With the score obtained from the trend test result of 76.4% in the fairly high category, the simple correlation calculation result was obtained 0.485>0.158 at the moderate level of relationship between the leadership effectiveness variable (X1) and the teacher performance (Y). 2) There is a positive and significant contribution between the variables of teacher work motivation (X2) to teacher performance (Y). With the acquisition of the value of the trend test result of 82.4% in the fairly-high category, the simple correlation calculation result was obtained 0.790>0.158 at the high level of the relationship between the teacher's work motivation variable (X2) and the teacher's performance (Y). 3) There is a positive and significant contribution between the variable effectiveness of leadership (X1) and the motivation of teacher work (X2) together Towards teacher performance (Y) obtained R Square value (coeffesien determination) of 0.716 = 71.6%. The results of the double regression equation test also obtained the value of each variable, the magnitude of the Coefesien iregresi (β) leadership effectiveness (X1) = 0.304, the motivation of the teacher's work (X2) = 0.280, so obtained hypotheses is that there is a positive and significant contribution between the variable effectiveness of leadership (X1) and the motivation of the teacher's work (X2) to the performance of teachers (Y). So it can be interpreted if the better leadership exemplified by the head of madrasah and the motivation given to teachers in MTs Sub-Rayon 50 Percut Sei Tuan, the better the performance of teachers (Y).

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan profesionalitas guru. Ayat-ayat tersebut kemudian ditafsirkan menurut Tafsir al-Mishbah karya M. Quraish Shihab. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research), dan termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kualitatif. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode tematik (maudhû‘i), yakni menghimpun ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang berbicara tentang profesionalitas guru. Selanjutnya, untuk mengungkap makna-makna serta simbol-simbol dalam ayat-ayat al-Qur’an tentang rumusan profesionalitas guru, penulis menggunakan pendekatan linguistik, semiotik, hermeneutik dan psikologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan profesionalitas guru dalam konsep Tafsir al-Mishbah dapat dilakukan melalui upaya membangun kompetensi guru yang profesional berbasis nilai-nilai Islami, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan bercirikan nilai-nilai Islami, menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang efektif berciri khas Islam, dan mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan nasional dengan pengembangan berbagai kompetensi profesionalitas guru.Abstract: Teacher’s Professionalism in M. Quraish Shihab’s Tafsir al-Mishbah. This study aims to reveal Quranic verses related to teacher’s professionalism. The verses are  interpreted through Tafsir al-Mishbah the works of M. Quraish Shihab. This research is a library research and categorise as qualitative research. The method use is thematic method (maudhû‘i) which collecting the verses of al-Qur’an that tell about the teacher’s professionalism. Then to uncover the meanings and symbols use in the verses of al-Qur’an which formulate the teachers’ profesionalisms, the authors use linguistics, semiotics, hermeneutics and psychology approaches. The result of the research showed that the formation of the teachers’ professionalism in Tafsir al-Mishbah concept can be done through, building teachers’ profesionalism competencies based on Islamic values, creating conducive learning and Islamic values characteristics, creating effective learning with Islamic characteristics, and supporting the purposes of national education with development of teachers’ profesionalism competencies.  Kata Kunci: al-Qur’an, M. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran lembar kerja peserta didik dengan pendekatan inkuiri terbimbing untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi limit fungsi kelas XI SMA Swasta Tamansiswa Sukadamai. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA Swasta Tamansiswa Sukadamai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian research and development (R&D). Tingkat kevalidan lembar kerja peserta didik yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata yang didapatkan dari ahli materi 4,16, ahli media 4,18, guru matematika 4,75 dan teman sejawat 4,41. Sehingga rata-rata penliaian dari kevalidan lembar kerja peserta didik memperoleh 4,38 yang kategori sangat baik. Kepraktisan lembar kerja peserta didik dilihat melalui angket respon peserta didik yang mendapat nilai rata-rata 4,12 dengan kategori baik. Kemudian keefektifan lembar kerja peserta didik dilihat melalui ketuntasan belajar peserta didik yang mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 60% dan masuk dalam kategori baik. Perangkat pembelajaran lembar kerja peserta didik ini memenuhi tingkat valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan selama proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik; Pendekatan Inkuiri Terbimbing; Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Abstract This study aims to develop a learning device for student worksheets with a guided inquiry approach to optimize students' critical thinking skills in class XI material at SMA Swasta Tamansiswa Sukadamai. The subjects in this study were students of class XI Tamansiswa Sukadamai Private High School. This research uses research and development (R&D) research methods. With a 4D research model that is define, design, develop, and dessiminate. The level of validity of the student worksheets, namely with the average value obtained from material experts 4.16, media experts 4.18, mathematics teachers 4.75 and peers 4,41. So that the average assessment of the validity of the student worksheets is 4.38 which is a very good category. The practicality of the student worksheets was seen through the questionnaire responses of students who got an average score of 4.12 with good categories. Then the effectiveness of the student worksheets is seen through the students' learning mastery which has increased by 60% and is in the good category. This student worksheet learning device meets the valid, practical, and effective level used during the learning process. Abstract

The low reading culture in teachers has an impact on the low ability and interest in writing scientific papers, of course; also have an impact on the stagnant level of education and teacher’s rank. Nationally, most of the teacher's rank stops at group IV A. Because starting group IVA and above class increased, it requires the component of writing scientific papers, besides teaching component. The results showed that reading culture among Madrasah teachers who became the object of this research increased after the Grant Program of School Quality Component Assistance 3 Madrasah accreditation phase 2 of Indonesia Education Partnership to Australia. They are increasingly aware of the importance of improving the quality of self and improving the quality of Madrasah. Efforts are made to improve the culture of reading teachers, including 1) adding facilities for reading places, such as libraries and reading parks; 2) increasing the number of books collected in Madrasah, related to subjects and textbooks supporting subjects; 3) involving teachers in scientific forums, such as scientific paper competition, short stories, and seminars; 4). The principal as a leading coach for teachers provides motivation to teachers through teacher board meetings as well as directly, in order to increase interest in reading their teachers.

Abstract

This article was written in order to construct the concept of education financing models. The type of writing in the article is qualitative research using library research with content analysis method as a data analysis tool. The description of the results of this article is that the ideal financing model in an area really depends on various conditions. It may be by choosing one or by combining two or more of the existing models. For Indonesia's condition, the financing model cannot be separated from central government subsidies, even though there is authority as mandated by the Regional Autonomy Law.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Arabic Language Education Curriculum Management at STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang is the only strata 1 university in Sumatra that requires all students to apply. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data were collected by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study are a. Arabic Language Education Curriculum Planning; B. Implementation of the Arabic Language Education Curriculum. What this as-sunnah university does can be a model for other universities that have a similar vision, especially in the development of foreign language skills, especially Arabic.

Abstract

This study examines leading school and college improvement, the research method uses the type of library research, which is a series of activities related to library data collection methods. The results of the study found that to improve the quality of education in schools, various management models and quality improvement strategies could be taken, including Total Quality Management Theory, Organizing Business For Excelency Theory, Four Factor Quality Improvement Models, and Education Quality Improvement through School-Based Management. The strategy to improve the quality of education in schools can be done in the following ways: namely a strategy that emphasizes the results (the output oriented strategy), a strategy that emphasizes the process (the process oriented strategy), and a comprehensive strategy (the comprehensive strategy). As for the challenges in efforts to improve the quality of education in schools, there are many but in essence the inadequate resources of education actors in schools, political will from policy holders and the education policy itself. Some things that must be considered in connection with the strategy to improve the quality of education in universities include Students Who Are Educated, Lecturers as Educators and Teachers, Facilities and Infrastructure

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan mengenai peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen mutu pendidikan di SMA Swasta Dwiwarna Teladan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan juga wawancara terhadap kepala sekolah tempat penelitian. Hasil yang diperoleh menjelaskan bahwa kepala sekolah telah melaksanakan berbagai upaya dan telah berperan untuk meningkatkan manajemen mutu pendidikan di SMA Swasta Dwiwarna. Upaya yang dilakukan meliputi berbagai peran penting dalam hal kepemimpinan dan juga pengelolaan baik terhadap guru, siswa, sarana prasarana dan juga pendukung sekolah lainnya. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini peran kepala sekolah sangat penting dalam meningkatkan manajemen mutu pendidikan dan peran kepala sekolah telah di lakukan dalam peran sebagai edukator, manajer, administrator, supervisor, leader, inovator dan juga motivator.

Abstract

Mutu merupakan proses terstruktur untuk memperbaiki keluaran yang dihasilkan. Bagi setiap institusi mutu adalah agenda utama dan tugas yang paling penting dan tedapat dua hal yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu kualitas dan kuantitas. Banyak lembaga pendidikan yang mengharapkan keberhasilan baik dari segi kualitas maupun dalam segi kuantitas seorang peserta didik. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka atau yang biasa disebut studi literatur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data dari berbagai rujukan melalui beberapa buku, majalah yang berkaitan dengan tujuan untuk mengungkapkan berbagai teori yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi atau diteliti.
