Abstract

The implementation of multiculturalism value through group councelling to increase tolerent behaviour among the students at SMK Admadja Jember. This group councelling involved the tenth and eleventh grade students of SMK Admadja Jember as the subjects. This research was a counselling action research which was implemented in two cycles considering the time span and the researcher’s level of ability. Specifically, action cycle II was conducted due to the absence of intended target. In general,the result of this action research can be concluded that the implementation of multiculturism value could increase tolerant behaviour among the students of SMK Admadja Jember. It could be seen through how the students could respect others’ opinion, sypathetic manner of expressing opinion, accepting group’s decision, positive view on deversity, and the spirit of togetherness. The subjects considered that deversity was a gift for sharing and supportiveness.Key Words : Multiculturalism  Value, Tolerant

Abstract

In order to be self-independet  learners  students  are highly required  to learn (Dimyati & Mudjiono, 2009: 5). According to Skiner (in Dimyati & MUdjiono, 2009: 9) learning is a behavior.  He  adds  that  when  students   are  learning  something,  they  will  get  better response.  On the other hand, their response  will decrease  when they are not learning. In accordance with the previous illustration, the researchers  conducted  abservation  in SD Al Muttaqien  Boarding School  Kaliwates. The result  of  the  observation  about  students’ solidarity suggest  tha  it is between  55% -64%. This study aimed  an investigating the  e increase  of students’  solidarity through  the  implementation  of the  group guidance. The researcher  employs classroom action research (CAR) as a research method. It includes two cycles. The results of this study on cycle I suggest 80 % and on cycle 2 85 %. Based on the result of questionaire, the highest score for the “yes” answer is 23 or 92%. Further, for the “No” answer the result is 8 or 32%. Based on the previous result, it can perfectly prove that the students’ solidarity can be signivicantly improved through the implementation  of this method. Keywords: Students’ solidarity, the group guidance

Abstract

Character education is an effort to educate children in order to make decisions and practice them in their daily lives. Researchers are observing at TK B Puspa Melati Jember Odd semester year lesson 2019-2020 and obtained data about 46% or nearly half of the existing learners experiencing a level of low self-reliance. This research aims to improve the character's self-reliant through the game people's crank. The type of research used is research into class action (PTK). The procedure used is a cycle model. Based on the research results, the I cycle of students still has no independent attitude. Cycle II students have developed as expected (BSH), there are even some that are developing very well (BSB). It can be concluded that the people's games can improve the students ' independent character.  Keywords: Independent Characters, the People's Game Crank

Abstract

The high frequency of sexual assault charges against young children in the 5–6 year age group served as the impetus for this study. In order to address this issue, early childhood educators must employ engaging and innovative media to teach young children—those between the ages of five and six—about sexuality. Thus, preschool teachers in schools can benefit from the use of sex education puppet media while educating their kids about sex. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of using puppetry to introduce young children (ages 5–6) to early sex education. Children between the ages of five and six participated in the research at Kindergarten Amalia Jember. Research and Development (R&D) is the research methodology employed. Techniques for gathering data include observation and questionnaires. Data analysis with product creation and testing the viability of the product. Based on the material expert's evaluation of every facet, the feasibility test has a total score of 21.00, with an average score of 3.00 in the adequate category. The overall score for the aspects evaluated was 41.00, with an average of 2.70 in the sufficient category, depending on how well-suited media experts are. Based on the sample test results, this indicates that the Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.08 > 0.05, it is determined that the development of puppet media for sex education has been effectively established for kids between the ages of 5 and 6.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang Dampak Konseling Kelompok Terhadap Online Resilience Siswa Pada Kegiatan Literasi Digital Kelas X AKL3 Di SMK 02 Islam x 45 Ambulu dengan responden yang diteiliti sebanyak 5 siswa dari 31 siswa yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode angket. Analisis data menggunakan Uji-t. Untuk memastikan apakah data yang ada memenuhi asumsi paired t-test yaitu asumsi normalitas pada masing-masing data. untuk masing – masing data pretest dan postest sebesar 0,400 dan 0,843. Nilai ini lebih besar dari 0,05 maka sebagaimana dasar pengambilan keputusan uji normalitas Shapiro Wilk di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa data tingkat online resilience siswa berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka di peroleh tingkat online resilience siswa sebelum diberikan treatment konseling kelompok dengan rata-rata sebesar 41, dan tingkat online resilience siswa setealah diberikan treatment konseling kelompok dengan rata-rata sebesar 56. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa secara statistik nilai rata – rata postest lebih besar dari nilai rata – rata pretest (terjadi peningkatan). Selanjutnya untuk membuktikan apakah prebedaan rata – rata tersebut signifikan atau tidak maka dapat dilihat dengan membandingkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) pada uji “paired sample test”.

Abstract

Perencanaan Karier adalah salah satu cara untuk membantu siswa dalam memilih suatu bidang Karier yang sesuai dengan potensi mereka. masa ini terjadi pada saat masa transisi atau masa peralihan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa/remaja. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 3 kelas dan populasi sebanyak 56 responden.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah korelasi. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis data menggunakan rumus korelasi product momen person diatas diperoleh r hitung sebesar -0,0169 dan r tabel sebesar 0,266 . Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa -r hitung < r tabel (-0,0169 < 0,266). Sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara self afficacy dengan perencanaan Karier pada siswa kelas VIII AB dan C di MTS BUSTANUL ULUM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ha terdapat korelasi antara Slf efficacy dengan perencanaan karier siswa dan Ho di tolak.Artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Self Efficacy dengan perencanaan karier siswa MTs Bustanul Ulum Panti. Semakin tinggi Self Efficacy siswa maka tinggi pula perencanaan karier yang di miliki oleh siswa. Dan dengan begitu siswa yang memiliki Self Efficacy maka siswa tersebut akan lebih berhati-hati dalam bertindak dan melakukan sesuatu karena dirinya juga bisa dengan baik mengendalian dirinya.
