Abstract

Self esteem can occur in adolescence, one of which is at school age. School age is the transition period of individuals from childhood to adulthood, so that many problems are faced, both with oneself and with the surrounding environment. This study aims to determine the increase in student self esteem by providing personal social guidance services. This study used guidance and counseling action research (PTBK). The population is determined as the research respondents. The data collection methods used in this study were questionnaire method, and observation. Based on the results of the study; the first cycle at the first meeting, the respondents still showed low self esteem, which showed only 50%. While in cycle 2, researchers emphasized more on providing reinforcement to respondents so that the self esteem can increase to 70%. This can be seen from the column showing that self esteem has increased to 70%. Keywords: self esteem, social personal guidance

Abstract

Bullying is defined as repeated aggression carried out by one or more people who aim to harm or disturb others physically, verbally or psychologically. Verbal bullying is a desire to harm or disturb other people in a non-physical manner which includes: 1) calling names of ridicule, 2) extortion, 3) threatening, 4) swear words, 5) taunting friends. This research was conducted in class VIIIb of MTs. Al-Ma'arif Wuluhan. This research used quantitative approach of a pre-experimental with one group pretest design. The population in this study was all eighth grade students of MTs. Al - Ma'arif Wuluhan and the sample was taken using purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used in this study were observations, interviews, and questionnaires which were then analyzed using the Wilcoxom test. The results of research on verbal bullying behavior has decreased from the role playing technique to verbal bullying behavior of class VIIIb MTs AL-MA'ARIF students. It can be seen from Z count (0, 186)> Z table (0.05) which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Keyword: role playing, verbal bullying

Abstract

Burnout learning can prevent a person from becoming a personal success desired for his future life. Researchers conducted observations at the junior high school Al-Hikmah Jambuan boarding school class VII even semester of the academic year 2016-2017 and obtained data about 56% or more than half the students who experienced burnout learning. This study aims to reduce the intensity of learning burnout through group dynamics. The type of research used is action research guidance and counseling (PTBK). The procedure used is the cycle model. Based on the results of the research, the first cycle of the first meeting of respondents still shows the attitude of learning burnout. It is shown from student activeness, student interest, student enthusiasm, and conducive student only ranged between 60-66%. The second meeting, respondents have shown a better situation that is about 78%. The first cycle of the first meeting is about 80%. The second meeting, student activity, student interest, student enthusiasm, and conducive students increased, ranging from 89-91%. Thus, it can be concluded that group dynamics can decrease the intensity of learning burnout.Keywords: Learning Burnout, Group Dynamics

Abstract

This study aims to reduce the intensity of learning burnout through individual counseling. Abstract

Communication is the daily activities most carried out by humans os social being. The researchers conducted observation in class VII hare low interpersonal communication skills. This study aines to determine the impact of role playing training techtgues to improve interpersonal communication skills of student in grade VII second semester MTs As Shiddiqy Pakis-Panti of academic year 2017/2018. This research used is pre experiment the procedure used  is one group pretest deseign, pretest result subject recerved a score of 70, 68, 73, 69, 71, 64, 72, 69 which included the category of low interpersonal communication skills. Posttest result after receiving treatment score of 90, 84, 91, 85, 93, 87, 91, 87 than the value of count = -1,260 is greather than z table it proves that the training role playing techniques affect interpersonal communication skills.  Keywords : Role playing, Interpersonal Communication.

Abstract

School Fullday a school alternative currentlyinterestedin our society especially for parents busy with work. They think choice school Fullday the very effective fortheir childrens. Researchers do observation in class V SDNU 22 Full Day AL HIKMAH Kesilir Wuluhan indicating that mostof the their students have saturation while the school day, due to start morning until the afternoon they are in school. This study aims to know the decline Burnout (saturation learning) using the guidance of group with engineering psikodramaon the students class V SDNU 22 Full Day AL HIKMAH Kesilir Wuluhan the school year 2017/2018.This researche using action researche guidance and counseling (PTBK), while the procedure is used model cycle. Based on the research, after doing post Treatment on cycle 1mshows that the value of the  ofBurnout on students class V SD NU 22 Full Day Al HIKMAH Kesilir Wuluhan the school year 2017/2018 shows the range of low value and has reached the value of the success indicators between the value of 30-50, so the reserchers enoughto do treatment on the cycle of 1. Abstract

A policy that involves acomponent of students arriving from the head of the school until aparent students .Policy would just go on good if there were concrete steps from school to resuscitate school bullying of all components of how it is very disturbing the teaching and learning process.Then the researcher use a method of role playing which in its implementation resembling guidance of the group to help to drive down the intensity of bullying to their students class VIIIE MTs Nahdlatuth-ThalabahWuluhan in 2017/2018 who are assumed to be quite high .Researchers assume that that method is more efficient because students can directly plays the role of .This study was conducted in the first half of the even on the date may until the date of 2018 04 june 2018. From the results of the pre treatment shows that the intensity of bullying to their students class viii e mtsnahdlatuththalaba in 2017/2018 show range a value sufficiently high 14 from 33 students reached 56-72 value between ,and 17 other students are 40-56 reached midrange set of values,and two students reached susceptible namely 24-40 low,for that researchers planned the act of as many as twice cycles and each cycle three times face to face. Abstract

Self esteem is self-evaluation. This research was conducted to see the influence of the use of gadgets on student self esteem. Methods of study used quantitive methods and simple correlates. The purpose of this correlation study was conducted to determine the influence between the research objectives of correlation is done to know the influence between the free variable (independent variable) namely the intensity of use of gadgets and bound variables (dependent variable) i.e. self esteem. Research location at SMP 01 Islam Jember. Data collection is done by means of interviews, polls and documents. Based on statistical tests using the Pearson Product Moment test obtained a R value of 0.4022 with a range of correlation coefficients ranging between-1, 0 and 1 It can be concluded that there is a moderate relationship. From the result of the calculation by using T test, obtained t count by 10.07433 thereby hypothesis (ha) that said that there is influence of the intensity of use of gadgets against self esteem Students class VII SMP Islam Jember Received and hypotheses (HO) Be dipelling.  Keywords: Intensity Gadget, Self Esteem

Abstract

Based on the results of preliminary observations by the now major data and obtain the numbers in all schools of juvenile delinquency percentage 51%, after being given the action cycle I juvenile delinquency in schools has decreased by a large percentage of 48%, having resumed on cycle II juvenile delinquency rate has decreased by a large percentage of 74%.Thus the conclusion: the granting of individual counselling services showed that the intensity of juvenile delinquency in schools has decreased. Research activities have been successfully categorized karna percentages under the indicators of success that has been set by 80% the percentage of juvenile delinquency in schools. Thus with the granting of individual counselling services can lower the intensity of juvenile delinquency in schools class VIII in junior high school year Wuluhan Ulum Bustanul 2016/2017. Abstract

Confidence is the key to self motivation. Individuals will not live a good life without any confidence. Researchers conducted observations in MTs ASHRI Jember class VIII A academic year 2017-2018 and the result of pretest is 42% which is classified in the qualification is less and still bellow the average of ideal confidence. This study aims to increase self confidence through group guidance services with sociodrama techniques. The type of research used is action research guidance and counseling (PTBK). The procedure used is the cycle model. Based on the result of research on the implementation of the cycle of  I respondents still showed an attitude of lack confidence. It shown from not nervous when appearing in front of the class, feeling confident that they can, dare in eksplore role and do not look shy embarrassment that only around 50%. And in the IInd cycle began to show an increasein confidence in student this is seen in not nervous when appearing in front of the class, feel confident that they can, dare in eksplore role and do not look shy embarrassment that only ranges between 75%. Thus it can be concluded that the service of group guidance with sociodrama technique can improve self confidence of class VIII A MTs ASHRI Jember. Keywords: Self confidence, Sociodrama.
