Abstract

Guidance and counseling services are aimed at helping to overcome many difficulties faced by girls both personal problems, learning, social and career. To overcome forms of student delinquency needed efforts of schools, especially teacher guidance and counseling to both prevention and cure. Research on the effects of guidance and counseling services on the decline in delinquency Schoolgirl MTs. Al Falah Ampel Wuluhan Jember with respondents who researched many as 20 students from class VII is taken as a whole. Based on the results of the study, the statistical results obtained were 0.241 in the range 0.20-0.40 which means that juvenile delinquency in MTs. Al Falah falls into the low category. Thus there is the influence of guidance and counseling services to the decline of student misbehavior in MTs. One-Stop Al Falah Wuluhan Jember and low influence. Abstract

The study of the provision of group counseling services to increase the confidence of class VIII b students in Al-Ma’arif Wuluhan 2017/2018 Academic Year with 23 respondents as respondents. The data collection method used was Observation and Questionnaire, the data analysis used was descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of the initial observation by giving a questionnaire and obtaining the main data with a percentage of students 'self-confidence in the school by 41%, after being given counseling service actions in the group in the first cycle students' self-confidence increased with a percentage of 56%, after the second cycle students' self-confidence in schools has increased considerably, with a percentage of 74%. The provision of group counseling services shows that students' self-confidence in schools has increased. This research activity has been categorized as successful because it reaches the percentage above the predetermined success indicator, which is equal to 65% of the students' self-confidence in school. Therefore the provision of group counseling services can increase the confidence of class VIII B MTs Al-Ma’arif Wuluhan Academic Year 2017/2018 Keywords: Group Counseling, Student Confidence

Abstract

Based on the results of preliminary observations by the now major data and obtain the numbers in all schools of juvenile delinquency percentage 51%, after being given the action cycle I juvenile delinquency in schools has decreased by a large percentage of 48%, having resumed on cycle II juvenile delinquency rate has decreased by a large percentage of 74%.Thus the conclusion: the granting of individual counselling services showed that the intensity of juvenile delinquency in schools has decreased. Research activities have been successfully categorized karna percentages under the indicators of success that has been set by 80% the percentage of juvenile delinquency in schools. Thus with the granting of individual counselling services can lower the intensity of juvenile delinquency in schools class VIII in junior high school year Wuluhan Ulum Bustanul 2016/2017. Abstract

Application of Career Guidance to increase Talent and Interest of students in MA’ARIF13 Middle School Curahtakir Tempurejo Jember Regency.Research on the Application of Career Guidance to increase Talent and Interest of students at MA'ARIF Middle School 13 Curahtakir Tempurejo, Jember Regency with the respondents studied were 32 students. The methods used in this study were Observation, Reflection and Questionnaire.Based on preliminary research results obtained data with a percentage number (37%) which is 12 students in the high value category, (63%) which is 20 students in the moderate value category and there are no students in the low value category, after being given action in cycle I the application of career guidance to improve the talents and interests of students has increased with the percentage (81%) that is 26 students in the high value category, (19%) that is 6 students in the medium category and not found in the low value category.Thus concluded:the application of career guidance to increase students' talent, has increased. Research activities are categorized as successful because they reach a percentage above the success indicator which is set at 75% of students get or are in the high value category.In this thesis also provides suggestions for the perfection of further research and the closing is the end of this thesis research report.
