Abstract

Smart campus merupakan sarana bagi Perguruan Tinggi (PT) untuk memenangkan kompetisi pada era industry 4.0. Sistem smart campus membantu PT dalam memberikan pelayanan yang cepat, akurat dan real time bagi seluruh civitas akademiknya. Akan tetapi investasi penerapan smart campus memerlukan biaya yang besar sehingga diperlukan sebuah rencana strategis yang cerdas. Untuk mendapatkan manfaat yang optimal, rencana strategis perancangan smart campus harus diselaraskan dengan kebutuhan bisnis PT. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan bisnis pada PT. Potensi kebutuhan bisinis diperoleh dengan melakukan analisis value chain terhadap lingkungan bisnis internal PT, yaitu dengan memetakan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing bagian pada diagram value chain. Hasil analisis value chain menunjukkan aktivitas bisnis pada PT berdasarkan tujuan, sasaran dan program strategis PT. Aktivitas ini digolongkan menjadi dua, yaitu aktivitas utama dan pendukung. Aktivitas utama merupakan tridharma PT meliputi pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Fungsi pendidikan meliputi seluruh aktivitas mulai dari penerimaan mahasiswa baru sampai kelulusan. Sedangkan aktivitas pendukung meliputi aktivitas manajemen keuangan, kepegawaian, sarana dan prasarana, serta manajemen Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK).

Abstract

To obtain optimum results, then all production activities must first be planned well. Production Scheduling is used to get an effective job assignment, in order to avoid job buildup so as to reduce idle time. Therefore it needs to be scheduled regularly so that the production work can be completed properly and delivery time is not delayed. In this paper the authors want to create an information system that can plan scheduling automatically generate the production schedule. In this system is applied forward scheduling method of scheduling production activities of a process will produce a production work report

Abstract

The development of Internet technology society increasingly facilitated in conducting several processes, one satu contohnya labor penenerimaan online. Information needs work, especially information on job opportunities through information media is increasing. But today most job openings must be a permanent employee or perkeja must do their work in companies that provide jobs. In the existing problems the author makes a media job information onlin e. In the problem will be repaired and enhancing existing features on the website freelancer.com. The first fix the tax system, before taxes cut by 10%. In this issue the more wages given the more taxes are obtained. In order not to tax a lot of it will be in charge of tax price of each work is 50ribu rupiah. Abstract

The introduction of color and shape for early childhood are still using face-to-face or a book, so that children who want to learn to feel tired and lack of instructional media about the introduction of color and shape-based 3D. Learning by this method can lead to boredom for early childhood. Therefore, given a solution by creating instructional media introduction of color and shapes for children ages 4-6 years based AR (augmented reality). It can be said that the application has been successful with the success rate of the percentage rate at which the trial introduction of color in terms of indicators of children who can recognize objects that is 70%. To test the introduction of forms in terms of indicators of children who can recognize objects that is 66.67%. To test the introduction of objects that resemble the shape of a child in terms of indicators that can recognize objects, namely 87.3%. So that the application is eligible to serve as a medium of learning.

Abstract

The results of abundant and qualified animal feed raw materials is one of the signs that a company has successfully become a company worthy to be trusted by the public. To get a large number of consumers requires a great effort and large funds as well. In getting the consumer needs a promotion which can attract potential buyers to buy raw materials for animal feed, in the company CV. Fur Nusantara gresik still constrained in the process of marketing its products are still from mouth to mouth. This study uses e-commerce method that has research steps are: Observation, Library Studies, Primary and Secondary. The results of this study can perform the promotion of Livestock Feed Raw Materials in the company CV. Bulu Nusantara Gresik, report the price data of Livestock Feed Raw Materials and sample sempel images of each raw material in the form of e-commerce.

Abstract

Xavier Marks Realty is a company engaged in property marketing. The company runs, several obstacles prevent the leadership to make decisions. The availability of information needed by the leadership is very slow because each agent still has to enter sales closing data manually through the admin not directly. The purpose of this research is to create an effective monitoring system, as well as to accelerate the availability of information for leaders. The results of this study can be in the form of an agent monitoring system that can update property sales data directly through an agent without filling in manually and inputted through the admin. Earnings reports from agents and companies will be directly received by the leadership, thus cutting down the admin's performance. The system can display sales developments so that each agent can improve its performance and the leader can monitor directly the agent.

Abstract

SDN PETEMON IX adalah jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar yang berlokasi di Jl. Pacuan Kuda No. 43 SURABAYA.  Sistem penilaian pada SDN PETEMON IX masih menggunakan cara yang manual  dan menghabiskan banyak waktu dalam  mengolah nilai. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkannya  sistem Computer Based Testing yang bertujuan untuk dapat membantu dalam proses mengolah nilai dan juga mengurangi penggunaan kertas secara berlebihan. Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang sistem ini adalah metode waterfall, dengan adanya sistem ini dapat membantu dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada pada SDN PETEMON IX.  Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu dapat membantu guru dalam melakukan penilaian terhadap ujian siswa, sistem dapat membantu kegiatan pada SDN PETEMON IX, dan sistem dapat memberikan pembobotan pada setiap butir soal yang akan diinputkan.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Sistem Computer Based Testing dapat memberikan hasil nilai ujian siswa secara langsung tanpa mengoreksinya secara manual.

Abstract

Control of raw material inventory that still manual can hamper the production target, because it does not close the possibility of a mistake in the calculation of raw materials that result in lack of raw materials inventory and production will stop. During this stock control of raw materials produced in CV. Bulu Nusantara Gresik done by the production section manually by using standardization of determination which has been determined by the leadership of the company. By determining the supply of raw materials manual has many shortcomings, among others, if there is a mistake in the prediction could be CV. Fur Nusantara Gresik the excess stock (over stock) or low stock (out of stock). This research produces information system of stock control of raw material for smoothness of production process at CV. Bulu Nusantara Gresik to get raw material information obtained more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

CV. Lulus merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distribusi bahan bangunan secara retail atapun grosir. Penjualan pada CV.Lulus yang dilakukan secara grosir ataupun retail belum terdata secara terstuktur beresiko terjadinya kehilangan stok barang dan kurang maksimalnya evaluasi penjualan karena terhambat dalam pencatatan pembukuan yang dilakukan secara manual. Diperlukan adanya pembaruan sistem dimana proses pencatatan sebaiknya dibuat secara terkomputerisasi maka segala proses pencatatan akan dapat berjalan secara terstruktur dan rapi. Sitem Informasi Point Of Sales dirancang untuk membantu CV.Lulus dalam mengelola transaksi penjualan, laporan penjualan serta pemantauan stok barang. Sistem yang dibuat berbasis web dengan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Metodologi pembangunan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam sistem yaitu metode waterfall.

Abstract

The website is already been used in many purposes and fields, such as education, public services, health, politic, security, banking and economy, and construction where infrastructure and property are included to industry sector. In the storing finished goods and precast concrete in PT. Varia Usaha Beton Gresik’s warehouse, documenting data of those should be easily conducted in order to checking the availability of stock, to assure the movement of goods, and to supply information of finished goods’ inventory. In addition, PPIC (Production Planning Inventory Control) also requires a long time to report the finished goods’ inventory due to recap the data of incoming goods and outgoing goods stored in the warehouse. Moreover, reporting report from each division is also taking time because the long distance between sections head, warehouse, marketing, PPIC and transportation division.
