Abstract

AbstractParents who are given a mandate by God to be the main spiritual educators for their children. The purpose of God is to encourage parents as the main spiritual educators for their children, so that their children will experience spiritual growth in their faith in Him. This paper discusses the role of parents in Christian religious education on children's spiritual growth. The method used in this writing is a quantitative method with a questionnaire approach accompanied by descriptions of the answers of the respondents to the questionnaires that were distributed. The findings of this study are the respondents, in this case the church Gereja Pantekosta di Indonesia (GPdI) Glenmore Kabupaten Banyuwangi, carry out its role as a parent in cultivating Christian values for the spiritual growth of children although not significantly overall.Key words: Spiritual Growth, Congregation, Christian Education. AbstrakOrang tua diberikan mandat oleh Allah untuk menjadi tenaga pendidik kerohanian yang utama bagi anak-anaknya. Tujuan Allah menghimbau orang tua sebagai pendidik kerohanian utama bagi anak, agar kerohanian anak mengalami pertumbuhan secara iman kepada-Nya. Tulisan ini membahas tentang peran orang tua dalam pendidikan agama Kristen terhadap pertumbuhan kerohanian anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan angket disertai pendeskrifsian jawaban para responden atas angket yang dibagikan. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah para respoden dalam hal ini jemaat Gereja Pantekosta di Indonesia (GPdI) Glenmore Kabupaten Banyuwangi, melaksanakan perannya sebagai orang tua dalam penanaman nilai-nilai kekristenan untuk pertumbuhan kerohanian anak walau tidak secara signifikan secara keseluruhan.Kata kunci: Pertumbuhan Rohani, Jemaat, Pendidikan Agama Kristen

Abstract

Participation of Religious Leaders in Helping the Success of the Government's COVID-19 Vaccination Program. The basic idea of this paper departs from observations in the virtual and real world, where certain people or groups are found who disagree with the need to be vaccinated. If the country's people reject the mandatory mass vaccination, which the government is discussing, it will take a long time to restore normal activities. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. The description in this paper found some people's rejection of vaccines because their views or perceptions about COVID-19 influenced it. The government's hope to immediately carry out mass vaccinations for all Indonesian people must be balanced with maximum efforts to make it happen. This substantial effort can be made by providing massive education in the media, conducting public campaigns, and providing guarantees to vaccine recipients. On the other hand, the success of this vaccination program does not only depend on the government; all elements of society are expected to contribute in this regard, especially religious leaders. The manifestation of the involvement of religious leaders is by educating the congregation through the pulpit about vaccines. In addition, religious leaders must also set an example by participating in vaccinations and actively countering hoax news. The dominance of factual information about vaccines dominates mass lines on social media. ABSTRAKKeikutsertaan Pemuka Agama Dalam Membantu Mensukseskan Program Vaksinasi COVID-19 Pemerintah. Ide dasar tulisan ini berangkat dari pengamatan di dunia maya dan nyata, yang mana ditemukan orang-orang atau kelompok tertentu yang tidak menyetujui keharusan untuk divaksin. Apabila masyarakat tanah air kecenderungan menolak wajib vaksinasi masal yang diwacanakan oleh pemerintah, tentu akan lama memulihkan aktivitas normal kembali. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Uraian pada tulisan ini ditemukan, penolakan sebagian orang terhadap vaksin karena dipengaruhi oleh  pandangan atau persepsi mereka mengenai COVID-19. Harapan pemerintah untuk segera melakukan vaksinasi masal ke seluruh masyarakat tanah air, harus diimbangi upaya yang maksimal dalam mewujudkannya. Upaya konkret itu dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian edukasi secara masif di media, melakukan kampanye publik dan adanya jaminan kepada penerima vaksin. Disisi lain suksesnya program vaksinasi ini tidak hanya bergantung kepada pemerintah, semua elemen masyarakat diharapkan kontribusinya dalam hal ini terutama para pemuka agama. Wujud dari keterlibatan pemuka agama adalah dengan mengedukasi jemaat melalui mimbar tentang vaksin. Selain itu, pemuka agama juga harus memberi contoh dengan ikut divaksin, serta aktif mengcounter berita hoax agar dominasi berita faktual tentang vaksin menguasai lini massa  di media sosial.

Abstract

This paper discusses the initiation of the church as part of the implementation of the Great Commission. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method with a literature approach. Planting churches is part of the Great Commission because the pioneers of the church implement the spread of the Gospel to the established congregations. If we trace the PB (New Agreement) and its historical records in determining the pioneering locations of the church, God and man played a role. From God's point of view, it is theological basis when Paul and Silas prayed, then the Holy Spirit gave instructions on where they should go (Acts 16: 4-12). While from humans, the apostles sent people to preach the Gospel in the designated areas. In this pioneering exercise in identifying culture, it requires the involvement of mentoring involved. In starting a new church planting, focus on the arrangement of faith to new converts as well as on the congregation that will join as members but take priority over discussing material matters.

Abstract

This paper specifically describes the Principles of Evangelism Based on I Cor. 9:16 and Its Relevance for Teachers of Christian Religious Education. This topic is discussed to explain factually the principles of evangelism for teachers. Christian religious education has not been fully implemented in the classroom, in the field and to people who do not believe in Jesus Christ. This topic is discussed considering that there are still many unreached tribes in the ministry of evangelism. Of course, this responsibility is not only borne by the mission agency, the church. However, religious institutions include Christian religious education teachers to reach tribes that have not yet perfected the Bible. In describing this topic, the researcher uses a qualitative method with an exegesis approach. The results of this study describe that the principle of evangelism is expressed in an attitude of not being arrogant, then evangelism as a duty and responsibility of believers and evangelism should be used as a lifestyle. To PAK teachers, it is hoped that there will be efforts to increase understanding of evangelism and be responsible for directing students to manifest this attitude in community, church and school life as mandated by Jesus Christ, as the Great Teacher.AbstrakTulisan ini secara spesifik menguraikan perihal Prinsip Penginjilan Berdasarkan I Kor. 9:16 dan Relevansinya bagi Pengajar Pendidikan agama kristen. Topik ini dibahas untuk menjelaskan secara faktual dalam prinsip penginjilan bagi pengajar Pendidikan agama kristen belum sepenuhnya di terapkan di dalam kelas, dilapangan dan kepada orang yang belum percaya kepada Yesus Kristus. Topik ini dibahas mengigat masih banyak ditemukan berbagai suku belum terjangkau dalam pelayanan penginjilan. Tentunya tugas tanggung jawab ini bukan hanya dibebankan kepada lembaga misi, gereja. Namun lembaga keagamaan termasuk pengajar pendidikan agama kristen untuk menjangkau suku yang masih belum sempurnakan Injil. Di dalam menguraikan topik ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Eksegese. Hasil penelitian ini menguraikan bahwa prinsip penginjilan yaitu dinyatakan pada sikap tidak sombong, kemudian penginjilan sebagai tugas dan tanggung jawab orang percaya dan penginjilan hendaknya dijadikan sebagai gaya hidup. Kepada guru PAK, diharapkan adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang penginjilan serta bertanggung jawab dalam mengarahkan anak didik untuk mewujudkan sikap tersebut dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, gereja dan sekolah sebagaimana dimanatkan oleh Yesus Kristus, sebagai Guru Agung.

Abstract

Sunday School service is very important in the Church. Therefore, it cannot be ignored but must get a sufficient portion of attention and full support from the church. Sunday School Waiter. It is not easy, it needs knowledge and skills to teach and educate children with the aim of guiding children to know God early. In writing this scientific work, researchers use qualitative methods, namely describing data. While the main source of study is journal articles and books that discuss the example of Jesus in teaching students and its implications in the ministry of Sunday School. Urain in this article shows that Jesus the Great Teacher has given an example in teaching effective and successful disciples. Jesus' teaching was great in teaching him eternal life. His way of teaching is also very clear in the presentation of the material. His example in terms of sacrifice, mercy and honesty greatly adds to the quality of His teachership as a Rabbi. Jesus not only gave teaching, but also discipleship to the end of the world. Childhood is an important stage in the formation of personality basics later in life. Jesus' example in teaching the students is very effective and greatly supports the success of Sunday School ministry.Keywords: The example of Jesus, teaching, Ministry, Sunday SchoolAbstrakPelayanan Sekolah Minggu sangat penting di dalam Gereja. Karena itu, tidak bisa diabaikan begitu saja namun harus mendapatkan porsi perhatian yang cukup dan dukungan penuh dari gereja. Pelayan Sekolah Minggu. tidaklah mudah, perlu pengetahuan dan ketrampilan guna mengajar dan mendidik anak-anak dengan tujuan membimbing anak untuk mengenal Tuhan sejak dini. Dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu menjabarkan data sedangkan sumber utama kajian adalah artikel jurnal dan buku-buku yang membahas tentang keteladanan Yesus dalam mengajar murid-murid dan implikasinya dalam pelayanan Sekolah Minggu. Uraian pada artikel ini menunjukkan Yesus Guru Agung itu telah memberikan keteladanan dalam mengajar para murid yang efektif dan berhasil. Pengajaran Yesus sangat hebat dalam mengajarkan nilah hidup kekal. Cara mengajar-Nya sangat jelas dalam pemaparan materi. Keteladanan-Nya dalam hal pengorbanan, belas kasihan dan kejujuran sangat menambah kualitas keguruan-Nya sebagai seorang Rabi. Yesus bukan hanya memberikan pengajaran saja, tetapi juga pemuridan sampai akhir dunia. Masa anak-anak merupakan tahap penting dalam pembentukan dasar-dasar kepribadian di kemudian hari. Keteladanan Yesus di dalam mengajar para murid sangat efektif dan sangat menunjang keberhasilan pelayanan Sekolah Minggu.Kata kunci: keteladanan Yesus; mengajar; pelayanan; sekolah minggu
