Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Road Maintenance Programs in the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Service of Pandeglang District (Case Study in Pandeglang District). This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are: Interview, observation, documentation. Research location of the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office of Pandeglang Regency and Pandeglang District. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) Implementation of Road Maintenance programs in the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Service of Pandeglang District (Pandeglang District Case Study) has been going well because the planned program has been realized in 2017 and adjusted to the given budget to the PUPR Service but not all maintenance can be carried out. 2) Supporting factors, namely the possibility of infrastructure funding that can be obtained not only from the APBD but the assistance from the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), the National Budget, assistance from the province and human resources and applicable regulations. The inhibiting factor of the implementation is of course the budget that is lacking but many roads must be handled so that it is not handled quickly, unexpected weather can slow down repairs

Abstract

This article discusses about effectiveness of service on DPMPTSP of the Lebak district as well as barriers and solutions in implementing services. In practice, public considers the procedure of IMB’s licensing are hard to understand and complicated so that public and business actors have not processed building permits. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, this research uses data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The result showed that the performance of DPMPTSP’s employees are quite good. This can be seen from the increase in the number of people applying for IMB’s licensing because public trust in the government, especially on DPMPTSP of the Lebak district who has served them well. However, there are some people and business actors who also have minimal information regarding IMB’s licensing so that this becomes tasks for local governments to increase development and local revenue through permissions available on DPMPTSP of the Lebak district.

Abstract

The City Without Slums Program (KOTAKU) is one of the many strategic efforts of the Directorate General of Human Settlements, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing to assist disaster management in Indonesia and support the “100-0-100 Movement”, namely 100% universal access to drinking water, 0 % collection, and 100% access to proper sanitation. The general objective of this program is to increase access to basic infrastructure and services that are used to support livable, productive, and sustainable use. To achieve achievements in implementing the KOTAKU program, it is necessary to have cooperation or collaboration between the government, the community, and the private sector. Because the role of policy actors greatly determines success in policy formulation, policy implementation considers the consequences of the policies that have been made. Therefore, the purpose of this research is how the collaboration of the actors involved and the role of each actor is. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that this program has been implemented optimally, but the results have not been appropriately implemented. The actors who collaborate in the KOTAKU program are DisPERKIM, DPUPR, BAPPEDA, BKM, and the community.

Abstract

Kemampuan pegawai merupakan bagian kepribadian yang mendalam dan melekat kepada seseorang serta perilaku yang dapat diperidiksi pada berbagai keadaan dan tugas pekerjaan, sehingga suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang atau sekelompok pegawai untuk memenuhi kepentingan orang lain dengan berdasarkan kepada prosedur dan metode yang telah ditetapkan agar dapat diterima oleh orang lain sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Artikel ini betujuan menelaah seberapa besar pengaruh kemampuan pegawai terhadap profesionalisme pelayanan administrasi di Kantor Kecamatan Picung Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan Analisis korelasi produc moment, dengan pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner, jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 orang. Hasil yang ditemukan bahwa kemampuan pegawai mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap profesionalisme pelayanan adminsitrasi, apabila kemampuan pegawai meningkat maka prfesionalisme pelayanaan adminsitasi juga akan mengalami peningkatan yang berarti bahwa kemampuan pegawai telah sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan organisasi sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat secara profesional. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Pegawai, Profesionalisme, Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

This study aims to find out "How is the implementation of E-Government RABEG (Reaction to Citizen News) applications in Serang City and whether the implementation of E-Government through RABEG applications can improve the quality of public services in Serang City?". This study uses quantitative methods with statistical analysis using SPSS software. The data used are primary and secondary data, primary data obtained by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to 83 respondents who have been determined and are considered representative to answer the research questionnaire. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from literature review and documentation of data related to research. Statistical analysis in this study includes data validity test, data reliability test, data normality test, simple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and correlation coefficient. The results of research and statistical analysis show that the implementation of the E-Government system for the RABEG application in Serang City is quite good, and the results of testing the research hypothesis indicate that there is a significant positive effect between E-Government on improving the quality of public services in Serang City.

Abstract

Masalah : Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Lebak sudah melaksanakan implementasi Program Pengurangan Risiko Bencana sesuai yang diamanatkan selaku lembaga yang berwenang dalam pengelolaan bencana di tingkat daerah kabupaten, namun terdapat pemenuhan sumber daya manusia belum mencukupi, sosialisasi kegiatan yang belum dilakukan secara merata serta belum adanya jadwal kegiatan yang jelas dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengurangan Rusiko Bencana. Tujuan : Mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Program Pengurangan Risiko (PRB) Banjir pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Lebak. Metodologi : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan Progaram Pengurangan Risiko Bencana. Data yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis secara kualitatif dengan meninjau semua data yang didukung oleh hasil wawancara dengan pendekatan teori yang dikemukanan oleh Charles O. Jones. Temuan/Hasil penelitian : Implementasi Pengurngan Risiko Bencana (PRB) Banjir pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah kabupaten Lebak secara garis besar dinilai dari tiga indikator belum terpenuhi dengan baik. Abstract

Stunting is a health and development issue that necessitates collaboration across sectors and active engagement of the community. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study seeks to investigate the impetus behind public service efforts to accelerate stunting reduction in Mongpok Village, Cikeusal District, Serang Regency. The information was gathered via in-depth interviews. Participating in public services about stunting in Mompok village, including midwives, nutrition workers, family planning instructors, PKK cadres, and the village administration, comprised the research informants. Utilizing PSM (Public Service Motivation) theory, the data were examined. In light of the research findings, the village government demonstrates commendable motivation towards public service through its attentiveness and concern for the issue of stunting, collaboration and accountability among diverse stakeholders, ingenuity, and capability to enhance services
