Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model with the Two Stay Two Stray type on the learning outcomes of the XI Grade Automatic Control System Expertise in the Engineering and Air Conditioning Technique Program at SMK Negeri 3 Pariaman. This type of research is an experiment in the form of Time Series Design that is used in class XI TPTU A with two learning models namely, Jigsaw model and Two Stay Two Stray model. The results showed the average value of the Jigsaw model was 81.67 and the average value of the Two Stay Two Stray model was 76.46. Obtained t test results with significance 0.05 which obtained tcount> t table (3,568> 2,013) which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then it can be concluded that there is a difference between the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model with the Two Stay Two Stray type on the learning outcomes of the XI Grade Automatic Control System Expertise in the Engineering and Air Conditioning Technique Program at SMK Negeri 3 Pariaman. Keywords: Comparison, Jigsaw, Two Stay Two Stray, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal how much the presence Contributionsmotivation and learning environment on learning outcomes in basic electronicsengineering subjects in class X student engineering audio video Di SMKN 2 Solok.This research is a descriptive correlational. The type of data needed in the researchis the primary data and secondary data. The primary data is data obtained directly fromrespondents regarding Contributions motivation and learning environment, whilesecondary data is student learning outcomes obtained from subject teachers basicelectronics engineering. The population in this study is a Class XI student at SMKN 2Solok TAV as many as 56 students. While the sampling technique of this study is a random(Simple random sampling).Data were analyzed using Microsof Excel and SPSS (Statistical Product andService Solution) version 22.0. From the results, motivation and learning environmentjointly contribute significantly to student learning outcomes SMKN 2 Solok amounted to32.08%, (2) learning motivation contribution significantly to student learning outcomesSMKN 2 Solok amounted to 22.89%, (3) the learning environment contribute significant tostudent learning outcomes SMKN 2 Solok amounted to 23.40%. So it can be concluded thatthe Learning Motivation and Learning Environment Contribution To Student LearningOutcomes in SMKN 2 Solok, the better the motivation to learn and learning environment,the higher the learning outcomes.Keywords: Motivation, Learning Environment, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang positif pada penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar Dasar Listrik dan Elektronika (DLE) program keahlian Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara (TPTU) di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 3 Pariaman. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan bentuk Nonequivalet Control Group Design dimana kelompok eksperimen maupun kontrol tidak dipilih secara random melainkan dengan tujuan tertentu yaitu melihat kesetaraan antara kedua kelas, diambil kelas X TPTU A sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada kelas eksperimen mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 83,09 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 78,18 berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil hipotesis pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 diperoleh thitung = 1,888 dimana lebih besar daripada ttabel = 1,717. Jadi hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran PBL berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran DLE di SMKN 3 Pariaman.Kata kunci : Model Pembelajaran, Problem Based Learning, DLE,  Hasil Belajar .

Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0 has provided changes in various aspects of social life, one it’s changed in the Education sector which called by Education 4.0, utilizing information and digital technology as a supporting technology on the educational process, both in administration and learning processes. This effort to adopt this technology into education is also carried out by private education institutions, including MTs. Muhammadiyah (MTs.M) in Solok Regency, which is part of the junior secondary education. As a private educational institution, MTs.M realizes it is very urgent to increase the competitiveness and the quality of its education, which one of it effort is an integration of technology in the learning process called Blended Learning (BL) through the development of Learning Management systems (LMS) used in online learning management. The experimental method is used to see the improvement of teacher knowledge and skills in LMS-based BL which begins with a survey of school readiness and teacher competencies in BL, then continues with the LMS-based BL training activities for 30 teachers from 9 MTs.M. Pre and Post Training Questionnaire design is used in data collection. The results of this research data show an increase in teacher competence in LMS-based BL, with high enthusiasm in developing LMS as a learning system in each MTs.M.

Abstract

Digital technology and the internet have opened opportunities for people to develop social interaction through this technology, with the birth of web technology, media and social networks, which led to the industrial revolution 4.0. This technology presents a new trend in building a business called Digital Marketing (DM). DM provides new opportunities for anyone to do entrepreneurship without being limited by time, place and region. More than a decade of entrepreneurship has become the focus of attention of the government in Education, as one of the ways to reduce national unemployment. Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) answers the entrepreneurship education policy by making Entrepreneurship as a compulsory subject, promoting entrepreneurial student programs and integrated service units for career guidance and entrepreneurship. This paper examines more deeply how DM can be used as an alternative method of entrepreneurship for UNP students, which has direct touching student life as a millennial generation. The experimental method is used to see of improvement the knowledge and skills of students in DM through DM Training and Development of DM eLearning Resources (DMLR). To measure the success of the program, instruments were developed before and after training, as well as a questionnaire to assess the results of the DMLR development. The results of this study showed an increase in student knowledge and skills in DM and a good assessment of the developed DMLR.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes achieved by students on the subjects of Basic Electrical and Electronics which is below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set a school that is 75 This is presumably because they are learning is often used during the learning model is applied directly proven yet effective. The purpose of this research is to reveal how much influence the Jigsaw cooperative learning model to study the results of class X students on subjects TAV Basic Electricity and Electronics. This research is an experimental study with a draft Post-test only control group design. The sample were students of class X TAV at SMK 1 Padang Academic Year 2014 / 2015. Class experiment is treated using Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model and the control group is a class that uses the direct teaching model. The data is taken from the test results in the form of learning about the objective as many as 31 items. Data were analyzed manually to test for normality, homogeneity testing, and hypothesis testing. The result of the calculation hypothesis at significance level α = 0.05 was found that t count> t table is 3.35> 1.670. The results of these tests give an interpretation that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this means that on average significantly experimental class learning outcomes greater than the average control class learning outcomes.  Key words :   Models of Learning, Jigsaw, Learning Direct, Post-test only control group design, Learning outcomes, Experimental, and Control.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the difference between Contextual Teaching and Learning model  and Cooperative model in learning ouput in Teknik Listrik for grade X Electronic Engineering of SMKN 1 Padang on entire semester, academic year 2014/2015. This type of research is quasi experimental. Participant were slected by non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. 30 students from Class X AVB, which served as a controling class, used Cooperative model. 30 students from Class X AVA, which served as experimental class, used student cooperative type Contextual Teaching and Learning model. Data is collected from the final test then was analyzed for homogeneity testing, normality and hypothesis testing. The result indicates that experimental class has mean 79,6, while controlling class has mean 77,4. The result of hypothessis testing on significant level α=0,05 is 2,01 > 1,70 and the percentage effect 2.84 %. Since the tcount is higher than the t table, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be inferred that Contextual Teaching and Learning model is better than Cooperative  model. Keywords: Contextual Teaching and Learning model, Cooperative  model, Learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of video-based learning media on class X student learning outcomes in Technical Drawing subjects.  This research was conducted in class X TAVI and X TAV2 SMK Negeri 5 Padang.  The research took place in April 2019. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with posttest-only control design and purposive sampling technique.  The instrument used was a multiple choice objective test.  Data from test instruments were analyzed quantitatively.  Based on data analysis, the value of thitung > ttabel which is 1.99>1.685, which means Ha is accepted.  Then the use of video learning media has a positive influence on student learning outcomes.  The average class of student learning outcomes is 80.1> Kontrol class is 74.9.  There is an increase in the average value of the class of cement after treatment.  Learning using video has an influence on the learning process with a percentage of 6.94% Keywords: video based learning media, engineering drawings, KBGT learning outcomes.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes achieved by students on the subjects of Electronics Assembly Techniques which is below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set a school that is 75. This is presumably because they are learning is often used during the learning direct model is applied directly proven yet effective.The purpose of this research is to reveal how much influence the Demonstrasion learning model to study the results of class X TAV students on subjects Electronics Assembly Techniques (TPE).This research is an experimental study. The sample were students of class X TAV at SMKN5 Padang Academic Year 2014 / 2015.Class experiment is treated using Demonstrasion Learning Model and the control group is a class that uses the direct teaching model.The data is taken from the test results in the form of student practicum. Data were analyzed manually to test for normality, homogenity testing, and hypothesis testing. The research test result obtained value of average student which using model demonstrasion is 80,06 while student who use learning direct model lower is 71,60 with the percentage effect is 11,81%. The result of the calculation hypothesis at significance level α = 0.05 was found that t count> t table is 2,36>2,048. The results of these tests give an interpretation that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this means that on average significantly experimental class learning outcomes greater than the average control class learning outcomes. Key Words: Demonstrasion Learning Model, Learning Direct, Control and Exsperiment
