Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0 has provided changes in various aspects of social life, one it’s changed in the Education sector which called by Education 4.0, utilizing information and digital technology as a supporting technology on the educational process, both in administration and learning processes. This effort to adopt this technology into education is also carried out by private education institutions, including MTs. Muhammadiyah (MTs.M) in Solok Regency, which is part of the junior secondary education. As a private educational institution, MTs.M realizes it is very urgent to increase the competitiveness and the quality of its education, which one of it effort is an integration of technology in the learning process called Blended Learning (BL) through the development of Learning Management systems (LMS) used in online learning management. The experimental method is used to see the improvement of teacher knowledge and skills in LMS-based BL which begins with a survey of school readiness and teacher competencies in BL, then continues with the LMS-based BL training activities for 30 teachers from 9 MTs.M. Pre and Post Training Questionnaire design is used in data collection. The results of this research data show an increase in teacher competence in LMS-based BL, with high enthusiasm in developing LMS as a learning system in each MTs.M.

Abstract

Digital technology and the internet have opened opportunities for people to develop social interaction through this technology, with the birth of web technology, media and social networks, which led to the industrial revolution 4.0. This technology presents a new trend in building a business called Digital Marketing (DM). DM provides new opportunities for anyone to do entrepreneurship without being limited by time, place and region. More than a decade of entrepreneurship has become the focus of attention of the government in Education, as one of the ways to reduce national unemployment. Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) answers the entrepreneurship education policy by making Entrepreneurship as a compulsory subject, promoting entrepreneurial student programs and integrated service units for career guidance and entrepreneurship. This paper examines more deeply how DM can be used as an alternative method of entrepreneurship for UNP students, which has direct touching student life as a millennial generation. The experimental method is used to see of improvement the knowledge and skills of students in DM through DM Training and Development of DM eLearning Resources (DMLR). To measure the success of the program, instruments were developed before and after training, as well as a questionnaire to assess the results of the DMLR development. The results of this study showed an increase in student knowledge and skills in DM and a good assessment of the developed DMLR.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low average learning outcomes of learners in the subjects of Digital Simulation is under Minimum Criteria of completeness (KKM) which has been established SMKN 2 Mount Talang is 75. This study aims to determine the influence of cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together with direct learning model on student learning outcomes in Digital Simulation subjects students Audio Video Engineering at SMKN 2 Mount Talang. The type of this research is experimental research with the design of quasy-experiment with Posttest-Only Control Design design. The research sample is class X TAV 2 as experiment class using cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together and class X TAV 1 as control class using direct learning model. Data collection techniques from post-test in the experimental class and control class, then analyzed for homogeneity test, normality test and hypothesis test. From the experimental class research results obtained an average value of 81.15, while the control class get an average value of 76.50. Result of hypothesis calculation at significant level α = 0,05 got titung> ttable that is 3.05> 2.02, because big tcount of ttable, null hypothesis (H0) rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. Can be concluded mean at the real level, this research show that, there is influence of student learning result which signifikan between use of model of cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together with direct instruction model on Digital Simulation subject of class X student Audio Video Technique at SMKN 2 Gunung Talang. Abstract

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes achieved by students on the subjects of Basic Electrical and Electronics which is below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set a school that is 75 This is presumably because they are learning is often used during the learning model is applied directly proven yet effective. The purpose of this research is to reveal how much influence the Jigsaw cooperative learning model to study the results of class X students on subjects TAV Basic Electricity and Electronics. This research is an experimental study with a draft Post-test only control group design. The sample were students of class X TAV at SMK 1 Padang Academic Year 2014 / 2015. Class experiment is treated using Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model and the control group is a class that uses the direct teaching model. The data is taken from the test results in the form of learning about the objective as many as 31 items. Data were analyzed manually to test for normality, homogeneity testing, and hypothesis testing. The result of the calculation hypothesis at significance level α = 0.05 was found that t count> t table is 3.35> 1.670. The results of these tests give an interpretation that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this means that on average significantly experimental class learning outcomes greater than the average control class learning outcomes.  Key words :   Models of Learning, Jigsaw, Learning Direct, Post-test only control group design, Learning outcomes, Experimental, and Control.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the difference between Contextual Teaching and Learning model  and Cooperative model in learning ouput in Teknik Listrik for grade X Electronic Engineering of SMKN 1 Padang on entire semester, academic year 2014/2015. This type of research is quasi experimental. Participant were slected by non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. 30 students from Class X AVB, which served as a controling class, used Cooperative model. 30 students from Class X AVA, which served as experimental class, used student cooperative type Contextual Teaching and Learning model. Data is collected from the final test then was analyzed for homogeneity testing, normality and hypothesis testing. The result indicates that experimental class has mean 79,6, while controlling class has mean 77,4. The result of hypothessis testing on significant level α=0,05 is 2,01 > 1,70 and the percentage effect 2.84 %. Since the tcount is higher than the t table, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be inferred that Contextual Teaching and Learning model is better than Cooperative  model. Keywords: Contextual Teaching and Learning model, Cooperative  model, Learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of video-based learning media on class X student learning outcomes in Technical Drawing subjects.  This research was conducted in class X TAVI and X TAV2 SMK Negeri 5 Padang.  The research took place in April 2019. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with posttest-only control design and purposive sampling technique.  The instrument used was a multiple choice objective test.  Data from test instruments were analyzed quantitatively.  Based on data analysis, the value of thitung > ttabel which is 1.99>1.685, which means Ha is accepted.  Then the use of video learning media has a positive influence on student learning outcomes.  The average class of student learning outcomes is 80.1> Kontrol class is 74.9.  There is an increase in the average value of the class of cement after treatment.  Learning using video has an influence on the learning process with a percentage of 6.94% Keywords: video based learning media, engineering drawings, KBGT learning outcomes.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the Contribution of Motivation and Readiness of Industrial Internship Practices to Industrial Job Training Achievement of Class XI Students in Audio Video Engineering Skills Program at SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra. The population of this study was all students of class XI audio video engineering expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra 2018/2019 academic year totaling 31 students. data retrieval uses a type of saturated sample, sampling 31 students. Data collection methods in the study used documentation and questionnaires that were shared with students. This data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) contributing to the Motivation and Readiness of Industrial Internships together contributed 45.15% to the industrial work practice achievement, (2) motivation giving a contribution of 34.69% of the industrial work practice achievements, (3) the readiness of industrial work practices together contributed 21.62% to the achievement of industrial work practices. So, it can be concluded that the Motivation and Readiness of Industrial Work Practices Contribute to the Achievements of Industry. Keywords: Motivation,industry practicereadiness,industrial work practice achievements.

Abstract

The pusposes of research to find out learning result using cooperative learning model of type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) with scientific approach learning model of type Problem Based Learning (PBL), specially on Basic electricity and electronics Subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Sumbar. This is probably because in the learning process students are less active and less participate in teaching. This research is a quasi experimental study with pretest-posttest control group design. Experimental I class used cooperative learning model of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) and Experimental II class used scientific approach learning model of Problem Based Learning (PBL). The results of study have shown that average of the experimental I class test result is 83,13 while the Experimental II class has provided the average outcome of  78,29. However, this learning shows that there is a significant effect of student’s learning outcome between the usage of cooperative learning model of typeNumbered Heads Together (NHT)rather than scientific approach learning model of type Problem Based Learning (PBL)on Basic electricity and electronics subject. The hypothesis test(t-test) shows that tc> tt( 2.12 > 2.05). Therefore,applying cooperative learning model of type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) is more effective than scientific approach learning model of type Problem Based Learning (PBL) .Keywords: Numbered Heads Together, Problem Based Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This is presumably because they are learning is often used during the learning direct model is applied directly proven yet effective.The purpose of this research is to reveal how much influence the Demonstrasion learning model to study the results of class X TAV students on subjects Electronics Assembly Techniques (TPE).This research is an experimental study. The sample were students of class X TAV at SMKN5 Padang Academic Year 2014 / 2015.Class experiment is treated using Demonstrasion Learning Model and the control group is a class that uses the direct teaching model.The data is taken from the test results in the form of student practicum. Data were analyzed manually to test for normality, homogenity testing, and hypothesis testing. The research test result obtained value of average student which using model demonstrasion is 80,06 while student who use learning direct model lower is 71,60 with the percentage effect is 11,81%. The result of the calculation hypothesis at significance level α = 0.05 was found that t count> t table is 2,36>2,048. The results of these tests give an interpretation that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this means that on average significantly experimental class learning outcomes greater than the average control class learning outcomes. Key Words: Demonstrasion Learning Model, Learning Direct, Control and Exsperiment
